To say I'm upset with them is to say the least. First, when I booked a transatlantic flight, nowhere on the justfly website before entering my credit card info said that flight doesn't include luggage. It's a transatlantic round trip and it doesn't include luggage?! Only after they charged my credit card, I got a message saying flight does not include luggage. So I had to pay 200$ for luggage (1 x 23kg) that would have been included if I booked with a different airline.
Secondly, I'm trying to get a refund for COVID-19 and called their support 7 times, every time getting different messages about excuses why they can't refund money for unused portion of flight (round trip). Basically they say that my flight is not entitled for refund. When I call the airline directly, they say that refund is available for me, but because ticket was booked via travel agency, travel agency is the one that can request the refund. My numerous calls totaling about 10 hours of my time ended nowhere. When asked to get a supervisor, they say supervisors are busy and not available.
Now, working with Better Business Bureau, then FTC. I know it will take months to go through all of this, but unethical business will be kept responsible.
I keep hearing you guys are horrible! Your not considering the situation we are in and are treating people like crap and that they don't matter... Your about to lose so much business...
They told me a false information that I can cancel my ticket (amid Covid-19) and that I will receive a credit balance that I can use to purchase new flights with the same carrier. When I did the cancelation, and asked them to help purchase another flight with the same carrier, they came up with a totally different story. I am now stuck in no where that I can't use my credit balance, neither I can reinstate/reverse my cancelled ticket, neither I can get a refund... I spoke with few customer reps and two of them hang up on me!
This company has the worst customer service! I was charged a $400 penalty fee for changing my Emirates flight date due to corona virus, even though Emirates was waiving all fees. When i was finally able to speak to a customer service representative, they gave me three different excuses! They kept telling me to call Emirates for a refund for my penalty, even though they are the ones who charged me! THEY ARE THIEVES! I will NEVER be booking with this SCAM site again!
Habia sacado pasajes de hida y vuelta para mi hijo y para mi. Luego que pague los boletos online. Sale mas tarde sobre un error. Llame y luego de una larga hora me cancelan. Para reembolsarme el dinero y cancelar el de ida y vuelta. Entonces ahora desde que llegye a PR y verifico los vuelos. Me doy cuenta que cancelaron lo que ya tenia planeado para subir los precios de vuelo. Quede super insatisfecha. Por haber escogido esta linea

JustFly provides several helpful details. Unlike some, when I selected a flight it booked without re-routing me to another site where the deal I want may or may not actually exist. It was clear about fare restrictions and included taxes and fees upfront so the price I selected was accurate. No surprises. One thing I wished for was a weekly or monthly view of fares so I could easily see which days are best. Also, when it was about to timeout, it didn't give me the option to extend my session (I realize that could be because it could no longer guarantee fares or availability but that wasn't clear). One more thing... it let me filter for Max layover time but not Min layover time, which would actually be very useful. It's too early to know if there will be issues later as I just booked.

I am livid. I made my travel plans through JustFly unfortunately in January of 2020 for an April trip. Today it is April 24th and ALL countries are under a travel ban due to the Corona virus. When I called today the ONLY 2 options they gave me was either recieve a credit which has to be used before Feb of 2021 AND PAY A $25 CANCELLATION FEE or don't do anything and lose the money spent on a ticket. There were NO refunds allowed. I am livid because I lost my job in March and had 2 flights that needed to be cancelled so that was $50 out of my pocket to cxl. This company literally said to me that everyone is in the same situation & they can't waive the cancellation fees. They are LITERALLY making money off this pandemic as if all of us WANTED to cancel. We had NO choice but to cxl due to the travel bans. Then to top it off, they referred me to a specialist to cxl one of the other flights and left me on hold. As I am writing this, I am STILL on hold whereas before they immediately picked up. It must be because I was extremely upset before with the other agent and so this is their way of 'punishing' me. This is a heartless company, ONLY concerned about money and I will NEVER use this company to book in the future. And I will make sure to write about this EVERYWHERE and make sure my friends will not use them in the future. People don't forget the companies that tried to screw them over in a pandemic where this is a TRAVEL BAN WORLDWIDE & they're charging cancellation fees.
Fyi: I have been on hold. Now for 40 mins and no one has come to the phone. All this bc Inwas complaining. Worst company ever.
After trying several other agencies, I bought a two-way ticket from form Justfly. The site was user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient. I will use it again.
Charged a $25.00 handling fee for flight voucher. Flight was cancelled due to Corona virus -gouging!
I like getting e mails when prices go down when I put in a place and date I want to take a trip.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
