You will be told you fly with United airlines, but they will change it to Spirit airlines and Not tell you. Spirit airlines is a f*&%ing Joke. Enough said. Our whole trip was ruined because of Spirit and if just fly had been up front about what we were buying, we would have never bought it. It's a scam! Do not spend your money.
I booked a ticket sept 2021 and due to unexpected errors I canceled my trip till now I am waiting for my refund! I will never trust justfly.com. They have no feesback at all no communication.
I am stuck at the airport with my 2 daughters (2 years and 4 years old) trying to get to our destination after there were problems checking in with justfly tickets.
Between me and my wife we have called justfly customer service for the last 8 hours and after 10 minutes on the line waiting the call just drops.
Booked tickets from justfly for Air Canada. I booked 4 tickets (2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant). The site only processed the 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket and did not buy the infant even though it showed on my receipt. I called justfly and they told me there was a error in the system and they would refund everything. They refunded nothing and I have been calling for 2 months to get a refund and they keep telling me that the airline has a no refund policy and I am out of luck. Recently Air Canada changed our flight departure to make it leave earlier than it was supposed. I called Air Canada and they told me that since there were no later flights available that day they would refund the tickets for a 100% refund. But since I booked through Justfly I need to have them submit the request. I called justfly and spoke with the agent for 90 min for him to keep refusing the refund saying he isn't able to call Air Canada and Air Canada has to send him the refund request. Called Air Canada again and another again told me the same thing. 100% refundable, all travel agencies have a direct number for Air Canada and all they need to do is call to get the refund. And the Again told me that he gets a lot of calls from angry Justfly customers!
No customer service. Can't change flights 2 hrs holdtime Minimum. Don't go there it is the worst service I have ever used
This will be my first ever writing a review but felt the need to do so. I have tried to contact them several times over the phone for the past 3 months and waiting more than an hour. I even left my phone on hold went grocery shopping, fold my laundry and made some dinner by far the worst agency to exist. I have yet to receive any help and apparently they don't receive emails anymore so now I'm stuck with a flight that I can't catch. I highly recommend to not schedule any bookings with them.
They cancelled my flight at beginning of covid. I get that. They gave 24 months credit. I have not been able to travel since due to regulations, work restrictions and obviously covid. I can finally travel next month and want to go see my son which the trip was originally for. I repeatedly have asked Justfly to please extend the usable credit date by ONLY one month. They repeatedly say No and say that Westjet won't allow it as not being offered. Funny because I have called Westjet and they are offering refunds on all their flights or credit extensions, they told me to request it from Justfly but I get a big NO. Westjet and Air Canada have refunded and extended credits through this whole thing. They told me with third party it is ultimately up to third party to refund as they have the money already.
Booked an expensive business class ticket but canceled the flight the day due to illness. Two months later, wanted to re-book the trip; credit was not showing in my account (thought airlines confirmed it and requested that I should book through Justfly. It is now 10 days of daily attempts and very long waits on the phone for some one to answer but no luck. My credit expires in a months, I stand to loos over $ 5000 of trip credit if no answer. I feel helpless. The only people who respond are the new ticket sales men who transfer my call to the services department where I typically loos the call. Quite frustration.
Justfly is literally the worst fly booking website I've ever dealt with. I need to change the date of my return flight ( which they tell it completely possible) but I couldn't. I tried to do it only but the website was roaming in purpose literally for over an hour. I tried to call customer service and I was on hold for 2 hours twice. After I gave up and I canceled my flight. Guess what? The cancellation took 2 minutes online vers trying to change the date on flight that was roaming for hours! I also tried to get a refund back ( I bought the cancellation protection plan) and I still didn't get anything back! This ridiculous! This company just still a 1000$ from me
This is the worst website for booking ever. I booked a flight then realized i booked the wrong tickets, tried to change same my tickets same day but was going to be charged. I called customer service and was on hold for over an hour with no answer. Then I just had to cancel and they charged me $150 for canceling :( most sites have 24h cancelation free! What a rip off. I would never buy form this site. I called the next day to speak to someone was also put on hold for over an hour and a half with no answer. Just like that they took $150 from me! Shame of them
We booked a flight for over $1900 for my wife to go to her mothers funeral overseas, The omicron variant hit and travel restrictions would have forced her to a hotel room during the funeral so we cancelled within the 24 hour window and paid $75 to cancel. The refund never happened and the charge is through Voyages a la carte on our credit card. There is no way to call them and get a live person. They have not assisted us in getting a refund and now we are being forced to file legal proceedings against both companies until someone gets this resolved.
