The only flaw was I could not buy tickets for a party of five so had to do two separate purchases of two and three tickets
I called United to have my flight to Italy either refunded or have the date changed, United said they had no problem of doing so and we proceeded to work on having my money refunded. They said the only issue was that I bought my ticket from Justfly.com and so I would have to go through them to get my money back. I called them 4 DIFFERENT TIMES and waited more than an hour to just talk to someone on the phone. A lady picked up and said it wasn't possible and that I had to get my money back from United. I asked to speak to the manager and it took them another hour to get me to her. "Dani" (the manager) kept repeating this in a very rude manner and kept raising her voice and talked over me every time I would call her out on her BS. I had enough of her and asked who was stopping her from giving my money back or changing the date, she said "no one." She would try to find a reason for why she couldn't Refund my money or at the very least change my flight date. After calling out on all of her BS, she just simply hung up the phone on me while I was talking to her. This is unbelievable.

I bought Premium Flex tickets because they are fully refundable. The airline confirmed this, but JustFly later refused a refund! A very dishonest operation.
