Cancelled my flight without knowledge. Confirmation on website still showed valid. Waited on hold 5 hours to talk to someone to be told it was cancelled. My honeymoon is 5 days away and now I have to scramble to get tickets! WORST EVER! SCAM!
I bought a ticket in December from BSB-FLL, with full insurance and possibility to modify or cancel the flight, no questions asked, and get refunded less some fee or cost for cancellation understandably I had a reason to cancel my flight that was booked for 21st January, because My license to stay in Brazil expired January 22nd. 16th of January I went to the federal police and got there a permission to stay in Brazil until 22nd April. I immediately tried to modify the flight or cancel it if not possible to modify it. Neither was possible, and I don't like to be made fool off. Another thing happened, that I don't understand, but was nice, bravoflight sent me a voucher for EU 90,98,-. I don't know what the connection is if any, between these two.
