Stay away from justfly especially during COVID. Flying during COVID is not convenient and has a lot of concerns involved. However, with all other bookings, the companies involved made it very easy to change your flight as needed.
Not justfly, hiding behind the airline regulations they won't allow you to make any change under any circumstances.

When I tested positive in Europe and called to try to reschedule I was told there is nothing they can do, the airline won't deal with you as you booked through a third party so the only other option you have is to but a one way ticket which cost almost as much as a 2 way ticket.
The biggest issue I have is that this information wasn't presented properly during the booking process! There should've been a big red warning notifying you of the huge risk which can end up in paying double for your flight, instead it was tucked in with small letters at the boot on of the page so you will miss it.
Obviously I will never use them again, if you do make sure you read all the small print before booking.

When purchase a new ticket they suppose to charge for the difference between the now ticket and they travel credit they charge me for they full amount. I have been on the phone for 3 month finally they said I need to see with Ethiopian airlines. And Ethiopian airlines send me back to just fly for and back. No satisfaction still request my money they said the credit was already use but not because the ticket without credit was the same place

Beware of flight insurance.

When checking out after selecting flights they offer flight cancellation insurance for $90.60. I purchased it. After booking flight they offered travel insurance that covers the flight cancellation, health insurance, dental and much more. Now they won't refund the $90.60

Don't use JustFly!

If I could give less than one star I would. I have booked with justfly a few times before and didn't really have problems. However, my husband and I needed to cancel a trip overseas twice-over due to Covid. We were told by justfly and United airlines that we would be receiving a refund of $1500 for the tickets and to wait 12-18 weeks for the credit to be posted on our account. Well, Almost 20 weeks later, no refund. On United's website it states the refund is complete. Upon calling United, they said I needed to talk to justfly. Here we go. Calling just fly is a horrible process. Asinine wait times and although the representatives are polite, I can hardly understand them and I'm pretty sure they are incompetent. They dance around your question without ever giving you a real answer only to put you on hold for another 20 minutes (which I'm convinced all they're doing during that time is moving their mouse around and tapping the key board pretending like they're fishing for an answer). When they return, they still don't have a solution to the problem and then proceed to tell me that they need to transfer me to their "financial department". I'm pretty positive that department doesn't even exist, hence why I was disconnected in the middle of the hold. And that brings me to yet ANOTHER issue. To top it all off, nearly 90% of the calls get disconnected while you're on hold. When they do call back, it's an automated message putting you on hold (again) for what seems like the next 3 years of your life. Don't ever book with justfly if you want to have a stress-free travel experience. Period.

The worst company

I paid for round-trip tickets totaling over $3700 and had to cancel. I paid for insurance and and was able to cancel it with remaining credits of $2900 for future flights. However, now I'm trying to book that flight and the company is giving me a round around, different excuses and can't seem to rebook my flights with the credits. I've been calling them every 48 hrs for more than 45 days, I just need my refund at this point to book another flight with different airlines. I will never use justly.com again. They're incompetent and dishonest.

Its a gamble

I have booked 3 flights with Justfly. 2 out of 3 have been cancelled. The most recent flight that was cancelled, I was not notified by Justfly, but was notified directly from the airline. I went on Justfly's website to make sure that my ticket was cancelled, so I would not be a "no show", and they had not cancelled it. I cancelled it myself, and was charged $75.00 to cancel my already cancelled flight. To top it off, it has been a couple of weeks, and I have not received the refund for my flight or for my cancellation fee, that they wrongfully took from me (they confirmed in email that they were wrong).
I cannot rightfully recommend this site to anyone. I would rather pay full price and go directly through the airline, then to ever use Justfly again.

This company on the BBB And the reviews are horrible, I'm so heartbroken I purchased 4 tickets to visit my mom for her 75th birthday coming up in October. I was recently in a au accident and I'm currently on a walker along with two others who would have been traveling with myself an my husband who's a pastor. I wants to have the four of us who are vaccinated to eat dinner with my mom an show her some love because of all she's going through medically! My grandma passed away an my grandma sister within days in 2020 my father passed in 2011 so I live on my mom even the more. The depressing part is I purchased 4 seats for un airlines but my itinerary came back sayi frontier air an that isn't going to work! So I immediately called an cancelEd my flight an got a full refund because I paid for the insurance! The problem is this company went back an charged an additional 300 to my card sn my bank notified me and ask did I make another charge I said no an they blocked my card! I'm being denied to talk to a manager an my refund although I paid additional 26 for cancellation with no issues! This is heartbreaking because I'm out on leave I'm not working we are in the middle of a pandemic and when people are being taken advantage of it's not right! If I made a valid purcha that's one thing but this is total fraud!

