Justfly took $936.33 + $180.21 for cancellation insurance for a flight to Thailand from The United States for a total of $1116. 33 It is clearly stated that changes and cancellation are allowed for up to 24 hours after booking. I purchased the insurance as a safety measure, turns out it was useless.
Within 18 hours of booking my flight, I was forced to cancel due to ridiculous unforeseen covid restrictions at my destination. Receiving no correspondence for the next 24hrs, I sent several more emails and filled out another cancellation request, following justfly protocol all to no avail.
Finding a customer service number I called and was kept on hold for over 7 hours and told that there was nothing I could do or that could be done and there would be no refund or change to my flight due to these restrictions. I was told my insurance was useless.
The lady that answered after 7 hours was literally doing dishes as her children screamed in the background as she repeated how sorry she was. This is criminal and I only want to return to see my family after 2 idiotic covid restricted years.
Needed a flight to take care of family business following the death of a relative. Purchased insurance just in case. One of the travel companions injured himself and could not fly. Provided medical documentation. JustFly refuses to honor their insurance policy, won't even provide a credit. They sold the same seat, twice.

I booked my flight with justfly, I had a family emergency and I canceled my flight before 24hrs. I clearly told them I need a refund back. & they said yes, & they told me ther where going to charge me a " fee" i said okay that's fine. Turn out they charge me the fee & up until this day, I never got my refund back. I been trying to reach to them for 3 days now, waited up to 3 hours on the phone each day, and no answer.
Do not book this through scam company. Countless hours trying to get either a refund or a voucher, paid additional change fees and every agent says the same thing. "We are so sorry for the delay, your refund is coming, please be patient, etc". This is the game. Keep delaying and years go by without any resolution. Flights were booked in 2019 and it's now almost 2022!
I BOOKED MY FLIGHT from JFK to Islamabad on Virgin Atlantic through just fly. The air line changed my itinary, my connecting flight from JFK to LHR UK vanished with no information about the status of my flight. I tried to contact justfly to check the status of my flight but there is no one to talk to me. They are hiding behind the /covid and have put recording on the phone. They are asking to contact the airline directly to resolve the issue.
I'll never book again through Just Fly.
So I had an international flight on Sunday night that I could not board because my PCR Test results did not come in time. (I had gotten tested Friday night). I had paid about $800 for the ticket on Emirates through JustFly.com. At the airport, I could not get a PCR Test because the center closed at 8 pm (I had a late night flight). The man at the Emirates ticket exchange desk said he could not help us and told us to call a phone number. However, he did claim to have cancelled our booking. When I called, the phone number's office was closed. I gave up and retried in the morning. They redirected me to call JustFly's phone number. Ever since, I have been unable to get in touch with a customer service representative ever since, even though the automated voice message said that they knew there was a problem about my specific booking number, and it is Tuesday night. On JustFly, it is strange because my original outgoing flight never disappeared, but on the Emirates website it is already gone. I caved and paid around $700 in "flight exchange fees" plus $75 in JustFly "handling fees" to get my ticket changed. However, they said the "request is processing." I have sent two support tickets within the past two days, but none have been answered. They sent me an email saying to contact them in a timely manner to speak with a customer service specialist, but it seems no one is home. I have called at least ten times and just been put on infinite hold. I am afraid I have gotten scammed. I should've just gone back to the airport and tried to get a refund from Emirates directly. Never using JustFly.com ever again.
I paid 30 dollars for seat reservations, never went through, and they charged me nevertheless. Also I paid 7 dollars for a lap child, this too was not reflected on my united itinerary. I waited 4 hours on the phone to speak to a rep, and this pee-brained dufus finally picked up, and told me Id have to speak to united to resolve this. WHAT THE HELL. United doesn't charge for either of the above services, and justfly's greedy hoax has nothing to do with them. At one point I tried the ext to book a new reservation, and someone answered my call in 15 seconds. When I told him I had to call his ext bec I couldn't get through, he took all my info - as if he were going to help me, and then brazenly transferred me back to the never ending queue. ALSO THERE IS HIDDEN PRICEY FINEPRINT EVERYWHERE. BEWARE! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY FOR ANYONE.
They prey on customers, they took my money off my bank card, and claimed they had not. Charged my card on Dec 5th 2021, had the no shame in telling me that they had not, demanded more money to steal so that they could rebook me another ticket! Please save yourself stress do not book an airline ticket from Justfly.com. Emirates Airlines, if you do not cut ties with this company, the end of your glory is not far. I'll never fly Emirates as long as it is associating itself with Justfly.com. Enough is enough.
They refuse to refund my money for flight that spirit airlines cancelled. And spirit is willing to give refund but they have automated message that they wont issue refund.
I booked a flight 3 months ago. Just Fly abruptly cancelled my flight for no reason. I havent received my refund yet. The company told my bank after i filed a dispute claim i had used the ticket. After i showed proof i had bought a ticket directly from the airline the new story is now they have to investigate. NO REFUND yet,
It's astonishing how incredibly bad customer service can be. They take it to a new low, one that has completely put me off using travel booking agents (plus another bad one with Kiwi.com).
