A simple change mutated into 25 plus call back/ avg wait time 1 hour each time. No ability to problem solve, deal with ambiguity- they read scripted phrases and can't think independently- never return calls, just move from person to person. So bad. Don't use them!
I booked a flight that was thru Qantas from Queenstown to Sydney then from Sydney to Honolulu. The first flight from Queenstown to Sydney had a major delay causing me to miss connecting flight from Sydney to Honolulu. When this happened i went up to the desk right away to tell them i also had a another booking with another airline that went from Honolulu to MSP that i will be missing now as well. I contacted Qantas and they told me i needed to work with Justfly and then i contact them and was told to contact qantas. Both just pointing fingers. Keep in mind it took over an hour with Justfly and qantas had over 2hr wait and none of the qantas agents would help and kept saying to contact the number. I had enough and booked a flight with delta from Sydney to Lax then from LAX to MSP. I had to get home in time and i keep trying to get someone to assist with a refund for the flight from Sydney to Honolulu and keep getting told to talk with Qantas. So tiring. I even asked for them to bring in Qantas so we stop all this finger pointing. I am not asking for anything that isn't unreasonable or fair.
Justfly made planning all 3 flights very easy for my up coming trip! Definitely recommend them and will use them for future travel again!
I have booked many return flights RSW- ZRH- RSW in the past. This is my first booking with you, attracted by your lower price. What a nightmare.
Firstly when I booked as soon as your price alert reached my email inbox, the stated price had gone up, yet I did book.
My credit card statement showed 4 transactions viz the actual stated (higher)price, then a transaction of 0.00 and then $1.00 and a foreign transaction fee of $18.56
I have never had a foreign transaction fee ever paying with my US credit card. Moreover your transaction charges of $0.00 and $1.00 made BOA suspicious
And closed that c/c and issued a new card (still to arrive)
What an experience, never use your services again.

My experience was great in resolving my issue, but I haven't yet gotten my refund for the flight cancellation.
This is the worse site ever. I submitted a refund on 7 December. They said 6 to 8 weeks. We are already at the 10th week and I still didn't receive anything. Moreover, when I issued the refund, I discovered that in addition to the Airline regular refund fee, they take 200 usd, as a JUSTFLY REFUND FEE (OF COURSE NOT MENTIONED WHEN TICKET WAS ISSUED). I had no choice but to agree to that, otherwise the whole ticket fare would be lost. Then once I clicked on accept, I was surprised to receive a message from my bank stating that I was automatically charged 200 usd. THEY CHARGED ME WITH THE REFUND FEE BEFORE PROCESSING THE REFUND, WHICH MEANS THEY HAD THE GUTS TO STEEL ME TWICE!
When I called their call center and their answer was very vague like "start checking with your bank starting tomorrow", which I have been doing everyday hopelessly. As for their customer care email, they don't even bother to answer, except the first one with an automated email answer.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM JUSTFLY. EXPEDIA ARE 1000 TIMES MORE PROFESSIONAL, AND AT LEAST THEY ARE NOT THIEVES!
I always purchase international flights on justfly, they're usually the same price as the carrier or sometimes cheaper.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
