Ticket had to be purchased for a higher value; because earlier ticket was confirmed as a reservation with 1 or 2 emails and then next day information was stated that it was cancelled as it was never issued as a ticket and the price value was no longer available.

The website has zero visibility, they try to make money of every possible way. The first time I flew, I didnt pay any baggage fee. The second time I flew, i was stopped and asked to pay $60 as the third party booking site had not paid my baggage fee. There are other websites which do everything with visibility. The travel itinerary does not provide much help as well. It just plain scamming site

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
