It was a scam from day one. Sounds like a good deal on paper and speaking with their agents that cannot even speak English. They left me on hold from a 1866 number for 2 hours then said to call then when I did I was charged an international call because it was in CANADA. DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY JUST FOY. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU EXACT GUODELINES UNTIL YOU ARE BOOKED THEN YOUR SCREWED. YOU THINK UOUR GETTING A GOOD DEAL WELL YOUR NOT. I PROMISE. YOU WND UP WITH A FLIGHT THAT IS AN EXPRESS PAYING FOR EVERY BAG SUPRISED THEY DIDNT ASK FOR $ for us to breathe. You are treated like peasants because you are in the back of the plane. No food snacks nothing. Attendants are rude just the worst experience EVER!

Es una estafa, trate de cancelar unos pasajes para mis hijos por el coronavirus y no aceptaron. Perdí mi dinero por que no quieren cancelar el vuelo y para cambiarlo me están cobrando un cargo de 160usd por cada pasajero. Es una verdadera estafa. No se la recomiendo no son para nada responsables y son bastante engañosos.

My business class ticket has been cancelled by Finnair. On my Finnair booking page, I was told that I will get a full refund according European Union rules. I purchased my ticket via Justly. When I talked to them about cancellation, first they said I will get full refund because airline cancelled the flight. 10 minutes late, that said I will be refunded $250 less just because. Not only they are braking European Union rules and rights of the passengers but also USA ones.
Shame!. Never will buy from them again.

Hope you encounter no issues. While the flight out went okay and unexpected emergency resulted in me needing to return sooner than expected. Most buttons on the customer service line bump you off and hang up on you! The only way to get through a live person is to press button for "new booking" and then be transferred internally. When you do reach someone I was told three times someone would call back and they never did - NOT ONCE. Each time I called again and was told no supervisor was available no one could change my ticket. People answering the phones were clearly based out of India and Asia and very difficult to understand. Many repetitions needed to communicate. YOU CANT CHANGE THROUGH AIRLINES WHEN USING THIS COMPANY! Per an email Qantas had approved a no fee change, 168 but I never got a call back from JustFly. Ultimately after 3 days and 6+ hours on phone (mostly on hold) I had to buy a new ticket. BEWARE - this company does not seem to be legitimate!

This is the agency that counts more for the ticket than it costs. Then you will be deceived and stolen by them. They don't care about the call numbers. The whole bunch of fools. Best buy a ticket straight at the airlines you fly will be cheaper and without nerves

This site not only charges a fee to cancel but they limit the funds as a voucher that can only be used to purchase the same exact cities at a future date. This is not reasonable. We booked our original tickets for a wedding which was canceled for safety reasons. There is no way we can know if the wedding couple is going to reschedule in the same city nor when they are going to reschedule the wedding. I will never use justfly again. It's not worth the small discount for the risk of invisible corporate policy. A voucher already sucks but to limit that voucher to the same destination? Plans change. This essentially guarantees they are going to make a bunch of free money.

Fool me once, done. Fool me twice, never.

I'm so disappointed in this travel agency. I booked our honeymoon flights and due to coronovirus our flights had to be changed as well as our wedding postponed. The travel agency refused to give me a refund for our flights and stated "we don't have a right to a refund it's only a privilege they are providing " yet our airlines is issuing refunds. They don't have a date of our new honeymoon to fly so we are forced to lose out on 2,000+ dollars rather then help us out. I would never recommend using them it's more of a headache than going straight thru the online airline website to books flights.

Can not get my money back, flight was canceled and stated have to fill out a form. Was not be refunded and no reason did not understand why. Justfly.com and the Airline canceled for the Coronavirus. Justfly.com told me to the airline and would be refunded and the airline say they not responsible for I purchase from Justfly.com they have refund me and Justfly won't and will not help. I am looking to take them to court. Spend thousand dollars and Justfly. Com think will keep my money.

1) On hold 4 hours (literally) & transferred to 4 different reps. Because no one could fix a flight mistake they made where a connecting flight left before we even arrived to board.
2) In the height of the global pandemic late March 2020 when most companies are waiving change fees, Just fly is STILL charging $75/passenger to cancel a flight when the airline itself (Delta) is allowing free cancellations and flight credits... yet we are forced to cancel thru Just Fly because they are who we used as a 3rd party. This makes them in my opinion the most selfish & GREEDY company I have ever dealt with
During a time of crisis when we should all bend over backwards to help one another.
3) Never, never, never use a 3rd party company to book a flight when you can go directly to the airline's website yourself. Especially this company!

Good evening,

To start off I spent nearly FOUR WEEKS trying to track down my refund for two transactions. No one would deal with me or they half would then fake a hang up and hour after hour I would have to either call back or wait hours online. FINALLY agent Kelsey 656 finally was able to get me one of my refunds back. She was polite and wonderful and needs a rage honestly. I am still waiting on my refund from the $119 dollar purchase around the same time. Can you please help me with this?

We were on a month long trip through New Zealand and Australia, on the Ruby Princess cruising around New Zealand when the 2nd leg of our trip, through Australia, was cancelled due to Covid 19. We immediately phoned Justfly to reschedule our original April 9 return date to ASAP. We were told to contact airlines (qantas) and were told we had to go to Justfly to make any changes. Tried calling Justfly back and when we keyed in our flight info a recording came on announcing that we were not eligible for either a refund or flight change, after which the phone was disconnected without any option to speak to a human.
Apparently they have not heard about the worldwide health issues or, more likely, since they have our money they don't care. So, buyer beware! If you have any problems in travels booked through Justfly they will NOT help you... Or even talk to you.

Absolutely horrible!

Worst service ever. Will not call me back. Canceled flight due to virus and they will not refund my $2,000! They will not let me talk to a manager and they hang up on you. I have called EVERY DAY for 6 HOURS a day for FIVE days and have not gotten through to them.
