They sold me tickets which were comparable in price so i purchased through their website. 12 hrs after i purchased the flight the price dropped over $100. I booked a flight recently and changed my mind due to the virus issue. A full refund would have been great but I've would have accepted a voucher for a later date flight. JustFly told me I was out of luck and I lost $$$. I'm visiting elderly parents and cant take the risk.
Called customer service with concerns I had regarding cancellation and how I had never experienced such problems before since I had been using them for years. He kept referring me to the terms and conditions and wasn't listening to my concerns.

They do not give you a heads up if the price changes. Then charges your card triple the price. When you call customer service they put you on hold. Then give you an option to call back then never call back. I got charged $2,500 more than what I said yes to. I was forced to cancel it and had to pay 75 dollars for their mistake. Never ever use this service! It is unethical that after 5 minutes you are forced to pay 75 dollars.

We purchased 5 tickets to Hawaii and insurance. 3 weeks ago our grandson(17 years old) took his own life. We tried to get a refund for his airline ticket(just his) no luck so we called United Airlines, they were awesome about the whole thing and immediately refunded the money. But because JUSTFLY charged our credit card and then used 2 of their own cards to purchase the tickets, United airlines refunded to JUSTFLYs credit cards ( Totally Understandable) However we have now spent over four hours on the phone mostly on hold because every employee at justfly says sorry I am not authorized to do this let me transfer you. The last time we were on hold for 1hour and 46 minutes. NO HELP!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
