These people are the worst. Everyone that answers the phone are from Egypt and they are all scammers, I have been to their country exactly same as these people. They will scam you, lie to you. They are the worst. DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THEM.
This company is disrespectful and they cancel flights and the only option they offer is refund because all next flights are overbooked, they don't pay hotel, they are not interested in anything the customer
I booked with justfly.com for my nephews and nice who was unacampaned minor. Paid for the service and they missed their flight, justfly never notified us. On their return flight same thing happened flight was delayed 5 hours and they were again refused to board but justly.com customer service was not where to help. I tried for two days to reach out to Justfly for two days and i had a dead end for their chatbot, finaly i got to speak to someone who promised to call me at 10pm and I waited until 12:15 midnight no one called and thir chatbot had closed. The minor and the 3 teenagers were left stranded and refused to board. The other airlines said they can't do anything until just fly responds and reach out to them but nothing was done. Everyone I spoke with had deactivated their accounts and I will reach out to more to do so. They use fake chatbots and try to avoid speaking to clients even in desperate need of help. Stay away from Justfly.com buy your ticked from the actual airline.
I booked 7 passengers with this site in the beginning of March Miami-Madrid went back and forth with the agent who stated the lowest price was guaranteed(we would get credited if it decreased... well they are like $260 cheaper now and I called and a manager stated we did not choose that option! REALLY how convenient when the agent booked he advice us on it...Dont believe these Folks...
We bought four tickets to Europe four months before leaving. Six weeks after booking we called to see about upgrading our seats, only to find out the whole flight had been canceled. We were never notified by them. They then stated that we would be refunded, and followed that up with an email stating the same. We turned around and bought tickets through delta so we could make sure we got there. Two weeks later when calling to see why we hadn't been refunded we were told they rescheduled us a new flight. We had never gotten notified of that either! We told them that we were told we would get refunded. She argued with my husband but eventually found an email from them that stated that we would be refunded. So we got a PARTIAL refund and have been fighting together with our credit card company for six months now trying to get our money back. Save yourself the trouble and book with a reputable company. It's not worth saving $50! Caveat emptor (buyer beware)!
I booked 4 airline tickets from Las Vegas to Rome, then from Venice Italy to Las Vegas. 1 month before the flight I was emailed that they had canceled my flight and there was nothing they could do about it. My flight was on air Italia. I called just fly and they were no help at all. They said they would refund the 5300 dollars I had spent on the tickets.
So the next day I bought tickets myself on delta and paid for them.
Just fly kept 98 dollars per ticket, 396 dollars for the 4 tickets. We called them and said, you canceled the tickets, why are you keeping the money. They said that is their policy and that's the way it is. We disputed it with our Amex card and got a refund after a few months.
Well our Amex card was charged again for 396 dollars and now we are being told there is nothing Amex can do.
Amex told us to take legal action against the company.
So here we are, 4 months later taking legal action against them so we can get our money back on a flight they canceled.
This company is totally dishonest.
Do NOT use this company.

I recently booked a flight using their website and I got charged $125 dollars on top of paying for a plane ticket which cost $761 dollars. I called them to find out the $125 charge but I never got a live person online. I should of done my research first. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!
I booked a flight and was given a promotion for a discount when I booked my flight and they would not honor it. When 3searching flights I got a message that said that I could cancel my flight within. 24 hours of making it and now they refusing to honor They are scammers. I will never book anything with them again.

After purchasing a ticket from justfly, you're on your own. The company has a useless automated chat with no real life agent. I spent an hour trying to chat with someone, but no came on the chat. If you prefer to purchase a ticket from an online company, try Expedia or Hotwire, at least they have a customer service support with a phone number. Otherwise, the inability to make changes to your reservation, could end up ruining your entire trip
This company's policies are not fair and customer service is lacking. I'm sure they're short-handed.1:48 on hold. I will not use this company again. I went different routes for everything else I needed (rental, hotels) because I'm so leery of them and their sneaky dealings. I hope your experience is better than mine.
Not an honest company. United canceled first flight due to weather. JF booked a second route but didn't process it right, when we arrived at the airport they couldn't process because JF messed up. It took 1:35 minutes for someone to answer and then 4 and half hours to let us know they couldn't resolve the issue.
I missed the event we were going for.

