I fly 4-6 times a year and only use justfly to book, always quick, easy and the best deals.
My cousin is getting married in Spain but my family decided to go to Paris first. I have a 3 year old and a 16 month old but having a child sit on my lap for 10+ hours sounded pretty terrible so we bought 4 seats for our family. I looked at our confirmation from Norwegian and realized there were only 3 confirmation numbers. I paid for 4 seats and justfly only set me up with 3 and a lap child. I called Norwegian and confirmed they only had 3 seats for us and I have to take it up with justfly. I called justfly and after 3 customer service reps over an hour and a half telling me that they show I bought 4 tickets on their end, I convinced them to call Norwegian. The 3rd customer service rep called and confirmed we only had 3 seats and he said he doesn't know how that happened. After being on the phone for an hour and 45 minutes I was clearly losing my patience so the guy passed me on to another (going on 4th rep ladies and gents) I sat on hold for another 10 minutes and he said they're really busy. I told him I didn't have a choice and need a resolve so he put me on hold again and never came back to check. I was on the phone for over two hours and still had not been resolved. Update: I'm currently on the phone again with them and was just told this has to be escalated to their support staff supervisor and unfortunately my wait time will be close to another hour. I told them this was insane and there has to be a more efficient way, like a direct phone number, or an email, or they fix it and call me when it's done. However, she informed me if I get off the line I'm starting over. After an additional Hour and 14 minutes, (time on the phone at this point altogether 4 and a half hours) again I had to get this resolved. Finally they put me on the phone with a manager at their Montreal escalation center named Marlon who truly was a gem and unfortunately received the brunt of my frustration so he made sure to take care of it and call me often to stay informed. If I would have spoke to him right away they would have been given a solid 4 for getting it taken care of but the 4 and a half hours wasted on the call center in the Philippines which they confirmed it was, was just anxiety ridden and truly frustrating. Also, I had to pay for another seat on my credit card Again BUT I've been told I will be reimbursed but justfly in 5-10 business days so I will update if that doesn't happen. Just know this is the process if something goes wrong with your flight.
After a brief search, they found the lowestprice offer I was looking for, so I took advantage of it. Thanks, again, & God bless you...

I found the cheapest flight through just fly, but they increased it last minute by $50. It was still cheaper than the rest, but would prefer transparency when buying tickets.

I was organizing a group of 5 people travelling from a number of cities to meet up at SFO. When I was looking for a flight from SAT to SFO and I did not aware that the website returned with a mixed destination that is not SFO. As I was assuming they are all SFO destinations, I just focus on comparing the cost, hours of lay-over, flight time and selected the best offer. There was no warning at all to let me know that I had selected the wrong destination. I paid $278.34 for the ticket at the check out counter and thought I got a deal. It was when I received the e-ticket in my email and read it carefully to have realized the mistake. I called customer service immediately but waited for over 30 min to talk to a real person. I was told that I could not change the ticket but to cancel it for a penalty of $75. Bad experience! It is not fair and I feel like being trapped!

Booked from airline. But got notice from Just Fly when home from work. Same flights were $80 cheaper. Since you can cancel within 24 hours, you bet I cancelled and booked same trip with Just Fly. Then $80 is the baggage fee charged by the Airline.
Website is user friendly and as a college student I appreciate the low fare to fly home when my schedule allows.
Planning a trip to Thailand and initially had a layover in China thankfully I had the option to cancel. However, the refund update is very ambiguous. Overall I would use justfly again because they update me on price changes and I appreciate it and was able to find a flight in my price range.

I have two sons who are in school outside of the state. There is traveling that needs to occur and money upfront isn't always an option. I have appreciated this service with Affirm very much.
Just Fly consistently has the best prices. The site is easy to use and easy to create filters.

Answer: Forget about the refund. They will have an excuse like mine. I bought the insurance, but apparently there are two insurances you can buy for one ticket. Who ever heard of that?

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
