I bought these for my daughter and I thought it was that she was not used to them, but now we believe that something is not quite right with the prescription. Maybe a number was read incorrectly. I am bummed because I had a lot of frames I wanted to send in and these were the test case. :(
Placed order in late June for prescription lenses in my own frames. Shipped the frames to Lensabl on July 9 after receiving their box. Have followed up twice asking for order updates, both times they replied saying my order would be ready in "3-5 business days" - it's now August 21 and I still haven't heard that the order has shipped. I think they lost my frames. So disappointing that I have to chase them like this just to get resolution.
They could not do the glasses I sent them. The replacement product was not correct. Shipping was very slow. This is the third time I have used this company and the first two experiences were great but this was awful. I will not be using them again.
The description said they were reading glasses and sunglasses. What did I actually get? Just reading glasses. So, blocking the sun half as much as promised is apparently considered good enough? On top of that, I paid extra for shipping, and it still arrived four weeks late. Not to mention, I had to chase them down asking, "Where's my order?" Zero stars would be more than generous, but of course, I was forced to pick at least one.
Ran me in circles. Very expensive Meta Ray-Ban glasses with prescription lenses with progression 1/4 inch misplaced. Wanted me to "pop" out $600 lens to send back to see them before they remake. Wanted me to go to some unrelated store, to put in blanks. I suggested they make right send them, I will get unrelated optician to swap. NO MUST SEND FIRST. ( no respect or trust) I am now working with Ray—Ban and sending the junk lens for refund.
This is my third pair of glasses with Lensabl. The turn around time was quick and I am very statisfied with the product.
My frame was lost and no one reached out till I asked. It is impossible to speak with some one on the phone. I have been promised a replacement but as of now I have lost all faith. I will consider twice before trying them next time - if at all
My order was cancelled but was not informed why! Very disappointed.
I had to send my original order back as there was several issues with the lenses and PD. 2nd time is better, but still not correct. This may be convenient and seem like a cheap way to get a good pair of glasses, but you truly get what you pay for. These may be the worst lenses I have ever had in my life and while customer service is responsive, they cant fix the issue and will not offer a refund.
The lenses just aren't right. Y vision is a little off. I don't think the prescription was done correctly. I won't be ordering again.
I placed an order July 28th, and it's now August 7th. Besides the initial order confirmation, Lensabl has sent no updates on order status or anticipated ship date. I ordered specialty contacts that do have variable ship times, but every other vendor has advised on expected availability. 3 stars because I'm disappointed but confident this will be resolved well!
This was the first time I've ever ordered prescription glasses online. I was really worried about them getting the right parts of my viewing field in the right places for my transition lenses. I worried for no reason. The glasses came to me with the fields placed perfectly and now, paired with my Goodr Yeti's I have been enjoying a slip free experience with my new sunglasses! 😎 I would order glasses from Lensabl again.
I have many pairs of Goodr sunglasses for when I'm wearing contacts. This was my first pair of prescription Goodrs, and they were everything I wanted for about 6 weeks. Then the frames shattered in my pocket. Lenses are fine, but I can't use them. I can't even fit them into an equivalent Goodr frame because the Rx lenses are just a hair bigger than stock.
I was excited to find a company that would put new lenses in my old frames. I loved my sunglasses, but needed an updated prescription. I filled out details online, paid and a box was on the way. The first part was easy. I WAS disappointed slightly in the cost of the new lenses…. Which didn't seem much less than my eye doc. But figured it was worth it. Shipping was easy. But I never received a notice that my glasses were received or when to expect them back. I had to reach out several times for information, it was not automated. But the worst part was that my glasses came back with VERY WIDE ear pieces. I took them to an eyeglass store for adjustment and they pointed out the arms had been bent at the hinges. They adjusted as much as possible, but with the new super wide set, these barely stay on my face. Such a huge disappointment and no way to fix them. Rather than saving money and reusing my beloved sunglasses, I wasted money and have a pair I can no longer wear.
Love my new old frames with purple lenses! So cool and I can see perfectly.

It's not my first pair from Lensabl. Like always, my glasses are impeccable.
I reached out to request my lenses be redone as it was unclear what the result would be- I was told that there would be a line in my bifocals, instead the lens has a square piece on the inner corner of each lens- not attractive and not easy to see. A photo example of the product would help customers to make decisions that would best suit them. I was offered a 25% discount on re-ordering. Not helpful as I am already out $188.00 Very sad about this outcome. Would have liked the company to stand by their product and redo the lenses even if I need to pay the difference for the higher quality version.
Breach of contract! Horrible workmanship and horrible customer service. Lensabl failed to correctly relens my drill press frames. Instead of taking care of the customer, they are playing games with returning my frames and refunding my order.
The lenses are great! The costumer service was awesome! They were so good! Arrived at my door relatively quick Where's the problem? The frames! The brand goodr is know for their non slip frames. This particular frames doesn't have those non slip pads. But Lensabl is great! I will order again
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.

I truly apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We regret that the frame was lost, but we have ordered a brand new replacement frame, and refunded the cost of the lenses. We don't have phone support agents, but we have been extremely responsive via email.
