You cannot beat just fly prices! I've been shopping for flights on this website for years! However, Just fly's customer service isn't great. It could be improved. I called asking about flight cancellations because of the coronavirus when it first started and they didn't seem to know what was really going on and insisted on me cancelling my flight. I cancelled out of fear I would be quarantined my whole vacation and also because my flight details changed 3 or 4 times. And I had paid a $200 cancellation fee, which sucked because it wasn't my fault, it was the airline, who kept changing the details. After I cancelled my flight with justfly, a week or so later the airline cancelled and fully refunded the flight, but I only got a partial refund :( but was my only bad experience with justfly. I think they just didn't know how to approach the coronavirus worries.

The site is good for cheaper prices and handling quick reservations. As long as you don't have any issues with your reservation and need no assistance, you are good. If you need any assistance, god help you. The website is of no help to resolve any issues post reservation and you have to reach an agent to get the issue resolved. Beware, it takes an average of 2-3 hours to get an agent on phone. No guarantee that the issue will be resolved by the agent you get after waiting for 3 hours on phone. They may say that, they do not have access to a specific airline system and they need to reach out to their superiors and none of those are available and you may be asked to call the next day. You would need to do the whole 3 hour call again. Bottom-line is, these guys are good as long as you don't need any support. But the moment you need any, you are up to a disaster.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. It has been 5 days since I purchased my flights. My flights came to around $600 and I have been charged $1200. I have tried to call 5 different times and have been on hold for more than 10 hours with no avail. They are crooks. There is no way to contact them except through phone which I am not even convinced that anyone is actually answering. They have no call back options and no email address. I would never buy from them again.

Beware. Beware...! This is a scam. I was ripped by JustFly purchasing a ticket from ORD-CMB. Ticket was a little cheaper when I purchased it from this website ( about $ 50-80). However, when it comes to change the travel date they wanted to charge $ 200.00 on top of the airline charges...! And each time agents have different stories nobody tells you the truth. Also, called them 5 times, each time I had to be on line more than 1.5 Hrs to to talk to them. Sometimes, line get automatically disconnected too. They dont tell you a physical location or a direct number.! All my money down to drain.! I saw BBB has warned people not to deal with this agent. Unfortunately, I was too late, I have purchased the ticket when I saw that. Passengers. Please book with reliable agents or directly with the airline.! Dont book with Justfly and get ripped off.!
