Of course we have a covid19 issue going on, understood. But I've been able to get responses from all hotels, tours, Delta Airlines, American Airlines, AirEuropa, everyone EXCEPT JustFly. On top of that they are not reimbursing their initial reservation fees, and to process my voucher which is given BY THE AIRLINE, JustFly charges me another $50! Ridiculous. Now can't get through to get cash for my voucher, as allowed by the airline. And when I book again with my voucher, they will try to collect ANOTHER FEE. Don't get stuck with a ticket through JustFly.com!

Shame I can't go lower than one star. Purchased non-refundable ticket through Justfly on Swiss Air round-trip through Rome for March 16-23. Swiss Air and Lufthansa eventually decided that my flights and others in much of March, regardless of the nature of the ticket conditions would be eligible for a refund or rescheduling due to coronavirus. I confirmed my eligibility with Swiss Air for a refund. JustFly has refused to acknowledge my refund eligibility despite my reviewing the language on the Swiss Air website with an JustFly agenda. Just Fly has acknowledged that they will abide by Swiss Air decisions in this matter but claim not to have received a code from Swiss air for the cancellation even though my refund eligibility is obvious. This is theft by bureaucratic rule. I would assume that every other product that JustFly touches such as insurance policies also have underlying criminal intent.

Scam of a Company

I booked a trip to London for May 2020. Covid hit and I requested a refund. The refund was approved (in accordance with the Terms & Conditions provided on January 7,2020). I received an email a few weeks later stating they had made a mistake and I would not receive a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The agent informed me that their supervisors had told them they are not allowed to transfer any calls. She acknowledged that they were knowingly breaking the law and apologized for the company initiating and then revoking the refund. This is a scam of a company. If you have any troubles, you will get connected with an agent in the Philippines who will quickly inform you there is nothing they can do and hang up. I am out $2,000 and will never consider using JustFly again.

"not our problem"

I booked a flight with your service. The flight has since been cancelled. When I contacted JustFly, they said call the airline. When I called the airline, they said if you booked through a third party website I should call them. They had no problem taking my money but will not even give a credit for a flight that was cancelled. Very hard to recommend a company that shows no support for its customers.

I booked 2 international flights and was charged $29 service fee, which I noticed after entering my credit card details. Then I had to cancel our flights due to the corona virus and justfly charged us $150 cxl fee while the airline gave us the full fare as future credit! I called and complained, but they only said it was company policy! I would never book with them again!

My husband and I were given a gift to fly to greece and take a trip of a lifetime in April through italy in april. Because of the Caronavirus Princess has canceled the cruise The airline would give us a credit and is willing to compensate because of the Circumstances. Which is Austrian airlines. They need Justly to refund our money. I have had written doctors notes upon their requests changed the doctors notes because they were not happy how they were written. My husband is 70 And compromised THIS IS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY They just keep passing the buck

Absolute crap!

I purchased tickets to paris. In the light of the corona virus pandemic i tried to cancel those tickets and was told i was taking precautionary measures and was not refunded or given an opportunity to move them to a another date. Be careful. The insurance does not cover anything like this. I tried multiple times to cancel and get refund or postponement. Nothing. This is a cheap bad company to deal with. They suck. At least the insurance company offered to give me insurance on a future flight at no cost.