You can never reach them on phone or chat with an agent online. You can't reschedule your flight on their portal. Yes they always have the lowest price but pray you don't run into issues. I had to buy a fresh ticket.
They pretend to offer customer service. However, you could wait forever in a phone queue and then when you get someone on the phone, they don't listen to what you say or respond to your requests. They seem to respond to keywords, and once uttered, they just put you back in the same queue again and again and your only hope, after four or five times calling back, is just to give up. The last person actually gave me a "direct number" (he said) to customer service, and all it was was another way of calling the same exchange, only this time with an area code instead of the 800, and by the way, STILL no choice for customer service. Another complaint, if you find a fare on their site and click it, but don't fill out the form fast enough, the page will refresh with $20+ more fee. If you have to cancel your flight, they keep the fee. In all honesty, if you are going to book on one of the "discount" airlines, save yourself the $, the time, and the aggravation and go elsewhere. You're better off going straight to the carrier's site and bypassing Justfly altogether---or go to Hotwire or Expedia or anyone else but Justfly. A company is as good as its customer service, and since Justfly's is downright insultingly bad, I would say this company really deserves a zero, but one-star was the lowest option provided. For me, never again.
I booked international flight and after few days got email that my flight automatically changed to different flight which will take 7 hrs more. Also justFly provided me the option for refund request if I don't want the new option.
So I decided to for refund option and book with different Airline. But once I click the refund option nothing is happening, just say that call this number (You can directly call us at *******015). But there is no one to receive the call.
This site is awful, once you purchase the ticket they don't allow you cancel the booking. I was choosing the best travel ticked for my mom and they just raised up the price for $500+ and I clicked accidentally without noticing the price increased. I have spend 24 hours trying to call them without any luck. Their costumer service don't pick up the phone. Their web site cancellation options don't work at all as you can see in the picture below, there are options that you cant select. Then finally after hours over the phone, told me I have to contact the airline but the airline said is not in their hands until 48 hours after ticked purchased. So THEY LIE to me. I'll never use JUSTFLY anymore.
In order to get in touch with customer service you will have to wait at least 45 minutes. I have had a flight credit for a year and they have not been able to provide any reasonable solution. I have spoke with them more than a handful of times.
This business is SCAM, I repeat do not book any reservations with them, they are liar, my flight has cancelled due to covid, as per the guideline I am eligible for full refund from airline, they had never refund my money, on the contrary they assign my registered number in block list. I am going to sue them big time.
Horrible customer service. Horrible help. Had to cancel my flight due to covid from last augst. My 2 flights for me and my mom were $2500. My mom wants to book alone now so i thought we could just book and use 1250. They told us that because she is booking alone she is only eligible to use 25% of the 1250? Then, they go on to tell us that flights to the same destination on their end are shown to be around $2000? When i look by myself i can see flights for 1300... so my mom can only use 300$ of the credit but has to book a 2000$ flight, so end up paying $1700,... when she could just book a whole new flight for 1300. It's $#*!ing ridiculous. No refund allowed... Horrible customer service who cant speak nor understand english. And the best part is, when i called after cancelling our flights and asked if we could book seperately, the one guy told me it was possible and did NOT menton that stupid 25% policy.
I bought "refundable.me" travel protection policy on JustFly which is a good booking service, but they should use reliable affiliates as well. Unfortunately they offer you "refundable.me" service to insure your trip and this is a disaster. Those guys are not an insurance company at all, rather they take maximum effort to dismiss your case. This an expensive policy, but when time comes to claim it, you end-up communicating with multiple people only identified by their first names, with no phone number, position or any other identification. It took me whole month back and force, two medical notes from my doctor, yet they rejected pretty obvious case. Looks like the only case when they would pay is in the case of your death and only if you personally confirm it...
This is most wicked and unprofessional travel agent I have ever seen and dealt with. I was left stranded in another country. I spent one week calling them but they would not pick up, they only picked up for new reservation call and once they realized that you are calling about existing reservation, they hang up on you and forward your call to a answering machine. I will never buy a ticket from this heartless agent and I will ask anyone to do so.
