I booked a flight with Iberia through Justfly. Iberia sent me an email notifying me that my flight has been cancelled. Justfly did not email nor called me. I have been trying to communicate via telephone and their online messaging system for a refund to no avail. I call them and the phone call midway drops. I call and it says it's an Ethiopian number.
Great accessibility, prices, and searching. Love the convenience of receiving price alerts with lowest fares. Makes life simpler during all this craziness in the world.
Absolutely sick. I live in Pennsylvania and we had a stay at home order until May 8. My flight was scheduled for May 7th so I could not leave. I attempted to call Justfly DOZENS OF TIMES. Their automatic system would hang up on my every time. All I wanted was credit so that I could book a flight at a later date, instead I had to cancel the flight and they only are crediting me about $200.00 (not to mention the $35 charge PER TICKET) for about $600 worth of flights! Do not use this site. An absolute abomination of a service company. I will not EVER use again.
Please DO NOT book with this site. There is a government issues travel ban during this awful pandemic which cause my husband and I to not be able to fly. We called within the 72 hour window they requested to cancel. We cannot cancel according to them but offered a credit which is fine, but then wanted to CHARGE $35 PER PERSON FEE for something that is out of our control. The supervisor said there is nothing they can do. Even changing the dates they want to charge us. Looks like just fly just lost 2 customers.

It has been a nightmare trying to make any changes with this company. First, could never get a live representative, second, very unclear options. Because of covid, we were initially trying to see what options we had, but couldn't get a hold of anyone so following unclear online instructions to try to make changes, they charged us $520! But the changes were not what we want! When finally got a live person today, she hung up on my husband. According to the airlines, we are eligible for a refund but Justfly would not give it. So we are stuck with credit with them and had to pay additional $520. We are just starting to travel again because kids are older now I just want to say we will NEVER use this company ever again. Lessons learned. They rather lose all our future business than to refund us modification fees. What a dumb business model. Carnival cruise at least refund us all the money except $200 in fees.
I have booked that last few flights with Justfly, for my family and a friend. The best prices, no extra fees, great customer service! They are my first go-to when researching travel!

AirIndia is giving the traavel credit. Just fly is charging me 100$ as handling fee. Worst service.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
