I Love my prescription Bosé Soprano Sunglasses. They are super clear, not heavy, and look ahhhhmazing on me. I would definitely order from Lensable again and again. Customer Service was on top of keeping me up to date with my order. Thank you!
It was super easy to request lenses and order them, and the packaging was nice and thoughtful. However, I'm not in love with the end result. I took a chance and ordered red lenses 50% as sunglasses. And they are a little too intense for me. But overall, nice experience!
Online ordering process was great. But the wait time was longer than expected. Now since they're the only place I know to get prescription lenses for bose frames, you have to deal with the wait time.

I found Lensabl through the Wirecutter, where it was very highly rated, and I was not disappointed! I have frames I loved but my prescription had changed. It was easy to order and the peace was good, especially compared to the stores. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered two pairs of lenses. Unfortunately, one didn't fit my frames. But I was able to send them back, and they promptly returned my new lenses and frames. I am so happy I went with Lensable.
I sent my frame and uploaded my prescription. Lensable was very helpful and answered all my questions throughout the process. I can say they did an excellent job with my glasses. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I definitely will be getting all my glasses through them from now on.

I really do not want to leave a bad review, but Lensabl's quality has gone down the drain. I was very hopeful as I had a good experience the first time I used Lensabl (back in April 2020). However, when I tried to order 1.70 high index lens, the lens were comically thick and totally distorted. 1.70 high index is supposed to be thinner than 1.67, but the ones they gave me were thicker than the 1.67 I ordered in April 2020. Everything was totally distorted. The turnaround time was over a month (even though they promise a 2-week turnaround time), and I had to check in with customer service because their tracking info on the website doesn't work. I went to LensFactory to correct the lenses, and they had a turnaround time of 2 days and gave me much thinner lenses (which is what 1.70 is supposed to be). It's ridiculous that Lensabl has a "no refund" policy when they do such a botched job. $200 for these lenses is a complete scam. Unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer to Lensabl. I recommend going to LensFactory instead.

From the moment I searched the internet to have the lenses replaced in my new frames to the moment the frames arrived, everything was seamless and easy! AND my new lenses are perfect! Earlier the day I ordered, I went to my local eye doctors office and was told "Sorry, these frames are designed to not be able to have replacement lenses put in." I left and found Lensabl! Thank You!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
