Ordered 2 different glasses and they switch the lenses. Took forever to get the first pair and am waiting to see how to return them to fix it. No way to call. All done by email and super slow. Would not recommend do to lack of speed and ability to actually speak to a person.
I saw their ad on Instagram and wanted to give them a chance. They let me down terribly from the start. After ordering my lenses for my favorite Versace frame I sent it the frames in August 15 (cost of progressive lenses was over $600). After several emails the frames arrived 4 weeks later. The prescription was wrong so back went the frames and lenses. I've been waiting since Sept 25th - that's 4 weeks again. Still no frames and lenses. No phone to call. Emails don't help. Will never ever use this service again. Just hoping to get my frames back so I can use a local optical store. So much for trying a new business trend!
They did such a good job replacing my lenses in my old frames. Like having a new pair of glasses without the expense and hassle of seeing the eye doctor. Love, love, love. So easy to order and great customer service. Thank you so much! Very happy!

I purchased lens for 2 frames from Lensabl and am super happy. I refuse to pay $200/lens at my eye doctor. Prices are so much fairer here and they seem to get all the correct measurements to make sure the progressive change is in the right place. One pair is transitions and they are perfect too. Things couldn't have gone better for me. I will be back!

Finally received my glasses back a second time. Turns out if you are getting a reflective coating on sunglasses, it's outsourced. They finally arrived after several e-mails and weeks. But alas the left lens still has an issue. Not as bad as the first time around (talking just the lenses) but I've given up. Not trying a 3rd time. Will get them re-made locally.
Absolute nightmare. Plus they clearly delete any negative review on their own site. They told me they couldn't put lenses in my frames. Then, upon pushing them they had LOST my frames, a completely different story. Then after waiting 8 weeks, my glasses showed up and the lenses had marks on them. Upon sending back they did confirm that issue, but I still don't have my glasses back after over 2 months of dealing with them. Seems to be unethical, and dishonest at best as a company. I just want my frames back at this point, worried they could be lost again. I would not use them.
Following website directions, and an inquiry regarding my rimless frames, I successfully mailed my package with preprinted company label that included frames and new progressive prescription. Receipt of the package was acknowledged and work began. In 2 weeks I have my glasses back and saved substantially over visiting a box store location. I will be recommending Lensabl, Inc. to all my east coast friends. Great Job, Fast Service.
Great service! I was able to fill my Valentino frames I purchased at a discount on the internet with ease from the comfort of my work desk. When I first received my order there were small issues with the coating but they were more than willing to correct the issues and I had my finished glasses in perfect condition within 2 weeks from start to finish.
I bought the ultra thin lenses with the coating that was supposed to prevent glare and reflections. When I received my glasses, the lenses were thin, but because I had anti-reflective / anti-glare coating in the past I could see right away after putting the glasses on that the coating was either not there or highly inadequate. I contacted their "support," and was told the coating was there. They asked me to send a picture, which I did (the picture showed how you could not even see my eyes because of the glare/reflection). They wrote back to tell me that is how they are supposed to look because the glare is being reflected away! That is, of course, absolute nonsense. I wrote back and got yet another person who said there was nothing wrong with the lenses, and there would be no refund of any amount, but I could send them back to have them looked at (why do that if there isn't going to be a refund? And what do I use in the meantime?). If you say "white," Lensabl support will say "black." It was a frustrating, awful experience, and I have glasses that my eyes cannot even be seen through the lenses the reflection is so bad. I would have been better off going to my regular optician and just paying the extra $100 to get quality lenses and coating that enables my eyes to be seen. What an expensive lesson! Spend a little more, and get glasses done right! Quality coatings and lenses make a HUGE difference. There is no number to call, so you have to email them and then wait (and wait) for a response.
The ordering process was a little tricky, but after a little trial and error I was able to successfully place my order. I figure it took about 4 to 5 days and another 3 day shipping time to receive my order. Exellent communication on their part. I recieved my glasses in a beautiful case along with lens cleaner and care instructions. Bottom line is, you can't rush quality. I've read the mixed reviews and I stand by what I've written. It took 14 business days for you to finish my glasses I get them, I can't see a thing out of them! WTF?
I took the glasses to my optometrist they verified that the company had made these lenses to the wrong metrics. The company, by email, has stated they will replace these with corrected lenses. I will update as promised for the finality of the same.
Their lenses are horrible made, Not reliable with their work. Don't want to fix the mistakes they made. I don't recommend them, will not buy again
I sent my frames with my (scratched) prescription lenses to Lensabl. They were able to take the prescription off my lenses and create new (unscratched) lenses. It took about 2 weeks for me to get my glasses back. The results seemed good.
However, when I put the glasses on, the right lens fell out of the frame! Yes, it fell out.
They said, "Go to your nearest optometrist and get them fixed." I chose to send the glasses back to Lensabl to have the problem corrected. It took 2 1/2 weeks.
Now, 6 weeks later, I need a backup pair of glasses made to the same prescription, so I used Lensabl again, but Lensabl says they no longer have my prescription. Is it possible that they threw it out after only 6 weeks?
They don't answer their messages and offer no help, so I don't know what the problem is. But I have already paid. I'm very worried that I will end up with neither my money nor my glasses.
FOLLOWUP - In the end, Lensable did contact me and did admit that they do indeed have my prescription. Just a quick response to my initial query and a more careful check of their records could have avoided a lot os stress for me and a bad review for them.
The step by step process to register my prescription and measurements. Receiving the return package for my frames, was great. In a week my glasses were finished and on the way back to me. Awesome!

