I made the mistake of booking two roundtrip tickets Hnl-Geneva for over $2418 and an addtional $475 for flight insurance. When the last leg of the return was canceled by the airline, I canceled the booking, requiring an additional $70 to do so, anticipating that the ticket prices would be reimbursed. I received a response that I would receive an email informing how to make an insurance claim. None has come and I have spent hours on their website and on the phone on hold trying to make a claim or contact someone to find how to get my my money back. Even if you can get through their voicemail labarynth to a point where someone supposedly will answer no one does after an hourand a half wait. As I now see from other reviews, this is standard procedure for this company, and they should be put of business.
I flew all over the world and booked with many websites. This is the worst website I have ever booked with and never again. First of all, I was given the total price what I will charged at the end but after I clicked confirm, the price was much more and I was charge with two separate airlines prices. Second, it was never stated anywhere the fight I was booking was Basic Economy, never stated no carry on. Which means I have to pay $30 to check in our bags plus and pay for our seats. If I had known this upfront BEFORE I confirm my payment, I would not purchased my tickets with this website. The low price is not low st all after having to purchased seats and checking bags. I also purchased Travel coverage of $24 which stated covers cancellation, changes and full refund. ITS A LIE! I was told there's cancellation, no changes and no refund. I am pissed! I spoke with Justfly.com third parties who does all the bookings and none of them could not help me, one hung up on me. They all told me to call the airlines but the airlines said for to deal with Justify whom I booked with. Which makes more sense. This low price deal is a SCAM.
They still haven't processed my refund. NEVER use this company. Worst travel agency ever. I have spent hours on the phone sending them all the documentation.
I have, unsuccessfully, tried to contact a costumer representative for weeks, invested over 8 hours of wait time on the phone for a call that is never answered, yet as soon as I attempt to reach an agent for a new booking I get an answer in no longer than 3-5 min. Since they never let me cancel the flight (even though I did it within 24 hours in order to get my refund) I cancelled the flight through the airline directly, but sadly the money was returned to them and not me. The flight date has passed and my $451 are nowhere to be seen. Please don't use this page ever!
I wish I could put 0 stars! Bad experience all the way around. We got to their site through Kayak. Went to the JustFly site where in the middle of booking they charged $10 each more which we were ok with because we needed that specific flight time. We thought we paid for the 2pm flight time and we have screenshots to show that was what was confirmed. But, when the receipt came up, it was a 7am flight time! Over an hour waiting for customer service (no joke - I have the screen shot) and then they said it's not refundable! The booking was less than 2 hours ago and it was on Frontier which says you can cancel within 24 hours. Customer service guy just kept repeating, "It is not refundable." Waste of time and money all around for lies! And, I was on the phone for over an hour and 15 minutes.
JustFly - Ticket's double charge
The Justly sold me a ticket for a flight, and they told me that my card was not accepted by their company, so they sent me an-email saying that I should update my new credit card, so I did it. However, for my surprise, they "created" a second ticket code with the same passengers, same destination, and same date of travel, and charged twice for the same flight.
Now I want to solve this double charge, and they don't answer my cellphone, and I'm for more than 01 hour and half and just hear that they have a high volume of call phones.
That's unbelievable, because when pressed the number on the dial to buy a new ticket, they answered me in less than 01 minute.
There's no respect by consumer time, and I think this will be my last time buying my ticket on this company. There are other companies that sell air tickets, and I will think better next time.

A leg of my wife's return flight from Asia has been canceled and they make it virtually to speak with their people or get information on the changes they made. I will look for every opportunity to spread their incompetence and shame. I can only assume they are a sham company!
I used the on-line options to rebook a trip cancelled in 2020. The message returned is:'Quoting a change of flights undefined". I have spent literally spent 2-3 hours on HOLD to see what this means. (we myst use the tickets/exchange by March 2022- and we plan on going in March. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN INSIDE TRACK TO REACH Justfly that doesn't require 3+ hours of my life on hold? Unfortunately, i cannot include my payment and proof of cancelation- you only accept picture formats versus PDF. PLEASE ADVISE!
I paid $560.00 for cancelation insurance, guess what, when you try to use it, they tell you that the airlines doesn't refund money, and you are out of luck! WTH did I pay you $560.00 for then? I'm not letting this one go easily!
Really disappointed with how JustFly handled Covid-related flight cancellation, they effectively stole $800 from me.
I bought tickets to British Airways, and the company cancelled some of the flights in my itinerary.
I called British Airways, and they said that the ticket will be refunded, because they cancelled the flight, but this needs to be processed through the travel agent (JustFly).
JustFly's website was disfunctional, phones were on automated messages, and there was no other way to reach them.
The only action that was permitted on the website was "cancel without refund".

