I found JustFly to be very easy to navigate and purchase tickets through. They also had the cheaper tickets and better fly time options. Thanks for the great experience, looking forward to my flight.
Great price on ticket but somehow ended up with a travel insurance that I didn't want and didn't choose. I called the insurance after not being able to contact just fly. They couldn't cancel it. I dunt want the insurance. No idea how it got charged to my account.

Awful service. If I could give them a zero star rating I would, 1 is too good for them. I've recieved an email telling me, my flight has change. However, when I try and call with the number they provide, I've been put on hold for about 2 hrs on three different attempts. Obviously I hang up on each attempt, no clear on what the hell is going on. The has been a 2 month process and my flight leaving 9 days.
My flight was impacted by the virus in Italy and I have been trying to get my refund. They are charging $75.00 per person to process this refund. When I escalated they said it should be 200.00 a person and it is a modification not a processing fee. Um, nope not happening. They hold your refund hostage even though the airlines are not flying there now. Then they try to negotiate with you down to $25.00 a passenger. They do not understand that if they cannot provide the service we should not be charged to get our refund. NEVER again. I went to my credit card to get it refunded and to the bbb to issue a complaint. This is not a cancelation, it is not a processing fee that does not exist and not a voluntary modification. So frustrated.

They charged me cancellation fee for no reason. Despite they commit that i will get full refund on my ticket they charge me $300 on it. Total scam that is because they don't even answer calls.

Save your money and time. Big fraud and they are all about stealing money. Never got my refunded money to my account from airlines. Wasted hours of time on following up. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend justfly to anyone
I booked my airfare on line but website wouldn't let me book my husband's flight although I requested a flight for two. Had to call Justfly and the booking fee was $50 dollars more than on the website!

I booked a multi city ticket with Momondo, and upon selecting price it directed me to the justfly website automatically picks up the booking dates. 25 hours later, i realize that i was booked on a return trip and was going to be transiting for 3 hours rather than the 3 days I had selected. I called customer service and waited for 30 minutes, but was told that I had booked a return something I am sure I didn't do (my word against theirs). I then asked how much it would be to change my ticket to Toronto to 2nd May rather than 5th so that i could spend 3 days there - all other flights on the ticket were accurate. I was told it wasn't possible and that they were keen to advise cancellation of the ticket where i would have to pay a discounted cancellation of $100 and $260 for penalties and then use them again to re-book. I told the agent it is cheaper for me to buy a one way ticket to Toronto and maintain the ticket but all she cared about was convincing me to use this option and how it would turn out cheaper. Tip: I was issued a ticket with details i hadn't booked - so make sure you triple verify within 24 hours. Imagine the frustration of being told you booked a return when you are sure you didn't. I will never use this site again.
I have been trying to get in touch with them regarding the Covid-19 outbreak and to cancel my flight. I actually have travel insurance as well.
However, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
