I paid for my flight through Justfly and they didn't list the confirmation number for my connection flight. I was not allowed to board and had to pay for another flight to travel. After spending more than an hour to get hold of their customer service, I was told that they cannot refund my money I had to fill out a claim for the insurance to refund me and they replied that I am not eligible for refund after collecting an insurance fee of $190. This is unacceptable and i suggest that Justfly is not ready for business. They are only wasting people's money and time.
I booked a flight to melbourne and got it for 1635. 41. Then i get my credit card statement for $2367, 41! I called and JUSTFLY said it had gone up in the 3 minutes it took to book. I WILL NEVER fly with JUSTFLY again, im really upset and it has soured my flight home to see my 92 year old father. I should have stuck with expedia. Lesson learnt. Be warned
One of the worst websites is if they cancel your flight they will never refund you I bought the ticket from this website and the airline canceled my ticket and justfly.com never refund my ticket $1500 they took from me never give me back if you call to this number the F... We booked a flight with JustFly to euro 5 tickets with insurence.On the way back we were late on flight form JFK to Buffalo, not our fault they were only 2 passports control window opened, and too many people with small children, we also have 3 of them and no one care about that. They paged us and one worker come to look for us but no one want let's us go.The plane left before 5 min we came.So the other one was scheduled in 8 hr.We rent a car and went home. Calling then 2 monts they refused to return money.
I have tried for months to get someone to talk to me or help me with flight credits I have. I finally got someone on the line and as soon as I mentioned flight credits they cut me off and redirected me to the automated system before I could ask them how to book my flight with my flight credits, turns out you can't get a service agent from that system. This company clearly doesn't want to honor my flight credits that are still good through January of next year. I try to make a reservation with my flight credit using the link that was sent to my email and a automated note comes up that says to call the service line. Which is a joke since no one is actually on the service line and to get a live person you have to book a new flight, which I did-- but don't mention you have flight credits or they will immediately kick you off the call and put you back on the automated roulette of frustration. Terrible company. Total scam. Better hope your flight doesn't need to be cancelled cause you will never see your money again or be able to rebook with the credits that you did pay for. Goodluck.
Justfly.com is the worse travel I ever had.It just eat your money. Do not use this travel agent. It is a fake.
I booked a flight and confirmed the price of $311 at each step of the process. I made sure before I pressed Book My Flight that I was confirming the correct amount. Within minutes I received an email receipt showing a charge $857! I called them right away and they attempted to say that I would have to pay handling fees if I wanted to cancel within the grace period, even though they clearly ripped me off. DO NOT trust this company! You don't want to experience this!
I called to confirm the class level of the fare shown on just fly and was promised the fare was for the posted class. After purchase, my confirmation showed a lower class of service. Just fly charged me a fee to cancel the ticket, not an airline fee, a just fly fee. They lie to me, then charge me to reverse the transaction.

Worse travel site. Not even us based. All staff and operation is from india. Customer service is horrible and forget to get any thing correct. I had a typo in my itenaray and they refused to fix and asked additional money to correct.
1. I ordered two tickets for me and my son and the total amount on the receipt was $3005. 80. However, I have later noticed that an extra $362.28 was deducted from my bank account!
2. After the ordering, I had to cancel it due to sudden flight cancelation by an airline company. They never notified me of the cancelation. I had to pay $300 cancelation fee and rescheduled the flights with an extra fee $1039. 54. Regarding the extra fee, I thought they intentionally charged the inappropriate amount. My husband and I had a big fight against them and they even THREATENED us saying that they would never return the money back if I didn't pay the amount. So I had no choice but paying it. It was very humiliating.
I'm 100% sure that they are criminal company! They totally lack a human conscience. I can see many victims of them by google search. I wonder how their families and children would feel if they knew what they were really doing for their customers. Can their family still be proud of them?
These people are the experts on Hidden fees useless cancellation coverage and misleading information. During Covid i purchased flight insurance in the case I had a problem. When I tested positive for Covid and could not fly despite having purchased their insurance which specifically is sold to protect against covid 19 flight problems they refused to pay inventing undisclosed policy arguments which the made up about not testing within ten days of the flight, and this one was the best "I should of foreseen I might test positive"
On June 14,2021, we bought 2 round-trip tickets from Justfly - for $1,628. The first leg of the trip was on KLM, and the second leg was on Alitalia. I printed the round trip tickets and we used it for the first leg. Later justly told us that the return flight was canceled and gave us a new return itinerary on KLM. Upon my family's return on August 14, we found at the airport that while Justfly makes a reservation, they did not buy/issue the return ticket. I called Justfly and KLM in the same time and found out that Justify bought only the first-leg ticket, and on the phone, after waiting for hours, they asked me to buy a ticket at the airport and file a request for a refund. My family was stranded in the airport, and my son was sick and we had to pay for new return tickets for more than $1273 from KLM, to fly back to Washington. I spent more than 30 hours on the phone to resolve this issue, and Justfly promised to give a ~400 refund, which is not fair, but it never happened. I filled a dispute with Bank of America, and the bank did not get any refund. This was a horrible experience for my family. Throughout the process, Justfly customer service pretended to help me, kept promising to call me back, and intentionally lied to me about buying the return tickets.

If you take a chance on traveling during the Covid restrictions, just understand that Justfly doesn't give a hoot if you can't enter due to said restrictions. Oh, they make it seem like you get a credit, but the reality is their website conveniently fails during the rebooking process. It has happened twice now, and I am out $1400 US trying to travel to the Philippines. There is exactly zero ability to talk to a Justfly rep on the phone. I will book straight through the airlines from now on.

They force you to pay too much money and go against travel rules. I had a family emergency and they did not care. One of the reps said that I had to provide a doctor note to proof that there was an emergency, while the job that pays me did not ask me for that. The hold time was unbelievable in addition to the bad customer service. Don't ever deal with this company.
