Very happy with new lenses in my existing rimless frames. This can't have been an easy job - thin progressive lenses in challenging frames - but they look amazing and are perfect. I'll definitely come back for my next prescription and glasses.
I purchased Stoggles Safety Glasses and sent them to Lensabl to insert Rx progressive lenses. When I received the glasses, the lenses were not correct to the point I could not read anything with them. I contacted customer service and worked with them to get them corrected. I took the glasses to where I normally buy glasses and had them do the measurements for the progressive lenses and sent those to customer service who initiated my returning the glasses via postage paid instructions. I just received my glasses and they are perfect! Yes, it took some time but I appreciate they recognized the glasses needed corrected and worked with me to obtain the information needed to fix them.
I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
This company has done a fantastic job and provided a quality experince with ordering and swiftly delivering a pair of fantastic glasses. However I do wish they included the case from the frame manufacturer, in my case the manufacturer case of the Hobie Lennox frames, as these are fantastic clip-ons and I would have liked to have the Hobie case as it made it easy to carry multiple colors of the clip on frames without them sitting loose in a bag or the like. If at all possible I'd love to have the case shipped or I'd even buy it if a knew where to find it alone. Regardless the product is great I just wish I had the original packaging.
I sent in 3 frames for new lenses after having a great experience a few years ago with some vintage frames. I not only waited over 2 months to get two of the pairs back, the third pair was lost, then found, then sent to me with the wrong color transitions, then I mailed it back to be "redone", and came back to me with the same, incorrect transitions.
I had a pair of Nike frames that had beat up lens. I found lensabl on Google and saw their prices were good. Gave them a shot and sent in my frames. After I received my glasses from them, I noticed that one of the lens didn't sit entirely in the frame; it was something I couldn't pop back in. I contacted customer service and they immediately helped in getting another shipping label to send back. Super friendly customer service. Hiccups happen, but they were able to respond quickly and were very helpful.
Lenses took over double the time they estimated, overall was without my glasses for 1 month. No communication that there were issues with the process until I reached out. Will have to try someone else next time.

Lensabl had my frames for around six weeks. I anticipated roughly a two-week turnaround, the delay was very frustrating

I sent my Stella McCartney glasses in to be fitted with distance lenses and they came back perfect (only they still have my Stella case so I need to get that back!)

Costco and Walmart wouldn't process lenses for my narrow plastic frames, but Lensabl did it quickly and expertly for only $92.60 (after an additional $15 for insurance and minus a 20 percent discount). They paid for shipping, which included sending me a box in which to mail my frames. I'm a completely satisfied customer.
Got the glasses looks all nice and clear but after one week only the one of the lenses popped out on its on, bad installation.
No reply when trying to get a resolution. I ordered yellow lenses and you sent clear lenses.

The pair of glasses that I received are perfect. Unfortunately, a second pair of Tiffany frames were never received back by me with the lenses I ordered. Both frames were sent in the same box. I am still waiting for a response.

I've used Lensabl for a number of lens replacements over the years, esp. Quite a few in the past couple years since I had worsening cataracts. Now, one year later, since my last order, I've had cataract surgeries, and now instead of a higher Rx, I needed a much lower Rx. :) In any case, I've always received clear, accurate replacements.
This time it took a little longer than before, but they let me know when I asked. Apparently, quality control flagged them when they were finished, and they had to be redone.
Overall, pleased with results and customer service.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
