I purchased tickets to Rio for Carnival and of course it has been posponed three time due to Covid. I have been trying since January to cancel my flights to no avail and keep getting the same run around. I was on the phone with customer service for three hours after waiting two hours to talk to someone. Their website options are not sufficient to do what you need to do. I paid $500 for insurance only to be told by them that I could not get a refund. If I could give them minus points... I would since they are crooks and stole several thousand dollars from me! Will complain to whomever I can about this site.

I purchased three round trip tickets to Colombia, and due to covid we were forced to cancel out flight. Now that I am ready to rebook my flight I cannot get a hold of anyone via email or phone. But if you call to book a new flight they pick up so quick. There should be a civil lawsuit against this company. I can't believe how these people can get away with this. So unfair just lost $3k

They will never give you you money back or even a credit for any flights cancelled by the airline! But they have no shame asking for $35 processing fees if you ask for a refund due to airline cancellation of your flight! Yard because you booked with them, the airlines won't be able to help you either. Customer services takes over an hour to reach and their reps lie and do everything to keep you off the phone unless your intention is to give them more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Waited on hold for over an hour after 2 of my flights were cancelled. When someone finally answered was put back on hold three times with no help offered. When I finally decided to just cancel the whole thing was told a refund would take 6-8 weeks... worst service ever.

I wanted to rebook my flight because they didn't let me flight but for rebook or canceling my flight I tried to call them every time stay on the line for 3 hours but no body answered me at all. I was trying to call them to refund money or rebook and still I wasn't able to talk with them they stole my money, extremely unsatisfied never recommend them to anyone I called all the numbers in their website and email them but it was ineffective.

I wouldn't recommend this travel agency since it is a scam, once you paid for your ticket, it's really hard to contact them. They did not refund my money. It's a scam. Delta airline agent once told me, not to trust this agency.

Can't connect with customer care

I booked international, my flight was canceled by airline. I called Airline for refund and I was redirected to Justlfy. It's over 2 months, I was unable to speak with no one. No refund till now. No even email of my flight cancelation. Very bad.

I got overcharged $500 by Justly.com, and it is impossible to get any help from them. No one to talk to. When you call their number, you get the proverbial run around by the computer; and you never can talk to any agent who could understand your problem and help you mend it. Being charged for seats $800 is ridiculous!

THE WORST customer service.
Just a friendly warning to people before they book through this agency. I have been trying to get a refund for my ticket since 2021. This is my first ever review on an agency or company.

Justfly.com have changed my reservation to scan me for more money. The initial layover time between airports was supposed to be 2 hours and 45 minutes. Justfly contacted me a day prior to my departure and have informed me that the layover time now is 11 hours between airports and if I paid them $489 USD THEY WILL CHAGE IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. Also another issue is that they've charged my card $46.97 in addition to the price ticket. I've called and called and emailed and no one responded.
This is absolutely a scam and unacceptable. Why are authorities waiting and not suing and locking up these Indian scam artists?! I will never ever book though them ever again. By the way their positive reviews you see online are made by their own employees. Trust me I have my sources.

Just Fly and its Travelers Cancellation Insurance get a big fat ZERO rating from me. After providing all the requested documentation for flight cancellation due to ILLNESS, my claim was denied because I only had an antigen COVID test not PCR. This was never mentioned by the representative when I cancelled my flight, only during the claim process. ILLNESS alone is considered a legitimate reason for cancellation with a letter from a licensed provider. This was all submitted but somehow it boils down to the PCR testing. This insurance was $202. My flight was $1500. The flight was CANCELLED. My travel group had to re-book their flight with a different airline 3 days later missing 2 days of vacation.

Strangely I was not able to upload my email trail or documentation to this portal but I have it all

My husband booked the flight from US to Hong Kong. He needed to change the date for the return flight. The agent said it's all set. So my husband went to the airport on the new date, the airline said his ticket is not valid. I had to call Justfly. I was on the phone for 4 hours. My husband missed the flight and have to change the flight to another date. I was charged extra fee for changing the flight date.

I bought my round trip ticket from Just Fly. When I had to activate my ecredits due to COVID flight cancellation, this vendor never assisted me that I was forced to go directly to the airline. They even responded to my email saying that there were no available flights for the dates I selected. That was a lie because I was able to get a flight directly from American Airlines. But as per AA contract with Just Fly, they had to charge me $50 for the rebooking service. Just Fly refused to refund the fee for their lack of service. Never get your airline tickets from this vendor.

DON'T USE JUSTFLY

I am still awaiting a refund from justfly that was promised me over three months ago. I have been on hold with these people for 2 hours and there is no response. I send them emails and the reply "your case has been updated." I am fully entitled to this refund (flight was with Alitalia) and they are not answering their phone, Alitalia has of course disappeared, and there is no money in sight.

I bought an Air Canada ticket for my cousin in July 2021 to visit from Japan to USA. Somehow due to Covid regulation she was not able to board the flight. When I called them to extend the ticket they charged me extra money to process the request. They they informed me that Airlines is not extending the ticket which was a lie as Air Canada sent me a letter that I have a credit with them and Justfly can use to issue another ticket. Not only they did not give any credit for the original ticket they also charged extra for processing the extension.

I will never deal with this company again. I had been using this airline every month for the last 7 or 8 months getting what I thought was fairly good rates. Everything was fine until I developed a problem. Then I started having long wait times. Eventually I just asked for a refund and they charged a significant amount of penalties. The kicker at the and was when they told me that the poultry amount of refund that I would be getting could take up to 4 months to be refunded. I was aghast. I spent 8 hours between the airline and this reservation company. Great if you want cheap flights but hold your breath and pray that nothing out of the ordinary happens. Then you are screwed.

I payed $1400 USD for a flight from the united states to the philippines and due to covid 19 i could not travel on my assigned date. I wanted to reschedule my flight and i tried calling, rebooking, and emailing justfly and to no avail and now i flight date has pass, how the $#*! should i stand the lost of $1400 USD. WILL NOT REFUND YOU

I bought a flight seven months ago to depart in December and I paid for the cancellation option in case I needed to cancel and get a full refund.
In order to cancel you need to provide a booking number and a medical know if you're sick, which is what I did. I emailed them five weeks ago and they basically refused to refund me and have asked me every single day for the medical mail and the booking confirmation as if they've lost it.
After providing a medical note they asked for more details that weren't outlined in their website, and when I told them that they were violating the terms on their own website, as I provided the information that was needed they sent another email asking for something else.
They've been emailing me every day for the last five weeks making an excuse as to why they can't refund me, and it's been an absolute disaster and headache as I provided everything on the website and they're refusing to refund me. So it's clearly absolutely horrible customer service and a scam and I would not book with them at all in case you have to cancel your flight.

They also kept changing the time of my flight and I had absolutely no say in it. And there was nothing that I could do, so if you're booking a few months are in advance and your flight changes for whatever reason you're most likely not going to be able to get in touch with someone to change that.

Book a flight with insurance to travel out of New York to Singapore but with the Covid, had to cancel for a refund. That's when the scam was unfolded. It was impossible to get my refunds, and they claim I can use the credits but I could never book a flight using my credit. Called customer service for 2 weeks talking to machines. What a scam!