JustFly offers what appears to be a great, flexible website to change bookings, once made. One can see what flights are available (though the route cannot be changed), and if there are any additional charges incurred to switch flights (extra to their US$75 fee) - almost as professional as a common airline's site, except they don't usually charge the extra fee. But just wait until you try to make the change! I tried to book a different return, at no extra cost (apart from their US$75 change fee), but about 10 minutes later, I got an email that customer service needs to talk about the change. Thus begins about 4 hours of completely wasted time! It was as though they were trying to suck as much life (and money, as it happened!) out of me as they could manage.
1) The first call took 15 minutes of waiting to get a live person, who told me the flight would actually be another US$11 or so. I authorized that and thought the matter was finished.
2) A few minutes after that call completed, I got another email to call customer service. A 25 minute wait later, I'm told that flight had disappeared and they could no longer book it. I selected another, which had no additional charges to change, not even the US$11 I'd authorized on the first call. I became concerned, so I checked their online site to see that all these flights were still listed as available, at no additional charge.
3) Repeat #2, except this time, when the agent checks the original flight is available at no extra charge. I stay on with him, until he assures me that the flight is completely booked and there will be no need for any more calls (it's been a couple hours already). He's absolutely sure... I hear laughing in his background, but the agent himself seems to be managing not to laugh.
4) Repeat again! This time the agent (all of the calls have been to different agents, it's like they all want in on the fun!) tells me that they can only book that flight at a huge price increase - this time hundreds of dollars! I finally lose it (because I know the flight is still listed as free on their website) and tell him that I'm done with the game playing. Even if they would pretend to be able to re-book the flight for me again, I'm very angry about all my wasted time. I can book a new flight for less than what they are trying to extort from me for this fee.
I tell them to leave me at the original booking (with no US$75 fee, which is already listed as a charge on my credit card), I'll go elsewhere. I don't want any more to do with them.

They double charge you for flights and also have hidden charges that you don't know about until your card is charged... DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS! STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Justfly... you suck
Booked flight 2 months prior. A week before our flight was told by justfly that theres no flights available til the end of the month. Very terrible service. Bunch of liars. Reassured by them few weeks prior that we will be able to get into our flight but never reissued our ticket.
Do not book with these ppl! They did not tell me the airline schedule changed which made me not able to get my connecting flight. They are saying they emailed me multiple times. There's no email. They even confirm my itinerary with the wrong flight information the day before I traveled so I don't understand how they can say they didn't do anything wrong. They are trying to pass it off on the airline which is BS as they are the person I booked with!
This company has been horrible from the start. They do not care about their customers. My family and I booked tickets and had to cancel due to Covid during 2020. The company gave us a confirmation and promised us the nearly 2 grand would be back in my bank account in 8-12 weeks. I have had to call every other week for months because it never showed up. Now they are trying to weasel their way in to not giving my family their money back because they made a mistake. My sister and her family are having the same issue. You can't talk to anyone, they won't give you a confirmation of your conversations. Each conversations ends in we will notify you in 48 hours, and they never do. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
We had a ticket issued through them for a flight on United back in March 2020 that we couldn't use due to COVID-19. We were supposedly allowed to re-book.
When we tried to re-book three weeks before our flight date in November of 2021, we gave them our dates but they refused over and over to contact United to issue our ticket until two days before the flight. And then they wanted to charge us another $150, because it was so close to the flight date.
Over the course of the three weeks, we called them more than 10 times, and each call took over two hours.
Each time we called they told us over and over that they would have some news about our ticket within 24 to 48 hours. Half of the time they didn't get back to us. The other half of the time the news was "still pending."
Bottom line is that they refused to reticket until they could get more money out of us
And they wasted hours and hours of our time.
Stay far, far away from JustFly!
If you happened to cancel your flight for any reason, be prepared to pay $50 to justfly to do so! And if you do, you can kiss your credit goodbye because they will never allow you to rebook on their website, and if you call them it will automatically go to dead-end robo-message about global pandemic and how busy they are to take your call. Trust me Ive tried for months and this crooks just wont answer or respond to emails. Ive actually tried to rebook trough their website almost 2 months ago and its still waiting to be approved by this crooked website! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AVOID THIS PEOPLE AT ALL COST!
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM! I was searching flights on Kayak and was taken to JustFly for the better rate. When I clicked on "select this flight" it said my total would be $163, once I processed my card information I got a notification from my Discover credit card stating that "$411 was successfully processed from JustFly" That is a $248 difference and there was no message stating that the price was changed before I processed my card info. Even after the payment I went back to check the price of the flights and the original price (that I was supposed to pay) was still showing up. I was livid. After a run around and being on the line for an hour with a customer service rep, I was told that he sees there was an error in the system and I should be getting an email in the next 24-48 hours for a refund of the difference I wasn't supposed to pay. It has now been a week and I have not heard back. I called customer service again and after waiting 45 minutes for a rep to answer I was told that a refund was never requested.
My fly was cancel with out telling me on my email. My trip was very disapointment because I did buy the tickets with Justfly.com. I WILL NEVER LOOK MY VACATION WITH JUSTFLY.COM AGAIN.
I have a ticket which needed to be changed. I'm on MONTH 3 with working to have it changed. I'm even paying $60 in justfly fees to use the credit. The worst part, is after speaking with customer service, they use ‘Agent Names' and not real ones. So good luck trying to get a change made. If company employees don't use real names, then you shouldn't trust them. Absolute B. S. save your money and go else where.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
