The final outcome was good. They did a good job on my lenses and the glasses feel very solid. I wasn't totally satisfied with the information updates on the web site. After my glasses were received the timeline kept stating that in most cases it is about 6 days until they're finished.It stated that for nearly a month. I sent an email to the support team and they told me it would be a few more days. Then I received an email saying they were shipping and gave me a tracking number. I'm happy with the glasses and would do it again. I would suggest they somehow give a more accurate estimate of time in the website account pages.
Didn't receive any notification my packages were shipped. Dashboard just said order received. No updates

I am floored and really disappointed at how you managed to "screw up" my recent reorder for Maui Jim Typhoon replacement lenses; a product that you did so well the first time. The initial job you performed had a mirrored top & bottom mirrored finish with lessened mirror gradient in the middle from which is difficult to see in the photo attached.
The "online only" communication set the stage for difficulty and problems when an email was missed originally about wanting the mirrored finish; though clearly stated as to the reason for a reorder.
So, I have to resend back the non-mirror and my original glass lenses; which you lose and replace with polycarbonate? Then, after another month you send me "Blue Bug" lenses. What the heck?

These are clearly non-gradient mirrored BLUE finish lenses? $238.16 was fair for the Progressive lenses, but $132.49 to make Blue Bug eyes! $370.65 total and this is NOT what I ordered.

I was looking for a certain type of Transitions lenses and Lensabl had it. The frame selections were great because they have a nice variety. I also purchased the vision plan because it was such a great deal and much better than the vision plan that comes with my medical insurance. Their prices are fair and reasonable unlike some other eyewear providers who shall remain nameless.
My new glasses came within the time frame that they quoted online and they were exactly as pictured. The glasses were packaged well and it came with a cleaning kit and case. I was absolutely stunned by the quick and professional service and obviously will continue to order my glasses from Lensabl in the future. My new one stop shop for eyewear. Thanks again Lensabl!
This is the 3rd time I've used lensabl and the lenses are great. The first 2 times I sent in my frames and everything was all good. This time I purchased some clubmasters for rx sunglasses and the frames came pretty crooked. I'm going to have to try and get them adjusted since they are very crooked on my face. I attached a photo so you can see how they came out the box.

I ordered Transition Advatage (Phtochromatic + Polarized) lenses to replace the old Transition lenses in my glasses. I tried to find a local store where I could try these lenses to get an idea how they perform. I could not find a demo pair to do this. After reading review for Tranisition Advantage glasses, I decided to order them from Lensabl.
The lenses do what they're supposed to. My only observation is that Transition Advantage lenses don't get as dark as the regular Transition lenses. But the polorization does cut down glare. I am still undecided whether I'd opt for the darker non-polorized lenses in the future.
My other suggestion is to make UPS Next Day Delivery your primary delivery choice to avoid delays. USPS Priority Mail took 5 days to deliver since the glasses were shipped on a Friday of a holiday weekend.
Takes a little longer than expected so if you're shipping off your only pair of glasses be prepared to be blind for a few weeks. The proof will be how they stand behind their $20 scratch insurance policy.
Worst experience I have ever had with any vendor. Sent in three frames you broke one of them and ruined another pair of my lenses and then told me you could not replace them. Waited two months to get one frame and lenses back and the other two damaged beyond repair. Subsequently I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card and considering further actions
The whole process was quick and easy. I had doubts I'd be able to get my prescription in my sunglasses but it was done. I was shocked that I'd get a case and glasses cleaner with my purchase.
I had prescription lenses put in a pair of blue lens frames I had at home. Mailing out the glasses was quick and easy, and I had them back in my hands in 3 weeks. The lenses are perfect and the glasses look great! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be ordering from Lensabl again!
The one pair that I got seems to be perfect. Only had them for one day with new prescription but I think they'll be great. Now I'm waiting for two more pair. I sent my own frames in 7 weeks ago. I don't know how the process works but it seems like it took an extraordinary long turnaround time. When I get my other two pair, I'll let you know. Have not received a shipping notice yet.
I've been wearing progressive lenses for nearly 20 years. The early days yielded dubious results. With today's digital progressive lenses and very specific prescription for my working, driving and shopping, I'm able to wear the same glasses all day long with seemingly 2020 results. The new lenses and frames are so light and strong I can wear them from from the time I get out of bed till I return in the evening.
I discovered Lensable 8 years ago online and have enjoyed new lenses almost annually. Their very affordable prices along with their unconditional customer support have made helped me maintain 2020 eyesight into my 60's and hopefully can continue for many years. A big shout out to Andy and all the people behind Lensable.

I had first ordered and was told I would have to ship my frames in, so that made me want to cancel. Then I was told I that we wouldn't have to since you said you have the frames. So I get the lenses and I was siked to put them on my frames but unfortunately they didn't fit flush so I couldn't screw the frame to hold the lenses. As of right now i don't know what to do.
Easy experience and good product. Expensive but you get what you pay for.
Took a little longer than I expected, but that was mostly my lack of understanding. The delivery also took an extra day or two, as the first lenses were apparently not quite right; glad for their quality control. I will definitely come back to Lensable!
Although I appreciate the quality check and the notice, explaining time difference in production of different lenses should be disclosed. The lenses options should be more accurate as my lenses seem to have been sent as the wrong lenses I picked. Frames should be given a size for buyers. The frames sent to me (tenor) are much smaller than ones I tried on before.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
