Lensabl has garnered a reputation for providing high-quality lenses and a convenient service for replacing lenses in existing frames, with many customers expressing satisfaction with the product quality and the speed of delivery. However, concerns have been raised regarding customer service responsiveness, particularly during issue resolution, as well as occasional discrepancies in prescription accuracy. While many customers appreciate the transparency and communication throughout the process, there are notable frustrations related to the handling of returns and remakes. Overall, Lensabl is viewed positively, though improvements in customer support could enhance the overall experience.

As always, super easy process to use. Order moved through the system pretty fast and communication (I forgot to provide a measurement after sending in frames) was great. Saved about $100 compared to using my local optometrist. Lenses are great.
This company is fantastic. I found them looking for an alternative to having my optometrist office make my glasses. They were almost 50% less! I had already purchased designer frames that fit my style and just wanted my prescription put in them. It was a leap of faith to send my frames without knowing the company. They gave me a shipping label and off they went with a prayer. I had nothing to worry about. They arrived in a little over a week. I am very pleased with the result.
Took a little longer than I had expected but the result was well worth the wait. Very happy with the lenses.
Lens's are great and work perfectly. However, I would have like a little bit more notification. I also did not get the case I sent them in back that comes with the non prescription sunglass lenses and would like to get those back.
This has to be the simplest and best way to keep your expensive frames and get the updated lenses you need as your prescription changes over time. Just sent out my frames and got updated glasses back within two weeks. Shipping was free and they came in PERFECT! I highly recommend this to everyone that needs to update their glasses, just don't know how to do it. I found this on a whim and I am so glad I did!
This is the third pair of lenses I've had replaced. Until now, everything has been perfect.
Unfortunately, I think lensabl's team attempted to polish the frames before returning them. This would have been really nice, but unfortunately, the frames now appear terribly scuffed. Whatever process was used likely works on most frames, but it didn't work on these. To be clear, they weren't perfect beforehand, but the black acetate now looks hazy and awful. Overall, this was not a great experience.
I ordered my contacts and my daughters from 2 different places at the same time. Hers came over a week earlier.
The QA agent who was working with me was subtly rude and sarcastic and delayed my order for over 4 weeks straight.
From now on, I will go to a local shop for my glasses. It has been almost a month and I just received one pair of my two pair order. I will not recommend your services to anyone and I will discourage anyone who mentions Lensabl.
Good experience for a first time user. If they could speed up the process of completing the order, I would give them 5 stars
Very good experience the lenses fit perfectly costumers service is very good I will do business whit you guys at any point thank you very much for your help
I just received my glasses and can't say enough about the great customer service and the fantastic pricing of my new glasses.
A++
I sent a pair of steampunk glasses. There were four lenses, two lift up, these were already tinted, the were the one's I wanted to be prescription since I'm nearsighted. The two lower ones were clear glass, these didn't need anything done. I mailed them in with my prescription and took photos for the PD and SH. I was told the photo's were not good and that I needed to go to an optometrist to get that information. I sent these in July. With COVID I wasn't able to do that. Then I received them in the mail, they're done! Only how can they be done when I haven't sent in the information that was needed? Also when I looked at them the clear glass was TINTED! How ridiculous is that? I've notified the company that this needs to be corrected.
Not the right lens for my frames provided a scrip and my old glasses for dp value
What i received was something that doesn't make sense

I sent in my old frames so I could have clear lens, but when I got my frames back they were very damaged. The ends of the glasses were poking out and I had to push them back in, the frames are scratched of the side like some one took sandpaper to them. The rose gold paint is also coming off like some sort of chemical was applied to the frame that damaged the paint. Long story short the glasses look like completely different glasses and I'm pretty sure the ends of the glasses are not the ones I sent in. I really wish I never sent them in because the came back more damaged and these frames are expensive. I'm truly confused as to why my glasses are more damaged. I'm currently trying to get through with customer service but it's been a few days since they got back to me... just very disappointed.
Loved how they turned out it just took over 2 weeks for them to finally complete them when I was told 6 days.
When you buy a nice pair of glasses, you hope to hold onto them for a long time and keep them with the case. I needed a prescription pair so chose Lensabl. The lenses are good, however I would say the reading portion of the progressive glasses are a bit off. So don't plan on reading a book all day with them. I sent my original glasses in the box they provided.
When my glasses were returned they came in their very clinical looking, super large, won't fit in my purse, case. I emailed them right away about the original case and said: "We ask customers in our shipping instructions email or on the box we send to you to send your frames back to us, not to send in cases or accessories, as they will be separated from the frames during production and may not be returned." Um, what!?! First off, they need to do a way better job at alerting customers of this policy! I wouldn't have sent the case if I would have seen the disclaimer. I sent them in the case to protect the glasses which seems totally logical. I was really OCD with the whole send them my glasses thing too so I don't know how I missed it? Second, why would they just assume at the lab, "hey, here's a really nice pair of designer glasses and designer case. I'll just throw out the designer case or lose it or keep it and that's the end of that." What?!
It kind of just sucks. I don't buy nice glasses a lot but when I do, I want the case that comes with them. I plan on keeping them for a long time so, just plum out of luck and their response was really flat about it. No offer to discount or anything like that. It's not cheap to have glasses turned prescription. So there you go. I don't do a lot of public reviews but this just kinda hurt.
I cannot see up close with my glasses. It's like you used the same lens that were already in my frames. It is not my new prescription. I did send an email to customer service about this.
They sent me my old (worthless) lenses. But they kept my glasses case. They replaced my case with a crappy case.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.
Answer: They falsely boosted about putting new lenses in existing frames (in a very short turn around like a week) not the 8 months it's been
Answer: Once your frames arrive at our lab, assuming you've provided all required Rx information, lens production is 4-7 business days on average before shipping
Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
Answer: All prices are in USD ($) but we do ship to Canada as well :)
Answer: Yes all of our lenses are guaranteed or we will re-make them if any issues once you receive them back. Thanks!
