So difficult to reach

For a refund that has been issued by Spirit Airlines to Just Fly on December 30,2021 where I purchased tickets from. Spirit Airlines gave me a copy of the payment receipt made to Just Fly. I had called Just Fly so that they can issue the refund to me: the first time I was on hold for 45 minutes. I had to hang up, as I had to go to an appointment. The second time (I am on hold as of writing for two hours now!). This is simply unacceptable. I am still holding to find out how much longer it will take, or maybe they just want customers to give up.

I was looking to buy a round trip to La Paz, Bolivia, the price I was given was $ 876,45 with a ten hours delay on Panama City, which was ok, but than the sales lady offer a two hour lay over on Panama instead of ten hour for $ 2,640.00, not on my budget, so say no thank you, than she ask about my form of payment, credit card was given but, when I check my credit card the next morning I was charged for the $ 2,640, called just fly to have an explanation, no look I was on the phone for hours and hours, no customer service, only sales people emails, calls, my bank can't do anything no one responded, no customer service, no one will reply to you, they robbed me, I'm still fighting
After hours they investigated that it was there fault because the have a record of the conversation, they send me a bogus web site, no answer, still waiting six months, any body have suggestions on how can I get my refund?

JUSTFLY is pure scam

DO NOT BOOK anything with Justfly. This company is pure scam. I wish I'd known that.
Last year, 2021 they canceled my flight to Dubai due to COVID restrictions and they indicated in their email to me that I would be refunded because I did not initiate the cancelation rather the cancelation by Justfly was due to COVID issues. 10 months down and I have not received my refund. I ve placed several calls to their customer service without luck.
If you are lucky your call may be answered after 2 hours on hold.
Terrible company indeed. Worst experience ever.

Flight Cancellation

I needed to cancel a booking for a flight due to COVID out brake and I am not comfortable to get on an airplane right now. The customer service is very deficient either online or on the phone; I called two times today and I was on hold for one hour and a half each time. They gave me hard time and requested a proof to be sent, what kind of proof should I send them? I paid extra for flight cancellation, and they still charge me $35.00 to process the refund to my credit card. It is ridiculous the way they screw you up.

Terrible company. I missed my flight from Brussels to LAX and tried to get in contact with this company. Needless to say they NEVER pick up the phone! And I was on hold for almost 3 hours. Yes 3 hours until I gave up. I had to buy another ticket because of this!
DO NOT USE this company to buy airplane tickets!

Scammers and horrible customer service

I booked a flight and car rental for 12 of Mt family members and myself in Jamaica. The car rental place over booked and there was no car available. I tried calling just fly for my refund because I had to order car from another place there out there. Budget tells me I have to go thru just fly because they booked it. I have called for 2 weeks trying to get someone to atleast help me sort out the issue. The options for customer services has a recording there's no customer service and so I got thru to a booking agent for advise. All 5 agents I spoke to hung up the phone. Most of them saying this is the wrong number and not giving me any other numbers to call. One agent yelled at me saying I was yelling at him I started to cry and explained to him I wasn't yelling I speak loud due to a hearing impairment I have but he to just hung up the phone on me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE THIS COMPANY. MATTER OF FACT I WILL BOOK DIRECTLY THRU THE PLACE MYSELF. $1000 is alot to losse and not be able to rectify the issue.

I bought a ticket from just fly on March 2021 for June 28 but I don't know the reason they canceled my ticket. I tried to call them and get my money, but you cannot get their phone or their email because they don't answer. I try to call them back after three hours somebody answered and they said oh let's transfer you and then someone answers and you try to explain your problem and they said I understand then they said oh let me transfer you to my boss and then that's it they hang up the phone. And they have a very very bad customer service

I purchased 2 tickets from NYC to Los Angeles.

Instead of booking me a flight to LAX, JustFly had booked a flight to a different airport. Their prices are ok but for paying less you get only the worst package such as no seat selection, not even a small suitcase is included when checking in. I tried several times contacting JustFly without any success. Their customer service is the worst compared to other travel agencies I have done business in the past.

The booking part was OK. But then they sent me an email for seat reservation and charged me $207 for making the seat reservation without my authorization. I am going to dispute this charge via my credit card. The company is a fraud in my book for making these kind of charges without providing requisite clarity to their users.

Worst online traveling

Don't ever book a flight through them. They never answer phone for customer services. If you buy or make a new reservation, someone will pick up the phone really quick, but to get customer service you can wait for 2 to 3hours when they decided to pick up. Especially since covi they found some lame excuse but they are no honest and big liar. I have been traveling internationally for more than 20years and I never experienced that much problem with that agency. No one should travel with that much stress especially when you go to another country. Read other people review and you will understand that they are not good

Investigation of FlightHub ends with $5.8M in total penalties for
company and directors. I found this header on the internet.
Mr. Mathew Keezer is nothing more than a dishonest and shameless justfly President. When someone cancel a reservation, justfly retrieves the money from the Airlines and never return it to the consumer. Worse than that Mr. Keezer is hiding in Canada where U.S. consumers can never reach him. Mr. Keezer is located in Canada, U.S. consumers have no recourse or a place to complain.
U.S. Consumers stay away from this deceptive company. Only book with companies located in the U.S.A.

Don't ever buy your ticket with them

We buy our plane ticket because the flight schdule change we have dont have choice again, we have to cancel our ticket, its been 3 month until today after i we send the email to them no respond at all, when we try to call them its been 100 hour no one answer my call, they will answer your call only if you want buy ticket with them (this is not right), finaly we just direct call the airline and they gave us future credit. Finally we can save our money. Trust me don't waste your time and money to Justfly.com

This is a SCAM SCAM COMPANY. I bought a ticket from them and went to JFK DECEMBER 22,2021 for Monrovia, Liberia. Only to be told that Justfly voided my Ticket. When I called, they IMMEDIATELY send me a CONFIRMATION, which was FAKE. I've been calling since from tue airport and no one has answered. I'm on hold for hours. As I am writing, no one has pick up. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COURSE. I've filed a Complaint with my bank. Hopefully I will get a refund. I'm truly DISAPPOINTED. STAY AWAY FROM THEM- JUSTFLY SUCKS

Worst service!

I had to cancel my flight because of some COVID reason and they told me that they will return 50%. They never returned the money and there is no way for me to contact them because I have to enter booking number when I call, and after that I am not directed to anyone! Shame!
