I booked my flight back to Taiwan from Hawaii in a rush, because my original flight was canceled. I found this website, booked my flight; it was really easy and convenient. A lot of options such as buying insurance or picking seats are available. Really wonderful.

Have used JustFly several times and had a good experience every time. Best features - they mix airlines for round trips for the cheapest price; they suggest alternate dates for the cheapest price (although be careful to always cross-check the date before booking), and they are finding the cheapest flights.

How can you possibly justify charging a cancellation/change fee during this financial/health crisis? Even the greedy airlines are waiving their fees. This puts you in a class lower than them. Shame on you.
Singapore airlines cancelled my flights that I bought from justfyl.com. Well these jerks won't even give me a refund. I am going to start a class action lawsuit. I'll get my revenge on this company. You're better off buying direct with the airlines!
Quick easy and perfect during this time of the virus
I had to cancel my trip to Berlin, Germany because of the virus and received a travel credit. When I called their customer support the representative could not give me an answer how to use the credit. I finally found a website that told me how to my credit. I registered my booking number and a website came up telling me I had a credit and gave me an option of 1 flight to rebook. First of all the times were ridiculous like an hour and 10 minutes in London. Have these people ever been in Heathrow? My return flight had 2 stops with a travel time of 24 hours and the price was over $400 more than my previous flight but if you go to their website and want to book a flight my trip would be cheaper than my credit with decent layovers. I will never book with them again
Due to Coronavirus airline refund my full amount but justify refused to refund my money and charged me 100$ extra for getting justfly future credits I spend more than 10 hours to talk to the customer service for 4 days no one gave me proper response very worst service please don't use this people service

This is the worst company we used so far. While airlines providers let us change the flights, JustFly refuse to do it with exactly the same company in the same time, and try to make us to do cancelation with the up to 12 WEEKS for refund! They try to cover them selfs with COVID 19, while a lot of another companies and airlines handle it perfectly!
I suggest you for everyone keep eye on the brands and companies who perform great during hard time, because the all perform ok when everything great,
And then NEVER use greedy and unprofessional companies like JustFly in future, because any problem can cost you time and money.

Would not provide a refund for a cancelled trip. Only option on the website was to receive a voucher with a $70 charge added to the booking. Do not book with these agency!
I have a trip traveling tomorrow overseas and changed my flight directly through the airline although I bought the ticket from justly.com. Have been trying to call for the last two weeks so I can change my fight and cancel my insurance, and no answer. Finally someone answer the phone today and have tried to cancel my insurance and was told too late to cancel the insurance. Bought the the insurance on march 6th, and have been trying to call since the 10th. Will dispute the charges
My entire return flight itenarary was non existent when I arrived at the airport as if Justfly's systems falsely booked mmt flight and the airlines wasn't notified. I had to be home that night urgently so my bookings really mattered and the airline had no record of them even though I had email confirmations nor did I receive shy cancellation emails for any flights from my booking. Luckily the airline was also servicing a nearby airport so they were able to book me into those sets of flight for my return home. My company will never again use Justfly.

I just book a flight out the country with the date and time. After booking and paying the company sent me a receipt showing a different travel departure time, from a 1-5 hr layover to a 12 hr and another flight layover for 23hours! I book for Saturday evening arrival Monday morning. Instead Tuesday morning and the airlines are shutting down, SCAMMMMMMMMM. THEY PRETENDING LIKE I BOOKED IT. THE FLIGHT WAS STILL AVAILABLE but insisted for me to cancel and rebook online. Then i would pay double to come back. Then your server will conveniently not work. This man told me he would send me a "email" in 3 hours with a new flight... really
Just Fly is easy to book, great prices, great alerts to lower fares. They are reasonable for giving money back when needed and helping redirect travel when needed. Overall I love the convenience of booking with them

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
