I booked three seats through this company on Swiss Airlines. I specifically added cancellation protection to my booking. When I needed to cancel my flight due to a change in vacation plans, I found the cancellation protection worthless because it was so restrictive. I lost $1600 by using this company. I will never use JustFly again and would urge others to carefully consider using that company and choose a more reliable and traveler-friendly business.
This ia all scam. I bough a flight ticket, i paid full including tax fee, when i was booking computer got frozen and then they told me somebody at the same time booked my ticket and asked me pay $134 exra even flight ticket cost was same all websites. ALL SCAM SCAM, taking extra money, cancellation fee $200.00
First I couldn't understand anything she was saying. N second they were disrespectful n acted like they were to good to talk to. I missed a flight because of my taxi driver car broke down. The one other time I missed my flight they just re scheduled it for the next day cost me 18.99$. There trying to charge me 405$ for a flight that was 255 I m the first place. I will never go threw them again n woodsy suggest them to anyone ever.
Just fly taking care of you until you buy the ticket. Then, they don't care about you. They tell you checked baggage is included in your ticket and you will realize that is not true when you are onboarding and when you are asked to pay. Even they can change the air lines without asking you. Don't book with them unless you wanna be scammed!
I was having a short layover in Dubai and selected Gulf Air 505 departing at 1pm. Instead, they booked flight 501 which departed at 8am. The flight time didn't change... they completely booked the wrong flight which I had to pay out of pocket to the airline to fix.
Also, I took many flights on this trip, and paid to upgrade to a window seat on all of them, but did not get a single window seat on any of the flights.
I tried contacting JustFly, but never got a response. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
This service is a full scam. No phone number to speak to human, online support is lying about their working hours, they don't respond and have no solutions except bouncing you between chat and phone number that only is capable of taking your credit card for a new booking an bouncing you back to the online chat that is either closed, or throwing a technical issue msg, or unable to help.
Just Fly, I'm honestly baffled! How can a company have such abysmal customer care, absolutely zero support when you need it most, and make it impossible to even contact a human? Their policies are shrouded in mystery, resulting in a major financial hit because of the confusion. This is beyond bad - it's a NIGHTMARE! Avoid at all costs, folks. It's a full-blown disaster waiting to happen

I have been waiting for my refund for almost 3 years and never got it, and now they don't respond back to me. They asked me to wait and now they are not responding. I recommend that no one book through them.
They are scammers, I wanted to buy two tickets for my parents, they stole 330 dollars from me, they tell you that they will return it to you in 2 or 5 days, I called 10,000 thousand times wasting hours of time on calls, I sent emails! Nothing! They are a liars, they are mother$#*!ers! Do not trust this company, it does not exist, it is a lie to get money from people.
Justfly cannot be contacted by phone and their service once they have you booked and paid up is and non-existent. I was supposed to fly Delta and get a Fox car rental at SNA. After Delta changed flights, there was no updated seat assignments or ability to change with Justfly. After flight delays, I could not make connecring flight, but Delta arranged flights with American that actually arrived earlier than other itinerary. The big issue was my prepaid car rental was nor honored by Flox because they stopped serving SNA. I was told by Fox to address issue with Justfly as they did not have my contact info and could not inform me of issue with reservations. Tried calling and "Chatting" with Justfly, but they kept asking for Booking Number. The number provided in their reservation email was not recognized by their "system" and I never could get an agent to addfress my issue. I actually went to Justfly website and the booking number was was showing on the website, but their messed up system does not recognize rheir own data. DO NOT USE these clowns!

I USED JUSTFLY TO BOOK MY TRIP. THE AIRLINE CANCELED MY TICKET AND JUST FLY HAS REFUSED TO REACH OUT TO DISCUSS MY REFUND OR FLIGHT CREDIT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW. THE AUTOMATED CHAT FEATURE IS NOT EFFICIENT AND THE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS IS PATHETIC. I NEED MY MONEY?
Loads of fine print, BE CAREFUL! You are going to end up paying more and the "refundable" tickets are not actually. Best to use another service.