This company scamed me. On December 13 2022, I booked a flight with them and they told me the price I booked was past and they wanted to charge me more which I declined. Oh my God it was back and forth with them on phone calls. I have never been frustrated like that in my life. Eventually I have to book another flight. They never refunded a penny to me. I lost $1421.75. My credit card company said they could not dispute the transaction because I did not have evidence since all our dealings were phone calls. Their customer respondants are all liars and scamers. One name I remember was Jaezy *******851. Watchout for these numbers *******855, *******313, Please DO NOT TRY TO BOOK WITH JUSTFLY.COM if you want your peace of mind. They are scammers.
This company is such a SCAM! Charged my card and sent no confirmation. I was sent and email saying I would have it in 4 days. When I called after 4 days, they told me that I needed to pay $79 to get my confirmation number! Had to cancel my CC and reported fraud against the company. Unreal!
My flight got canceled (which is totally understandable) and I called Justfly for help since I had two more flights until my final destination. The first representative was rude and hung up on me. The second representative asked me to forward an email to him, although the email says, "We never ask you to forward this email to anyone". It sounded so shady. The last representative tried to charge me without sufficient reasoning. Finally, an airline representative at the airport changed my ticket at no charge. A lot of headaches, trouble, and waste of time. Do your best to stay away from this agency.
I booked for a Qatar Airways flight on July 13,2023 on Justfly's website. Over 12 hours after booking, the ticket was not available. My booking status shows "processing", while my bank account has been debited. I had to cancel the booking the next day as I needed a copy of my ticket for another important process. Meanwhile, they charged me $75 they call "handling and admin fee" for cancelling a deal that they have not completed. I would not recommend its service.
Mother $#*!ers over booked our flight only to have us sitting in an airport in Mexico City for 6 hours only to rebook us to a broke plane, and another wait and the rental car was a $#*!ing joke as well. Grab your credit card and run run run for the hills you probablyhave better luck using your legs then this company, FYI i will be contact for a full refund once im back in the states. Very hard to reach to them and if you do no help,if you call air line direct they don't want to talk direct and ask you to call justfly for any change or issue.if you try contacting this agency need hours and once they chat with you no help feels like once you bought the ticket it is over now you deal with related problems it is much better to buy direct from air line imagine you stuck some where and need to call air line they will not talk directly and there is no way you will be able to talk to justfly agency
Using skiplagged.com to search for flights, I selected JustFly as my ticketing agency and paid for our international travel at a good price. I was shocked to realize that after 5 hours of waiting, JustFly displayed my ticket status as "Processing". Called JustFly. Wait time was announced as 2-3 minutes, but I waited for 17 minutes. That's Ok. Then the customer agent Dalia told me that since the ticket price is at the lowest, the system will take up to 4 days to complete my request. I told her that this is ridiculous, that all the ticket online purchases I've been making for the past 30 years are processed to completion almost immediately. I also told her that after purchasing, I realized that Etihad is providing the tickets at the same low price, so there is no special price on this ticket through them. She then said she'll process my tickets "manually" (?) and within minutes, I received a confirmation email from Etihad. I'm glad I called JustFly and Dalia processed my tickets immediately, but this is NOT good. It really scared the hell out of me after I read through terrible reviews about JustFly's legitimacy. I advised her to work with her management to resolve this serious issue asap. A horror process but a Happy Ending. I double-checked on Etihad website and our tickets are indeed confirmed.
It is a company that defrauds people. I made a reservation with them on a certain date and completed the reservation to receive confirmation of the reservation, but on a different date. When I called them to tell them that it was their fault and not my fault, they manipulated me in talking. All they care about is taking my money. I do not advise anyone to deal with them, as they are a fraudulent company
