Hopefully are flight times do not change, last time about a week before the day, we got notice that are flight was going to depart, 9 hours later and we will get home real early in the morning the next day. There is nothing you can do about it unless you change your flight which would have cost us more than double to cancel then find another flight at what ever expense that would have been. So when we leave and get home at the times we have booked for now. And they have given us, We will reserve our customer report until then.

Well after a lot of frustration and hours of searching finally, i signed up with Justfly, they Inboxed me and i found the flight i was looking for.
I needed to book a flight to Charlotte on relatively short notice. I was able to find a relatively low price quickly and easily. The site made it east to sort through and find the most convenient flight for my schedule.
Very good deals then anyone else. I was tired of finding good deal on other websites but i found on justfly.
The site "allowed" changes within 24 hrs. I tried to make changes within 1 hour and was blocked and not authorized to do so
When booking, this site is tricky and makes you pick a seat to seemingly complete your reservation. They charge an extra $14.95 for this. I called customer service to reverse this charge. (By the way, they always tell you its only 5 more minutes to wait to speak to a supervisor. 40 minutes later.) Well here it is 2 months later, no refund yet. The invoice provided BY Justfly shows the seat charge still there, however, their system shows a refund was made so they want proof that they did not make the refund! Their own Itinerary shows the total price with seat reservation, but customer service goes by their system! So not only do i have to show Justfly their own invoice, but my detailed checking account statement with all my personal information and charges! A notarized statement from a banker that the credit is not on my statement, and send this all to an email for investigation by them. What a farce! Turned out I could have gone directly to Jet Blue site for a CHEAPER fare for the same flight! Terrible customer service, a website that tricks you into more charges, a Walt Disney production to get a $15 refund from their error! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

I book a roundtrip to Dallas for April 22 to return on the 26th. But was booked for the 25th. How do I correct this or who do i get help with to correct this matter

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
