This travel website offers you a too-good-to-be-true prices for flights but when your itinerary is sent to you tight after payment, the itinerary you booked is changed. The agents will advise you to cancel or book a flight again with a much different and higher air fare.
Agents are rude and ill-bred. They do nit listen when you are talking. No empathy on their end and gives you a hard time in dealing with them.
I am not recommending www.justfly.com to you. Your stress will double if you encounter a problem with them especially with their agents.

Bought a ticket directly with the agent and ended up being more costly than doing it online. They advertise better rates if calling their sales reps apparently and its a lie. Then found out the ticket was $200 cheaper on skyscanner! Dissapointed never again!
We booked a flight to Peru with JustFly, and it has been absolutely a nightmare! If you think you are going to save money, RUN! Book yourselves. Ken our customer service rep, said if we needed to contact him, to call *******430, and gave us an ext. Number where he could be reached. If you call this number, they refer you to their online chat. I've tried to get a call back and no one responds to the chat. I waited four hours in front of the computer, NO acknowledgement that the chat was even received. The flight from Peru to LAX now has an 8 hour layover and we have some questions on the billing. Awful, awful company. I have no clue how a company can even stay in business when customers have no way of getting answers. This has been an awful experience. Lastly, we did a comparison with the airline online and JustFly was $500 more! Don't use this company!
She purchased economy ticket which allows one check in baggage, the confirmation says it is basic economy, now she has to pay extra $150. She contacted justly customer service and representative said basic economy and economy is same and was rude and hung up on her.

I had to travel back home three months before I was supposed to so I asked for a refund. The ticket was a $1660 round trip to Thailand from Las Vegas. They tried to charge my card $200 to get $137 refund which means I would have lost $63 more dollars. Unbelievable
Got an email after completing booking saying I was 'eligible' to 'request' seating. Clicked through- never posted a cost or asked me to confirm purchase, didn't have to put in cc info (and I didn't think they could save my cc info without being asked) so I thought it was free. Then I get a charge in my card from Justfly and the airline. Customer service tells me its non-refundable and thats it. Total scam. Do not recommend for anyone. Pay the $10-$20 more to book on the airline site or another travel site!
I and my daughter booked a flight to Accra Ghana from Ohio,Columbus and we had a one stop to London with British airways when we went to the airport to take our flight they said justly has canceled the flight. It was worth almost $4000 and our money was not refundable and we were not able to continue our flight.according to british airways justfly are scammers and they usually receive calls that there is a flight booked through their name to British airways, they scam people to let them pay money that will not be refunded and tickets that will not be able to be used. Never book a flight with just fly, if the flight you are trying to book is expensive please book it or wait till the price goes down because you will regret paying your money to just fly and you will rather say you should have booked the flight with Delta directly, remember JUSTFLY trust me don't ever try them they are Scammers.
Absolutely bad idea to buy your tickets with justfly, I hardly recommend not to buy your tickets with justfly, I promise you that you will disappoint yourself.

I purchased expensive international tickets worth over $5k, but one of my flights was changed last minute, resulting in several hours of layover. I contacted "Justfly" to request a rebooking for an earlier flight, and I was flexible with the timing. However, they provided two unsatisfactory options: 1) cancel the entire flight and hope for a refund from the airline a week before my flight, or 2) pay additional fees for a new rebooked ticket. This represents a disappointing level of customer service.
If you wanna book a flight they will answer the phone in 30 seconds, but it took me a week to change flight no one answer me. This is scammer because I canceled trip by myself airline refund $366 Justfly took $200 for no reason. I wish if there is less than one star to leave for this trash robbery agent
Everyone should avoid booking on this site. They have the worst customer service when u need help n they mislead u on the cancellatuon fee. I recently had to cancel two airlines tix booked n they end up keeping over 90% of the fare between their penalty n handling fees. Had they told me about the total fees charged I would have just kept my tix. Why cancel when they will just keep all ur fare anyway? Worst site ever. Minu zero star if it is available

This is worst. Site that I would not recommend anyone to use. They booked me flight from MCI to Atlanta. Arrived at the airport on time but was told the flight had left before the time. It was my connecting flight so I called to ask them reschedule my flight from Atlante to Kenya but I was put on holds and took forever to take my calls. Not until the flight left and I had checked in, which then complicated issues and told me it is a "NO SHOW" when I had been on call waiting for help. They took a clean over $300 from me for nothing! Worst ever!

I had flights booked for an out of the country vacation. 3 days prior to my departure date I receive a email saying there is an issue with my flight. After invalid confirmation numbers and much stress I called JustFly customer service. I was on hold for 45 min before speaking with an agent. The 'agent' I spoke with said her name was Olivia Green. This seems to be a third party customer service representative. I gave all info from my booking confirmation and was put on hold. She would come back and say she was still working on it. 3 hours of being on hold off and on, every time I ask what the issue was she had no clear reason. Olivia tried to end the call with telling me that the transaction was never completed. I explained that I had already cleared with my bank that the payment had been processed. Olivia proceeded to get rude and argue with me about this saying I needed to talk to bank. I ask to speak to her supervisor, she insisted that there was no supervisor or manager working at that time. Beyond frustrated with no information about my flights, I wouldn't take that for an answer. She put me on hold 3 more times and tried to give me another phone number to call (the same number I called to get her). I continued to ask to speak to someone else, even another agent to which she told me "all the agents are busy"... FINALLY after arguing and pleading she forwarded my call. I was left on hold for over an hour before the call went static and ended. No information, no solution, no refund. Yes, I paid for insurance for my flights too. I am still trying to get ahold of someone to get this resolved properly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Third party "customer service" that doesn't provide any service or help. Rude and disrespectful agent "Olivia Green" who literally yelled and talked over me. I have never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. I advise you now, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They gave checked in baggage allowance for only return flight, did not give for on-ward flight on a international flight, this is a poor price tactics played ever by any travel agency.
Once you have paid they are disinterested. I booked a flight that for the first time in more than 40 years of traveling was canceled. I received no notification from Justfly but from the airline concerned, all Justfly had on their website was that I needed to call an airline - the wrong airline. Totally disinterested in my flight, protections, inconvenience. AVOID! Better to pay a little more and get reliable service, always better to go direct to the airline.
I fly tomorrow and am simply terrified that there will be more mess-ups (I paid over $3,000 for this booking).
Avoid this scam. I bought a ticket from them. When I tried to cancel it, they only refund me the third and still waiting because it took 6 weeks. And they charged me $150 penalty fees, they took the fees the first day I cancel it. But still waiting for the refund.
Be aware of Justfly.com. This is my first time booking with them and I must say I had to cancel my reservation with them after several attempts to make small adjustment to my flight time (wanted to change from an afternoon to evening so as to book a short flight). Justfly was quick to make new reservation but once it's for an adjustment to existing booking there was no customer service agent available - I was placed on hold for over 1-hr several times. It was very frustrated because I had a multi-city international travel reservation. Normally I not a complainer but for all the years I have used booking agent, my experience with Justly is the worst. Figured I would share this experience with you all so you can be careful.
