I had great expectations with my order but I'm very disappointed.

First, I sent my frames in it's original, brand new Tom Ford case and when I received back my glasses, the case was not in the box...

Second, the order took more time than expected due to a production issue in the lab (no problem with that)

Third, I ordered transition glasses and I'm pretty sure this glasses aren't transition.

And, tomorrow I have to check with my optometrist, but I have the suspect that the left glass doesn't have the right correction...

Not happy at all...

I had a pair of Burberry frames that I loved but the prescription in them was an old one. I took them to Lens Crafters and they quoted me $400 to replace the lenses! I said, "no way" and came home and googled. I found Lensabl and sent the frames off - less than two weeks later I got them back, nicely boxed with an eyeglass case and cleaner kit. I am so happy I did this! Those frames were sitting in a drawer and for about $70 I am able to wear them again. I would highly recommend.

I am very disappointed in the lack of attention given in creating my recent lenses. I have used lensabl several times in the past few years so I was completely thrown off when I received 2 completely different colored lenses in my frames. They claim to send the frames through several quality inspections which is clearly impossible. I reached out and was sent a label to return my frames so they could fix it. 3 weeks later, I receive my frames and AGAIN they sent me 2 different colored lenses. I ordered my prescription with blue light blocking lenses. Somehow, after going through their "many quality inspections" my frames came with one blue light blocking lens and one brown colored lens, TWICE! And it gets worse, the second time they sent me 2 different colored lenses, the right lens didn't even have my prescription. Lensabl clearly cannot deliver or even fix their mistakes and their no refund policy means I have waisted 5 weeks of my time and $120. The pic in the car is the first set of lenses and the pic with the curtain is the second set of lenses.

Horrible experience from end to end. The expectation was set in the dashboard after ordering that the lenses would be shipped within 6 days. That timeline never updated and I kept checking to see whether my lenses had been shipped and contacted support who didn't really know what what was going on. Took 6 weeks to finally get the lenses which is way too long. Support wouldn't give a discount even with these issues.

I will say that following the instructions are very important. I did not pay attention to some of the things required so it caused some delays. The support was very responsive and once I took care of what steps i missed it was an easy process. The lenses are fantastic, as good as other more expensive services I have used. Better than Warby parker's I also own.

Was immediately attracted to this service comparing prices with my local store, that said I have some issues / concerns:
* I mailed my Frames in the manufacturer provided case to ensure that they were not damaged during shipping. The returned glasses came with an awkward and large case, and it would seem as though they have kept or discarded my case. This may be in the fine print somewhere, but this should be made very clear, as I would much rather have my case back
* When cleaning the glasses shortly after receipt, I was surprised to find that the lenses are not seated tightly and shift while cleaning. This is a big concern and I am hoping this does not result in the lenses falling out, but time will tell