I WAS TOLD THAT I AM NOT ENTITLED TO CREDIT NOR A REFUND. NOT ONLY AND I PISSED I AM LOST FOR WORDS BECAUSE THEY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PASSENGERS. This company sell flights as a third party. When airlines cancel or change your flight the airline is not responsible so you have to call this company and they never answer. You call the phone number for booking as the seller is right there answering. When you tell them that your already booked flight have been cancel they hang on you. The costumer service line never answer. They just take your money and bye. Don't book with them. They will change your itinerary and never refund the money. Also when you go online they don't give you the option of canceling with refund even when a their fault. If you cancel they assume is because you want to cancel and keep your money.
I booked a spirit flight through justfly and purchased travel insurance through justfly. My flight was cancelled for no reason and spirit issued a refund to justfly. I have not gotten the refund from just fly yet and am out 400+ dollars. I have made a claim through the travel insurance and have not heard back in almost 2 weeks. I have emailed justfly twice and cannot get a hold of any actual human. I just want my money that was supposed to be refunded.
Justfly.com is good at finding you cheap flights but be careful in trying to contact them in making changes to your flights during your trip because it'll be hard contacting customer support. We weren't able to contact anyone to make a change to one of our party members (travelled as a family) and had to book a flight on another airline (because we couldn't use that ticket). Airline tells you to contact 3rd party (justfly.com) to make changes and yet you're not able to contact them. Last resort is to cancel that one reservation and hope you can get some sort of refund but even that isn't justified in their view. Always used justfly to book past flights but running into this predicament during this last trip wasn't easy to handle and was a stressful situation. No longer using justfly for our family airfare needs.
I literally booked a flight for four people a week ago and my son just got Covid so I needed to cancel the flights. Luckily I got insurance but Justfly charged me $140 just to cancel my flights and I have to file insurance claims to get my money back.
I booked a flight in 2019 and of course the flight was cancelled due to COVID. I was issued a credit and was told that I had to use the credit before February of this year 2022.
I still do not feel safe traveling due to the current climate and have tried to contact this company to either push the date to 2023/2024 or issues me a credit but when calling I have not been able to speak with anyone for hours (2-3) each time (trying at different times of the day). I obviously want to get this resolved and time on my hands. I am on hold NOW (1 hour and 25mins) and still nothing.
This company it seems have made it difficult to speak with an actual person... shucks I would take an email address and vent my concerns there but I keep being directed back to the telephone number which has no one on the other end. Please don't waste your time with this company as you will never get anything resolved.

I KNOW that this website cannot legitimately have 3.5/5 stars. Justfly is a FRADULENT COMPANY. Do not book this through company! The four people traveling in my group have spend COUNTLESS hours trying to get either a refund or a voucher, paid additional change fees and NO customer service agents have any idea what they're doing. They all say different things. Justfly will keep delaying and years go by without any resolution. Flights were booked in 2019 and it's now 2022! All we've experienced is run-around, loss of funds, and TERRIBLE customer service.
I would never book any flights with Justfly ever again. These people will give you the runaround and never answer their phone, never respond to customer requests. If you are lucky and get through they will get rid of you ASAP and accomplish nothing.
I needed to reschedule my flight. I put in a ticket online. They stated they were processing it. I submitted the request 4 days prior once I found out my partner was sick with covid and can't fly. I received no notification, no change, and no response although I called around the clock. Then just to see if I could cancel, I was charged a $15 dollar fee and when I called Aeromexico they could see the cancellation but not when I called previously about the Change. What are they doing that they can't respond to customers? If I could give them a half star that would be a better rating. Such an anxiety stimulating situation in such turbulent times.
My flight was cheaper on just fly rather than getting it off hawaiian airlines but I regret it and here is why:
I did not have the option to change my flight or cancel it. I tried to reach someone on the phone numerous times, waiting for hours and nothing. I tried to get last minute insurance to see if that would help but was unable to add the insurance do to
" the action cannot be completed at this time" however it still charged my credit card anyway. My last resort was to simply cancel directly from hawaiian airlines but lost all my money to that cancellation. I was hoping I could at least get credit from just fly.com but never heard back from them after emailing them twice. I'm never booking through a third party again. I unfortunately can't find my confirmation email but I have something else for proof which I'll add in the photo option.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