It's my first time trying Lensabl. Sent em my two favorite frames. Paid $20 express mail. Communicated that I needed the frames soon for travel. Very responsive. Voila! After two days, got my frames! Highly recommend em.

Due to more than a few unfortunate issues with the lenses; my new eyeglasses took an extra few weeks. Cust Serv Assoc Megan was in constant contact with updates. And once the lens finally past inspection; they were shipped nxt day UPS. From the min I put them on; they were the clearest, most crisp vision I've ever experienced. My prog lens measurements are spot on; I basically think that says a lot about their high quality & standards. For my experience; even with the delays, I wouldn't change a thing.
I Am Extremely Happily Satisfied. I will order more pairs myself, plus also refer family & friends.

I have five pairs of eyeglasses (including two sunglasses) with the same prescription, including the one I just received from Lensabl, and this is the best. I don't know what it is but I am more comfortable and I can see better with these sunglasses - from the moment I put it on. Maybe it is the quality of the lenses or maybe it is the picture that they ask you to upload to show where your eyes are relative to the glasses - no one asked for this before. It doesn't matter, I am very happy with my sunglasses and I hope this company is around for a long time. Thank you.

I hoped to reuse my expensive frames with new prescription lenses and I tried Lensabl. I tried first 1 pair, was great... just ordered an additional 2 pair and plan on another 2 pair there after. Fair pricing and concerned about quality. Don't hesitate! Reuse. Recycle!

Lensabl software altered my prescription, company refused to refund the purchase and instead offered 30% off replacement lenses. Save yourself money and go somewhere else.
Hey Joe - our software does not alter customer's prescriptions, and we have already been in touch with you directly on this. We do understand that prescriptions can be entered incorrectly and we do offer to redo the lenses for you for a largely discounted price, as all we want is for you to have perfect lenses. As I am sure you can understand, if we were to redo lenses where customer's accidentally incorrectly submitted their prescriptions, for free, it would be tough for us to run our business efficiently. I sent my favorite frames in to be re-lensed. When I got them back, there was an issue with the new lenses and I could hardly see. Rudy from customer service worked with me - it turns out that the measurements given from my old optometrist were wrong! They immediately sent me a return shipping box and took new measurements from photos of me wearing the glasses. I got the glasses back yesterday and I can now see perfectly with them. :)

Never bought progressive lenses before but Rudy and the customer service team walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and told me what to expect. LHeld the order a number of times while I changed my mind, then shipped in a day of deciding. Would recommend without hesitation.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
