I was asking to Cheng date I had put wrong date by mistake so I call customer service they charge me $110 for after I book my tickets 1 hour after I want to Cheng date but they didn't
Pretty good and fast. Very easy to use and find the places where you want to go. From hotels, cars, restaurants. That is everything. One of the best applications for all those who like to travel. I have been using it for 5 years and I have never had a problem. I love it this app

I've booked a trip on 11/2/2019 from justfly.com - from Houston, TX to Nanjing, China; leaving on 2/2/2020, returning 2/22/2020.
After seeing the news report for few days, I realized it's not going to be safe to take this trip. So I contacted justfly.com and consulted about cancelling the ticket. At the time, they asked about the reason for cancellation, I told them it's because of the outbreak of virus, and asked for full refund. The representative stated that there's no advisory so they have to refund me with $300 less for the fee of Air China, and $100 for the fee from justfly.
The next few days, according to all the news and warnings to travelers, as well as Air China posted on their official site - all passenger can refund their tickets for free. I contacted justfly.com on 1/23 and 1/24 and ask them to issue me full refund, but no luck.
I strongly believe their practice is very unethical. I'd like to request an investigation!
The only reason I had to cancel my trip is because of the Coronnavirus outbreak, I'm a healthcare worker and fully understand the risk. It's very frustrating that I can't visit my family due to unforeseen circumstances, plus being mistreated by a travel agency.

Before I buy anything I always compare prices, specially flight tickets, I usually open tons of different website to search the best one for me. Justfly is always my favorite because it has the best price, it's very easy to understand the information and specially it doesn't show a fake price like another websites do.
I like the navigation process and I think I got a good deal. My 5 star deal breaker was there was some confusing placement of information when comparing airlines policy.

Seems like your company store credit card information without cardholders consent even when we book tickets, don't create profiles and don't save credit card #'s. After it, any new charges you just store to that credit card without cardholders consent or confirmation. Do you think it's legal? It's a fraud! You charged my credit card for some extra purchase that we even didn't do and ticket was not even bought on my name. You add extra charges after bookings claiming we do it without any confirmation or emails hoping no one can notice until it's too late to cancel

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