If for any reason you want to cancel or even change your flight. They will charge you at least $500 on top of everything. $300 for an "airline penalty" yet no where else does it state that besides an obscure page on their website that only support has a link to. Not to mention their support is horrible, can't even read what your saying, or don't care enough. They DON'T send chat transcripts as "They don't have a corporate email" that is a straight up lie. It auto selected 5 star and when you try to choose anything else the page freezes, AKA they kicked my PC off their website(Yes they can do that, I'm in the network industry), and because of that you can't even scroll back in the TINY chat window to take screenshots of the chat.
Their cancellation protection for 200$ is also garbage as it doesn't do anything besides say you've been denied, EVEN though its out of my control which is exactly what their own policy says.
Still trying to get my refund for a flight MORE then 2 months out without paying HALF the flight in fees. Would I recommend NO.
Originally purchased a ticket through JustFly as it was the cheapest option for my vacation return. They do not send you the ticket information until a couple of days prior to the flight. Scheduled to leave at 7 am on Monday morning, I received a notification on Sunday night at 8 pm that my flight had been cancelled by the airline and I had been rebooked. After logging onto Justfly, I was informed that I had been automatically rebooked onto another flight at 11 am. Realizing this would not work, I selected to be adjusted to the flight at 1 pm to ensure I would have a ride to the airport. The following morning I proceeded as all was well as Justfly had notified me it would be adjusted. However, I received a text message from United (original carrier) that I was still booked on the 11 am flight. I tried to call Justfly and sat on hold for 25 minutes with no response. I hungup and proceeded to try their online messaging service for a faster response. This service told me to call the same number. Frustrated, I did and sat on hold for another 55 minutes with no one picking up only hanging up when I arrived to the airport. In the mean time, I scrambled and finally found a ride to the airport and showed up the airport 45 minutes prior to the 11 am flight. The United desk informed me that I indeed was still on the 11 am flight and had not been adjusted. I only made the flight with significant help from a security line person feeling bad and letting me complete a free Trial for Clear, which is the only reason I made my flight. I will be paying the additional money in the future and not booking through JustFly.
I have purchased a ticket from these guys once, and I was 100% sure that I picked the date wanted, however they changed the flight a day before. I realized as soon as I received the confirmation that they made a mistake. I tried to call justfly CS Rep, nobody answered, neither over the chat or over the phone. I decided to contact the airline directly, Got refund from the airline, justfly REFUSES to apply the refund. Called them several times, last agent who I spoke with said "this is how we make money" regadless if the airline issue refund or not! In this case... NEVER BOOK via thieves websites.
Only giving 1 star because it's not an option to give 0 stars. The dates on my flight were mixed up, so I went to see if I could modify/ change the flight dates, or cancel to receive a credit. I was told I was eligible to cancel to receive the credit so I made the phone call with customer service to sort it out. Not only did I waste over 45 minutes waiting, I was told that YES I was eligible for the credit for my $143 flight, but when I I go to use the credit I would be charged $149 to actually use the credit bc that's how much the fees were. This site is an absolute SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Book directly with your flight even if it costs a little more because if absolutely anything goes wrong you are screwed with this company
Do not use Just Fly… get charges for compelling unless than 24 hrs it is ridiculous. Do not waste your money
I purchased my flight ticket back on February 9th 2023 from Los Angeles to Toulouse for the weeks of July 14th to July 30th. I received a confirmation email and receipt. When I first tried to check in online in LA, there was some issues. The airline kept saying that the travel agency had cancelled the flight. I went online again and was able to check in through another tool. I went to the airport the next day and the airline helped me get my ticket to the right city.
For the return ticket, I tried to check in online again 24 hours in advance with the airline and it didn't work. I was unable to fix the problem online and didn't get through to anyone. The next day, on my flight day, I showed up to the airport, to the airline register and gave them my passport with all of the confirmation numbers from justfly.com but it was not working! I was not on the system and therefore I was not able to take my flight to go back to work and go to the doctor appointment of my 3years old boy who has asphma. I have contacted justfly on the phone and they told me that they were not responsible, that the flight was cancelled by me!? Although I have never receive a cancel confirmation nor a refund of my payment. Note that I have provided to them all the proof showing my eligibility to take my flight.
To put it simply, they robbed me of several thousand dollars! Is it how they make money and proposed cheaper flight? By robbing few people like me? It's a scandal! I particularly need to bring my son to the doctor as he has asthma!
