I called justfly.com on Wed 11 March 2020 to cancel my flight to Paris as AIR FRANCE send me an email about no fees on flights to France as Coronavirus increased and Canada government suggested to void traveling, with 2 kids I called justfly.com all morning from 9 am to 12 pm then when talking to someone and asking to cancel the person told me he needed to check before answering and that he will call me back: never called back! I went online and cancelled to not loose my full amount but all airline fees were deducted from my refund. This is not acceptable as all gouvernement suggest us not to travel and spread the virus and Trump was closing all borders to European. Please do not buy with this website they are never answering and do not deal with problems if issues arise with your trip.
I will never use Justfly ever again. I was unable to fly because of the coronavirus travel ban, and they refused to change my booking, even though the airline was waiving all the fees. Yeah, they're cheap, but if you have to change anything, you can't.
Husband over 60 advised to avoid flying. Had to fly for death in family. Refund or future credit refused. Heartless
Anytime I have to look up a flight, it's always convenient and always on the cheaper side which makes it easier for me to buy the tickets. Also, the time slots they have for flights are always amazing and there's always several to choose from. This is definitely my go to website for flights.

I always use justly to Purchase our tickets & I equally advertise it to my friends & family. My Uncle's wife just bought her ticket today to Colorado Spring on justfly because I told her it was the best site. Just to name the most recent referral.

My plans were to fly to Orlando and go to Universal Studios. After purchasing my tickets, I then found out that all theme parks would be closed due to the Coronavirus. Justfly was not understanding that flights needed to be canceled due to COVID-19 and still charged the cancellation fees!
Very Bad. I purchased a ticket for my wife and requested to make a small change and you guys denied to do it. Resuming of the story, I had to purchase a different ticket to my wife so we did not have to loose our vacation.

I had just booked a flight and they changed my flight time after I had chosen the one I wanted. I got an email saying that they were negotiating with the airline and then they would confirm my reservation. Well they confirmed with the wrong time and didnt even ask if that was ok with me. I called within minutes of the booking, I was on hold for 2 and half hours and they said they couldn't change it without charging me a $450 handling fee from the agency. That is not good customer service. I will never use them again and you shouldn't either.
Please never do business with this service and let this be a reminder to pay the extra money to deal with a real company and not a scam company such as this. I have been on hold on and off for 4 hours. When I call back to book a flight they answer in two seconds. When I explain my situation they transfer me and nothing. Their call center is in the Phillapinnes and they are nice, but this company should be put out of business and I have the time to make this happen.
I have booked a flight and wanted to reschedule it but no response from the customer service team and been kept on hold for more 5 hours for each day for more than 5 days. They are accepting the calls for new reservations but not for existing reservations. There's no less than 0.
I was on hold for 6 hours to later not get credit for a flight I booked in January destined to travel in March the week of spring break. Even though I purchased the flight through them my flights were with United and American Airlines. Committing fraud because everyone was allowing people to postpone.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
