Took a little longer than I expected to receive the new lenses in my glasses. I also wished I would have went with a higher index lens, lenses bug out of the frames I sent in. Not really their issue since I didn't pick the appropriate lens, just wish the prompts would have forced me to look at them based on my prescription - or a rep would have caught it along the way and brought to my attention. I would have totally paid the extra if I would have known how goofy they were going to look.
Sent glasses in for new lenses. Lenses came back great but my glasses are bent out of wack. Not sure if this happened at the lab or in shipping. Sent back to have them fixed and got them back and not fixed at all.
The general process to buy is very good. I ran into issues about my prescription. While I uploaded the prescription and PD twice, I had to email it to customer service to move my order along. I ordered on August 7th and received my glasses on September 2nd. I think we lost at least a week of time if not two with back and forth. The website estimate for the glasses to ship was wildly off. It went from 5 days to ship the glasses arriving two days later.
Having said this the final product is a hit. So please tighten up the process and get back to people sooner on customer service issues. I almost cancelled the order.
Ordered a single replacement right lens for my Bose Tenor audio sunglasses through Mark. Order #*******.
I received a box to send in my frames which I did. The label on the padded envelope had the correct information on it.
2 days later I received a box with a single right lens that was clear and not a sunglass lens but no frame.
I hope that my frames get returned with the CORRECT lens installed.
Process took to long. Had to contact customer service at first because box didn't arrive a week later they sent a new one. Website kept saying at lab for almost 3 weeks contacted customer service again then inspection didn't go threw so that took longer finally received my 2 pairs and prescription seems stronger than the exact prescription pair I wear now.
Took a pair of Oakley glasses I don't have to wear anymore and they put sunglass lenses in them for me. I was missing a nose pad I was going to replace myself and they did that also! Came back secured in a box. Got a case and cleaning case as well. Wow great experience in today's time when things aren't always so good. Highly recommend. Needed prescription lenses in my Bose frames, this is the second pair they have done for me. Tried the transitions and while they aren't quite as dark as I had expected the prescription is clear and lenses look great.
Great. My glasses were delivered yesterday. I love being able to see perfectly. I had a horrible experience with another on line company so I was a little hesitant, but I am extremely happy.

I love my new glasses. I have bifocals and a crazy astigmatism prescription. Driving to work this morning was amazing - I could see in the distance perfectly AND read the speedometer. Often I have to sacrifice one or the other with my glasses and/or keep sending them back to the lab to be re-done. These were perfect on the first go. In addition the customer service is amazing - I changed my mind about the lens type right before I sent them in and customer service emailed me the same day that they would adjust my order no problem. This is such a great way to cut down on consumer waste and save money if you still like the style of your frames.
These gasses were delayed several times and every time i emailed a request for a refund there was no response other than "We are working on your glasses" I didnt want to glasses anymore as they took far too long to receive. I WANTED MY DAMN MONEY BACK! YOU IGNORED ME! When my glasses showed up they didnt fit anyway. I reached out and was told that only the frames could be refunded. You shills purposely waited for me to have the glasses in hand so you could tell me that was policy. I. WANT. MY $#*!ING. MONEY. BACK!
First, the glasses look great and appear to have good lenses. However, I ordered the glasses on June 17 and only received them on September 1. Some time in July, I logged in to see progress and saw that they appeared to be stuck in the lab. I received no notification of this, so I contacted Customer Service to see what was going on. Apparently, I had ordered lenses that could not be made due to complications with my prescription (polarized lenses, progressive, strong prescription). I was told to reorder without polarized lenses. In mid-August, I checked back and I was stuck in the lab again. I once again followed up with Customer Service and had to make another change. It should not have been my responsibility to monitor progress. There should be a mechanism to let the customer know there is a problem.
My first time with Lensabl. I ordered progressive, transition lens on my favorite sunglasses. They have a great customer service amd respond to my email so quick.
I finally tested my new sunglasses and I can tell that I'm so comfortable with progressive lens from this company compared to other brands! This is amazing and my dream came true to fit Scription lenses in my sunglasses.
Asian have hard time find glasses/ sunglasses due to low bridge so it's hard to find pair you can wear comfortably without touching the cheeks with frame and such… so I'm thankful they could put lens on mine.
Progressive lens are smoother and no dizziness when I walk and look down and up right away.( some company's lenses are not work) but this lendabl lens are very nice.
I will start order all my glasses from now on!
I sent in my glasses for new prescription lenses. I sent in the case which had my charger cord in(whoops) but when I got my glasses back I did not receive my case or cord. I got a lensabl box and cleaning kit.
For some reason when I posted my review it changed my 3 stars to 5. You get 3 or 2.5
Sent in my old frames to get my new prescription in them. Its great! They even tightened up the arms they look brand new and not 12 years old! Will be using this service again!

Sent glass for new lens. Took over two Months. You did not sent me my old lens. The glass were made wrong. Sent Ten emails to try send to fix or money back! You said my glass were ok. Sent Glass Back in box untapped closed. Nice empty box I received yesterday. Out over 224.00 and no glass.
When I first received my glasses, they did not work out well at all. It was my first set of progressives and I was unable to use them while driving. I reached out to Lensabl and was encouraged to send them back in for a "redo". I was given specific instructions to help get the lenses right and I really appreciated the thoughtful customer service provided. My new glasses just arrived and they are much improved and working very well. Very pleased and will order again from Lensabl. Thank you.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
