(trustpilot asking not to curse... so I try not to). Booked a ticket with justfly. Com. Flight had a layover in China. Final destination was the Philippines. Because of the coronavirus The Philippines banned flights from China. So the Chinese airline OFFICIALLY started to give full refunds to passengers who had to cancel bc of the coronavirus. Called justfly 2/6/2020 and canceled the reservation. They said full refund is issuED. THEY DID NOT SEND ANY CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL. 10 DAYS LATER THE MONEY WAS STILL NOT BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD. So I called again. Inquired about the missing cancellation email and missing refund. GRACIOUSLY THEY SAID THEY CAN SEND ME A CANCELLATION EMAIL. ( arent they nice?). But they dated it 2/16/20 instead of 2/6/20... THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE REFUND FOR 8 FREAKING WEEKS! BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO REVERSE A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION!... yeah... it takes about 10 seconds... so they are up to no good, holding money back for 2 months. Just wondering if they are able to make interest somehow on the money they sit on?... Very shady business practices!
I put a lot of time talking on the phone with Justfly's customer services, a lot of overwhelming and frustration and finally what was the results: one week behind my schedule and also I had to pay 560$ to buy a new ticket.
A very bad experience and never buy any ticket from justfly!
I found using JustFly very easy and a good experience except after pursching my ticket I never received a confirmation from Justfly not airlines. No receipt of statement showing my purchase. The only email was the one verifying my purchase was in progress and will receive a confirmation. I never did receive it not a receipt verifying the purchase using my credit card. I am still wanting a receipt.
Easy bookings and low prices and have a lots of options to choose from different airlines
I love using Justfly and I always recommend it to everyone I know. I always find the best prices and it's the easier way to shop for tickets.

They offer a price/flight times. Then suddenly an email comes in stating there is some kine of problem (usually payment.) So you call the bank and discover there is no problem. Go back to Justly, whether their website or by phone and suddenly your flight is a couple of hundreds dollars more and the flight times have changed. Agents lie, or just apologize, but nobody offers a solution. Stick to Kayak, Opodo, Momondo. There are plenty of options out there that do not obviously and intentionally try to screw customers. It is time for online companies to be held accountable for their crookedness and scams
This was my first experience with JustFly, and I'll probably use it again. I had a few minor inconveniences, though, that detracted from my overall experience. I thought I had chosen that I wanted to buy tickets for two people, and entered my information when asked for "Passenger 1" and paid, and discovered then that the website wasn't prompting me for info on Passenger 2. I had to go back and start over to buy that second ticket for my husband and was shown the same price, but after completing everything and clicking to purchase I was informed that the price was now $25 higher and asked if I still wanted the ticket I would really have appreciated knowing this from the start.

Attempted to book a flight. It didn't show the entire flight details until I received confirmation email and found out it had a 22 hour layover. Then attempted to call requested a call back which never came. I ended up canceling it less than five minutes later and got charged $75! A rip off!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
