Cancellation. Why does it take up to one 1 month for Just fly to credit back fare from cancelled flights? Its been 5 days now and upon checking at their website they say it can take up to 1 month before a refund is completed. Kayak refunds within 24 hours of cancellation.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. This company is using a global pandemic to make money off its customers. I've never been so disgusted with a company! We are all in a time when understanding and customer service should be number one. I will be sharing with all of my friends, social media, and any review site I can find to warn people NOT to use this company. It is appalling that they use this dreadful time to make more money from people who are already hurting. Also, we received an email the day before we were going to leave that said there was an update to our itinerary... again... and when I went into the reservation, nothing had been changed to the itinerary. We had to cancel anyway because of the Coronavirus, but I can only imagine the headache if there were changes that we weren't told abou. JustFly, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you are out of business very soon so that you can't hurt anyone else!
Although the United canceled my flight to Europe on April 1 (and promised full refunds),
JustFly charged me $ 150 to "cancel" this reservation. First they promised a refund ($2073), then a credit, now they will not even acknowledge that I have any credit with them.
It was a very fast and quick process. Customer service was also very helpful and I was able to complete the booking.
Just was hoping for direct flights with Delta. Or American have prices like delta!

Do not use JustFly to book your trip! You will regret it. They have not helped us with a refund, due to not being able to travel because of COVID-19. We can't fly into a state due to restrictions placed by the Governor. JustFly will not refund our money and the insurance we bought for $80.00 (CSA Travel Protection-Generali Global Assistance) said it doesn't cover us in this situation. If it doesn't cover us not being able to travel, due to something out of our control, then what does it cover? A waste of money! Beyond frustrating! JustFly will give us a voucher for another flight (for a fee of course). Please learn from our mistake. Do not use this travel site and definitely do not get the insurance. You might as well throw your money in the trash.
After 2 hours on hold, I got hold of Justfly agent to cancel my travel insurance as per their guidelines/policy to get a refund. The rep sent no confirmation of cancelation/refund and I never got the refund. Now, can't even speak to an agent. First time using this company and now would not recommend.
This is the worst service. The customer service hangs up on you saying you need to call your carrier during the COVID travel restrictions. The carrier tells you that you need to contact Justfly because they are a travel agent. The only way to get through to someone is to trick the automated answering service and say you want to do a new booking. Then they answer you personally!
I finally got someone who sent me a form for the flight that was cancelled to ask for a refund. When I checked back the day of the flight, there was no record of the form in my account and the cancelled flight was listed as flown! I got through to a customer service rep who said I can't get a refund because the flight was flown! Ha ha! Finally I convinced her there was no flight and the best she could do for me was issue me a credit for a few months from now. Who knows if we could fly then! She said that was the best she could do and she HUNG UP ON ME! Who knows if it really was recorded. You can't confirm with someone who hangs up on you. Do not use Justfly!
I found them by using KAYAK. HORRIBLE customer service. After getting my ticket, I tried to pick seats. JUSTFLY charged $14.95 to "assist" in getting my seat. I received no notification that they would charge extra, especially since I chose seats on American Airlines website. THEN after billing me, my seats were never given. Called them and they offered refund. Never came. I had to reach out to KAYAK for their assistance. Finally got refund after about a month. Due to COVID 19 just got email that they would be willing to give a voucher as we can't fly. They said the voucher will be given "sometime soon in the future" but that they would charge $25.00 for this service. NO voucher immediately but billed the $25.00 immediately. I would be willing to bet when I do get the voucher and I try to use it they will charge another fee to book. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY! I have always used Hotwire and they are wonderful! KAYAK needs to dump them on their site if they want to be a reputable site to use.

Bought a flight through them on LATAM. The flight ended up being cancelled and Justfly told me that LATAM would no longer be doing that route. Justfly tried to sell me on a far worse flight (time-wise and number of stops). I said no thanks and asked for a refund. They said they would put in for a refund for me and it would take 8-10 weeks. I booked my flight on another airline. I waited ten weeks and called them to inquire about my refund. They told me LATAM issued tickets on a different flight and I would have to call them myself. Why did they tell me one thing that turned out to be false and not follow through on what they said they would do? Save your money. Book directly with the airlines. Sites like this will cheat you.

Delta is refunding my plane tickets purchase through Justfly but Justfly wants me to pay them $50 for my refund on my cancelled trip. Horrible customer service during this time and I will never book a flight with them again!
Pretty easy to book a flight. GREAT prices! Been watching the prices for a few weeks. Recieved an email every time the price changed.

Well, there's no option to cancel on the booking page, and if you cancel with the airline itself then you only get partial refund. Thieving dogs

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
