Ordered lenses, input my prescription exactly as indicated on the printout from the optometrist. Their software changed the prescription and did not give me an opportunity to review the change. They offered 30% off replacement lenses for their error.
I recently ordered a lens replacement for some very expensive Revo sunglasses I had worn for years and scratched. There was a mixup with the color of the lens, and the customer service I received was phenomenal. They were both very quick to respond, as well as willing to do whatever was necessary to ensure I became satisfied. I truly will look for opportunity to use this company/service again.
Well, things did not go particularly smoothly... but customer service was flawless! I sent in two pair of glasses, and when they came back both had flaws that needed to be redone. No problem... sent them back again. Sadly, this time both frames got lost somewhere between Lensabl receiving them and getting to the lab. Yet again, customer service came through, and had me pick out two new frames online which they ordered.
Finally got both pair back recently. One pair is OK... the lenses are great, but the frames (which I'd picked online without trying on) don't look brilliant on me. Oh well. They'll be donated to a good cause. The prescription sunglasses however are PERFECT! Really cute, great lenses, and affordable.
So, the summary is that their customer service is spectacular and they really bent over backward to help me. However, I don't think I'll be using them again unless I hear that they've made a change in what lab they're using.
A great quality lens and coupled with a coupon code, the best price. I was able to get some extras because the price was so good. The customer service is unbeatable. I had a small issue and they were right on it, and advising me every step of the way. I thank the entire staff at Lensabl. Job Well Done.

My sunglasses with strong prescription were sent back and forth 3 times to fix a problem that the lab seemed not able to identify. It's a very long wait to finally get them right and beautiful as intended. What made me truly happy is the customer service- Rudy in particular- as they patiently and promptly responded to my stream of emails and never once stopped trying to solve the problem in order to meet my expectations. We mutually agreed that things could be improved and so I'm looking forward to buying from Lensabl again!
I decided to give them a try. I ordered script sunglasses. The glasses that arrived were great, but not sunglasses. They promptly emailed me a postage paid address label. I sent them back and just received the sunglasses I had ordered.

Ordered my lens they received my frames and never heard a thing for a month. Then when i contacted them Megan from customer service informs me my glasses are shipping that day. I waited the 24 hours to track them and usps says they never received the package. I contacted them megan again asking for a phone number and i call it 2 times no response so i email no response so i did the live chat megan says oh let me check on them and i will get back with you shortly no response as of yet. I am adking for my frames back and money back. If i can get someone to respond to me.

Being a small company, we try to help resolve issues over chat or email, and are always happy to call customers when they need help. Unfortunately, updates don't always come in real time, so we have to wait to hear back from the lab. Your order was supposed to ship last week, and even had a tracking number listed. When the lab went to package it up, they saw an error with your lens and put it back into production to make it right. This error was resolved and your order was shipped today. We apologize for the delay and hope you will find your new glasses worth the wait.

This has been the worst experience. This company received my lenses on June 25. It is now August 5 and I still do not have my glasses back completed. The first time they sent them back was after an unwarranted delay. When I took them out of the box they had not even replaced the left lense with my prescription. It was just a dummy glass lense. With no prescription. That eye is a -11. Soooo far from close to my prescription. How did this pass inspection?! I send it back. I'm not even notified that it was received. Every email has a delayed response. I'm then told that they have not sent my frames back because the fix was blemished. And it needs to be remade. Another week! Not happy. I want a refund and my glasses back without your crappy lenses and poor customer service. What does Meghan give me? $15.20. Yup. Over a month of not owning any glasses and having to change my 7 month old poopy diaper in the middle of the night without eyesight is only worth $15.20 to this crappy company. I demand a refund again and my glasses back. We'll see if I get a response. Avoid this company. I wish I had just gone back to the my eye doctor. I e had to buy a new set of glassses to get by which cost me an additional $230. STAY AWAY! Please disregard any typos as I'm typing without my glasses
I was a little hesitant about sending in my frames, but they were treated to a nice box-ride to Lensabl and I received them back in an awesome collapsible case and a nice cloth/spray to clean them. Could not have worked out better... sending another pair next week!

I thought this business model was a great idea, especially in light of the monopoly that one company has over eye-wear in the USA. But this was a lousy experience with Lensabl. The glasses were for bifocals, and as soon as I put them on I saw that the bifocal lines were not in line. One lens was mounted so that the bifocal line was quite visibly higher than the other. It was so high that it interfered with my normal, non-reading vision. I called and they sent a postpaid return box - so far so good. But now it has been over 15 days and I have not received the corrected product. Would not recommend.

To preface, I needed the prescription done within two weeks for a trip. In the process of ordering the glasses, I wasn't sure whether or not they would come in on time. Shortly afterwards, a representative reached out to me and advised me with what to do make the process as quick as possible. The glasses were done in just one week! I had gotten polarized lenses as well. The lenses are the perfect prescription and my glasses came back in the same condition that I sent them out. 100% satisfied and definitely using again.

I contacted Lensabl to make sure they could fabricate lenses for a pair of Rudy Project prescription inserts. I included a link to the manufacturer's website where they could find all of the information about the insert and the frames they're used with. A Lensabl rep replied that they could, so I placed an order and shipped them my inserts.
A few days later, I checked my order status on the website and discovered my order was on hold because they needed the "Ocular Center Height (OCH)," a number they did not ask for when taking my order. After doing a little research and realizing it was impossible to determine my OCH once they had the inserts, I decided it would be better to have the lenses fabricated by my local optician. I emailed Lensabl to cancel the order and obtain a refund, but they refused.
A day after that, I noticed that the website still said "Ocular Center Height (OCH) is required to complete your order." I inquired again about my order status and was informed that "You can disregard the missing information for the OCH. It is not required and we have everything we need."
When I finally received the inserts, it was immediately apparent that something was wrong. My vision was dangerously poor, and the glasses were unwearable. After some experimentation I realized that Lensabl had failed to correct for the geometry of the inserts when installed in the frames. Clearly, Lensabl did *not* have everything they needed and proceeded to fabricate the lenses anyway. Now, I have a useless pair of glasses and the best they are offering is a 25% discount on a do-over. This is not acceptable.
Hi Tim - we have been in constant contact with you over this issue, and apologize for your experience. While we had everything we needed, your inserts required a special intermediate Rx from your eye Dr, based on how close they sat to your eyes. We are sorry it didnt work out, and have refunded your order in full.
I received a discount coupon in the mail for Lensabl - a company that was new to me. I had a new prescription and I had ordered one pair of new glasses at my vision center, but I actually needed two pair. I decided to try Lensabl so I sent in my gently used old frames with my new prescription. I received my new glasses in about two weeks and I could not be more pleased. The cost was less than 1/2 of what I had paid at the vision center and it saved me the cost of new frames. I actually think my vision is crisper' in the Lensabl glasses than the ones from my vision center. Thank you Lensabl. Great product!

I had a delicate antique silver fold-up lorgnette that I (nervously) sent in for new lenses - they did a perfect job.
Admittedly, it took two rounds. I had asked for a magnification that was too high - and they took my instructions without alerting me to the fact that the lenses would be too thick for the mechanism to work properly (the frames fold up when you're not using them, and unfold at the touch of a button). I complained - and they sprang into action to correct the situation. They had me send back the frames and figured out what magnification WOULD work, made sure that was okay with me, then completed the job beautifully. I am truly delighted with the result.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.

After investigating your order with you, you unfortunately had entered your Rx into our system incorrectly which was the cause for the lenses not working. Our software does not change, alter, or update customer Rx information under any circumstances without the customer requesting a change.
