My flight was cancelled due to the COVID-19. Airline email me told me I can get refund from my travel agent(JustFly). JustFly refused to process refund. People from customer service are very rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said all supervisors are not available. I call them at least 5 times and they were not willing to help. So be aware of this website. Many people had bad experience with them

Rude!

I booked an overseas trip in December not knowing that the virus would cancel everything. Justfly has been so rude and disrespectful! I have been hung up on multiple times and screamed at and even fined because I can't take my trip. I will never ever book with them again and I suggest no one else does either they will not work with you at all!

Several of us in the family booked through Just Fly. All went well until we had to cancel due to the virus. My husband and I were charge $35 each to cancel and our daughter was not charged anything?
When we went to re-book we were told to contact the carrier. Delta then charged us $50 to keep the excess credit in our account. This makes no sense to us. Can someone explain?

All I want to know is how much my credit is going to be on my visa. I don't think that is too much to ask. Ticket was $533.00 and i see a credit for $30.00? Can not get through to talk to a real person. I will never deal with justfly again after this is over.

Airline canceled flight due to virus and they will not refund my money back! They tell you they are waiting for the airline to issue the fund back to them. I called the airline directly and was inform that the refund has been issue back to them weeks ago. They will not let you talk to their billing or manager. Worst company ever!

Covid-19 time

Do not use this company! They will keep your money during the Covid-19 time instead give your money back because the flight was canceled. Also they will force you to pay $25.00 more to input the cancellation in the system in order to give you the one year credit. Jet blue and Azul are receiving funding from federal government and also holding your money, gained in both sides. Stay away from justify, Jetblue and Azul.

First I booked 2 tickets from Tampa to Honolulu. I spoke with the United airlines they told me, they gonna send me back my money because of the Covid19. But I purchased the tickets tru the JUSTFly and one them Supervisor called me today end she said they gonna take my refund and they gonna send me back in 8-10 weeks! Plus they gonna charge me 50$ for no reason! Stilling my money! And the supervisor lady was hang up me because I start complaining about this situation! So bad experience NEVER again don't use Them Please! They gonna Still your money for no reason! Not Help Full

My flight was canceled due to the Corona virus. I have known a lot of people who got their refund back because it is something uncontrollable. I have been calling them everyday they put me on hold for hours saying they will find me someone to help me. They think I will leave my money but this is not happening.

I booked a flight for July. 2020 Just fly will not confirm the flight, instead claim there is a travel ban which is non existent. I spoke directly to American Airlines who confirmed there is no ban on this flight. They cannot find this flight that I booked thru just fly, meaning I have no reservation. My card was charged. I have called just fly 5 times and sent an email for a supervisor. All calls are the same and no email is responded to. I cannot believe the lies this company has sited revolving this flight. INSIDE OF THE US HAS NEVER HAD A TRAVEL BAN. They then blamed American Airlines who also denies their claims. And yet just fly will not confirm or honor the flight. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT. They could care less, and lie. ABSURD

Very dissatisfied!

I had purchased two tickets for April 17th 2020 which fell on COVID lockdown time. Per the airline, Saudi Airlines, I qualify for full refund, but Justfly refused to process the refund. Per the Saudi Airlines customer service personals, all they had to do is call Saudi Airlines, I had even provided them with their number, to get refund code, but they refused to call and help be in any way, and only provided me with "credit" and charged me more money $50 dollars more instead of giving my money back. They said they will also charge me more fees when I am able to use that credit to rebook flights! This was uncalled for especially during this time of crisis when I really needed the money for rent and I am quarantining and not working.

Not really happy

So I booked a flight on justfly.com. And totally not their fault the COVID 19 virus hit and borders were closed... totally their fault I trusted them to cancel my flights since they charged me an additional $75 to do so 3 days before my flights were scheduled to leave! Now a month later they are telling me I needed to call the airlines myself and I am now out both the original flight cost... and the additional $75 I paid justfly to cancel my flights!

We had a trip booked from Dallas to London. We had to cancel due to Coronavirus outbreak. We called directly to United and were able to get a full refund but they sent the money to Justfly because we purchased through them, It has been over a month and Justfly still has not given us our money.We have a check number and amount confirmed from United to prove it was sent but every time we call Justfly they say they did not get it.No supervisors are available they put us on hold or hang up on us or just keep reading the same script. Horrible service we have nearly 3000. 00 we may never get back!

Scam company

They changed the date of my flight without my consent (10 days earlier than I booked) and, despite several promises, refused to correct it. Despite admitting they made a mistake, they never corrected the wrong date or refunded my money. They left me on hold for way over 2 hours numerous times when I would call. I have never dealt with a more unethical company.

My fiance' and I booked our honeymoon to Greece through this site and due to this pandemic our wedding has been postponed until we don't know when. We called to see about getting a refund due to we can't even go to Greece because of COVID19 and we don't know when we will be able to even get married and go on our honeymoon. We have been calling and getting tossed back and forth between Justfly and the airlines for WEEKS! Our honeymoon was supposed to be on 4/8/20 for 2 weeks. We are now on April 14 and they REJECTED our request for refund saying we still need to make our monthly payments towards the flight AND THEN we will get a voucher that expires by the end of the year! How on earth are we getting blamed for not being able to go on our honeymoon during a pandemic!? Their customer service has not been helpful and we are documenting every phone call and email attempt and will escalate to the furthest degree. We spoke to someone today and placed us on hold that we are currently still on and have been for over an HOUR! We understand that they have their hands full and need to retain money but they would retain us if they were understanding and gave us the refund since we would of went through with our plans if not for the worldwide issue. We would of planned through them next year or whenever we will be able to get married and go on an actual honeymoon, but now we will NEVER use Justfly and we recommend no else use as well. I never do reviews and I never thought during this time anyone should do so but this situation is just horrible. Also note that it is now a REQUIREMENT for Airlines ext to issue refunds for flights due to Coronavirus!