Travel voucher

Last year12/15/2020 I made a international ticket for my wife. Because of covid I had to cancelled my wife flight. They gave me a voucher, which supposed to be valid for one year. They put wrong date on my voucher. I cancelled my flight on 12/25/2020 and voucher they gave me expired on 12/19/2020. They put wrong date on my voucher. They sent me cancellation email too with the wrong date.
When I call them back in June to rebook my flight they refuse to accept my voucher. I explain to them about the wrong date. I was with them on phone for hours and hours. Even in last call I spoke with this lady who admitted it's company mistake and she promise me she will call me back in 2/3hours. Now it's 2/3months passed, she never call me back. I paid $829.75 for that ticket. Evey body be care full when you dealing with this company.the way they treat me it's very bad. They took my money($829.75)and no ticket.

Worst travel company

Hours trying to reach them to refund a ticket. My friend with the same ticket was able to get a full refund after days of taking to them; they say I have to pay $450 to cancel, and until I do I'm still booked on a flight to a country that won't let Americans in!

I flew with just fly last summer. Everywhere was fine until I got to the airport on my way back to not find a flight. The flight was cancelled and I wasn't informed. I dealt with the airline company and had to change my tickets and spend 5 extra days before I fly again (side note I was with my husband and my 4 and 6 years kids) with a 24h layover. Due to covid I had of course to get retested within 48h of my trip. I called just fly and they have no note of me changing my flight, my flight cancellation or any of such a thing. I asked to get reimbursed for my repeated covid test for 4 persons of course. The customer service mentioned he will scale it up and they will contact me within a few days, can't tell how many days as they are working on less employees... It has been 7 weeks now and no one ever contacted me. If i have to pick the phone and call again which will take about 1 or 2h of my time I will still have to explain everything to a representative that won't have an answer for me.
Just be aware they are good at charging you for every thing but that's it they won't do anything else.

Scammed us out of 971.00

Had originally booked a flight changed due to covid. Was convinced to by an apple card and book with that to get debit from the original flight. After purchase they wouldnt use one and said to buy another one. After 971.00 they wouldnt book the flight. Do not use this service at all!

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I booked a flight for my husband and I and they spelled both of our names wrong. I was told I would have to send them copies of both of our licenses in order to make the change. Then nothing... No one ever made the changes or got back to me. I had to call the airline directly and it cost me 91 dollars to make the change. When I called justfly to get reimbursed, after waiting on hold over 2 hours, the representative lied and said it was my error. Apparently I don't know my husband's last name or my first name according to them. Will never use this service again

If you look at the site and the way that is written you would think that it is a professional and reliable site. However they never answer the phone and when they do it after an hour or more of waiting. The unfortunate thing is that you buy a ticket from this agency thinking that not only are you saving money but they were they would have your back but if an issue arrives they only tell you that they cannot make any changes because it's up to the airline so you feel duped. I had to fix an issue with my last name but they could not do anything about it. The airline for no reason whatsoever after I had paid for my ticket decided to cancel my flight. I contacted just flight and all they said was simply that there was nothing I could do about it but I would have to contact the airline when I asked him about the issue I told him about the issue with my name he told me the same thing. So the bottom line is that just white is simply useless they send messages and do everything they can to get your business simply to get your money but once you buy the ticket from them there's nothing they can do for you they are totally useless. Please don't buy your airfare ticket from them buy it directly from the airlines. I'd remind you that if you have any issues whatsoever they will not help you they will just try to redirect you to the airline they are total wimps. They take your money but that's about it you will never hear from them again and if you try to call them it would take you hours for them to answer the phone and then they will just tell you to contact the airline or that they are powerless

Paid for cancellation insurance. I am a type 1 diabetic going on dialysis still am waiting for my 672.00 refund. Your insurance is a scam and you know you will resell our tickets. Your a bunch of thieves should be ashamed of yourselves! Will never book anything through your company in the future!

Had to cancel a prior trip and got Just Fly credit for cost. Unable to use credit online. After waiting two hours on phone, I found that I would be charged nearly the amount of the credit in two separate "processing fees".
