Honestly, it's been over two months and I still have yet to receive my order. I ordered almost two months before a trip I needed them for and they failed to even communicate that there were any sort of delays. I've gotten faster service from smaller companies. As of writing this I'm still waiting for my order and have no idea when it may even be completed if at all.
Detour has a very clear policy that returns are accepted. It isn't clear when you redirect to Lensabl, that there are no returns. Incredibly scummy, and there's many people in my situation.
I ordered prescription sunglasses and got regular glasses. Then I was told I couldn't get my money back for the lenses. You screwed up the order and I paid for it. I will spend the rest of my existence making sure no one I every met buys from you

I sent a favorite pair of glasses for lens replacement and had to contact Lensabl for confirmation of their arrival, they never responded to the specific inquiry. The shipping/tracking # indicated it was in Denver a week prior with no movement. Finally received an email that the order was processing 2 weeks after I sent in my frames. 10 days later I received the glasses and they were fine. Communication was lousy.
This is the third pair of Oakley flak jacket replacement lenses I've ordered. I've always just sent the frames in a everything has been fine. This time the lenses are round or oval shaped and nothing like flak jacket lenses are or the lenses previously made by lensabl. I have now returned them and have no idea what's happening now. I was asked to send the original factory prescription Oakley lenses with the weird pair of glasses so all I can do is hope this gets rectified. The worst part is I have a fourth pair of identical glasses I was planning on sending in to get lenses but I don't know now.
I should have let Lensabl create my new glasses sooner. This was such an easy process! I am usually quite a skeptic but I was so pleased with the quality of the product/service and the great ease of taking care of my glasses without need of the eye doctor!
This would have been a 5 but I received it with a screw missing so the left temple was not attached to the frame. This resulted in having to return everything to be repaired. All in all there was a significant delay. Once I finally got them, perfect.

My vintage rayban frames where fitted with a new prescription sunglasses lens which fit the frames perfectly. It's great that i can keep my vintage frames.
I have used Lensable on 3 occasions having new lenses put in existing frames. All 3 have are progressive lens prescriptions. The results have been perfect! Highly recommended. Quick service and less expensive than other sources.
Process was fast and efficient and the quality of the lenses are fantastic. My only frustration was the difficulty of actually trying to get someone on the phone just to double check the measurements and lens prescription and the logistics of it all. That being said, I will definitely be using Lensabi again. Thank you
You lost my irreplaceable Warby Parker frames. They do not make them anymore, so I am out of luck. This is literally the business you are in—replacing lenses. How do you lose a frame?
I sent my $200 frames in and got them back so stretched out they fall off my face. They offered me $14 to get them adjusted, but nobody has been able to bend them back. The lenses don't seem to fit right. So, I have $50 sunglasses that are useless. Awful!
I sent my glasses in 2 weeks ago and still have no update on my glasses coming back. The tracking number with my order is invalid. I tried to contact customer service with zero success. Convinced that i will never receive my glasses.
The process was good and very efficient. Sadly the product wasn't. The "brown" tint came out to be a reddish almost red tint, instead of brown. And when worn, I can't see well with them. I can't see clearly, yet, I know it is the correct prescription because I'm using it with my regular glasses. I've been traveling a lot for work and missed the window. Now I'm stuck with a useless prescription. I'm sad.

I needed prescription lenses put into a set of motorcycle glasses I bought. They were wrap arounds, and many of the places I considered wouldn't touch them due to the complexity of the work. Lensabl was fantastic, contacted me when they needed info, and my glasses were ready in 2 weeks. A few months later I needed new glasses, got them from optometrist, but was never happy with the fit. They couldn't use my old frames as they said that they aren't in circulation anymore (?). So I sent them to Lensabl, and they again did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.
I ordered lenses for a Viture VR glasses insert in January, and am still waiting in April! Lensable keeps telling me that the frame isn't available right now, the frame is $13 next day delivery on Amazon, total BS.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
