I booked a round trip via Justfly. I could not get on the plane because my destination county's new travel requirement. I did not know about it. No one told me about it. From what I gathered, whoever sold the ticket should have informed me the new requirement. Not sure.
That was just a begging of my frustration with Justfly. Last night as I was leaving the airport because the plan has already left, I called Justfly to change my flight. I was on the phone over 2 hours until after midnight. I couldn't get to talk to anyone. The recorded message kept asking me whether it was something I could do on their website. I went on to their website. I couldn't change so I sent them an email and asking them to call me back. I still haven't got their call back.
I had to cancel the reservation and make a new one. I had to agree to pay $300 cancellation penalty and $75 processing fee. The new ticket costed about $400 more than the initial ticket. I am not even counting the cab fair, lost 2 days' trip other losses that will ensue.
I called Justfly again this morning around 9 am. I couldn't talk to anyone.
I called again this afternoon. After waiting for an hour, I finally got to talk to someone. That only made me angrier. The first rep simply said there wasn't anything they could do or could have done. She simply blamed me for what had happened and repeated that there wasn't anything they could do. How about answering the phone or responding to emails?
I asked her to transfer my call to her supervisor. She said there wasn't anything the supervisor could do that she could not do and that my call was not qualified for escalation.
After a few shouting matches, she finally transferred my call to someone else with an accent (British, Australian?). He started politely and said there wasn't anything they could. His politeness didn't last long. I asked them reimburse the cancellation penalty at least since I had to cancel because no one answered my call or responded my online request on their end. I told him that they should take some responsibility. Apparently they are only there to collect money and whatever did not go right, it's your, the customer's, responsibility.
I see there are many good reviews. Google has over 87% positive review for this horrible company. I can only assume they hire reviewing services. I have seen some bad customer services and script-reading reps but this one takes the cake. Only thing this company did well was making an angry customer even more angrier.

Upset left Stranded

This is my first time using Just FLY and they left me stranded in LAs Vegas for two days with no flight to get home and charged my card due to a medical emergency. I had to go to the airport to pay additional monies for a flight home two days later. Their customer service is the worst. You have to wait for hour or more for someone to answer the phone and no one ever follows-up with the reservations. This is the worst experience I have ever had and will not be using them ever again. Don't ever try to change your flight because you will be stranded.

Horrible Company

This company is horrible and I will never use them again. They will scam you out of every penny. On top of all that you can barely EVER get to anyone. Hours on hold to talk to someone that can't even help.

justfly.com is simply a crew of scammers. They are well-known among scam victims and the scambaiting community as a fraudulent and fake company. Hundreds, if not thousands of reports of money laundering have been made about this company.

A TOTAL DISASTER

We bought tickets to visit our family overseas but the flight got cancelled. JustFly will not refund our money so we can buy other tickets. The refund will take 14 to 18 weeks! Outrageous, I am considering legal action. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS.

Justfly has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Make a simple change. Routinely 3 hours on hold then they do not make the changes. Have had to call them 5 time for a single change and they never send confirmation, charged higher than quoted.

Work site ever

There is not one person that understands anything in the phone center. Tried 5 different times and being on hold for hours trying to reschedule our flights and every agent was stupider than the one before. I canceled my flights online because they were to stupid to figure anything out. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A LIVING NITEMARE.

Phoned due to itinerary change. Spent over 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with anyone. Woman was rude, abrupt and refused to help look for alternative flights even though I asked what other options were available. I had to phone back the next day and my flight had been mysteriously cancelled but they couldn't tell me by whom. They want 18 weeks to refund my money for a flight I didn't cancel. Horrible service! Avoid at all costs.

I bought a direct flight from NYC to Toronto (1.5 hr flight) on May 28th for a flight on August 20th. Since then until today (August 14th), they have changed my flight 5 TIMES! I accepted all changes and even changed my schedule to accommodate it. Today, they changed my flight again, this time into a flight with a 2 hour layover. Tell me how are they going to change my 1.5 hour flight that I booked 3 months in advanced got changed into a 5 hour flight 1 week before the date? Extremely unacceptable. When I called JustFly, the rep was not helpful, understandably this was beyond her control. She claimed that my flight was changed due to the airline (westjet), but she did not know that I called them and told them my situation. Westjet said that JustFly buys tickets in bulk, meaning changes to my flight are directly controlled by JustFly. When asked for compensation as I paid premium at the time for a direct flight, she said there was nothing she can do. When asked to speak to a superior, she said they were all in a meeting. I asked for a contact email or phone number and she said she cannot give that information out. I don't know for sure, but I suspect JustFly decided to sell my original direct flight ticket for a high price after demands skyrocketed due to opening of the border. Had I known they'd change my ticket like that and how poor their customer service is, I would not buy from them again. I highly do not recommend this company due to the way they handled the situation. Im not even that upset about the 5 hr flight, but it's about the principles - how they treated me and what they've done to my original plans. I would recommend you save your time and take your money directly to the airline to get a peace of mind. I hope no one else experiences this kind of service.

During these times of airline flight changes it's important to have a travel agent who is knowledgeable and prepared to be your advocate: Unfortunately Justfly is neither. As our departure date came closer we received flight changes from British Airways which included a 10 hour layover at Heathrow on the departure and a flight change on the return where British Airways canceled our flight (leaving us with no return from Oslo). Calling Justfly required anywhere from a one hour hold time to over two hours. On the rebooked return the Justfly agent booked our return to the wrong city. To change to the correct city another Justfly agent informed me that there would be a $2200 increase in the fare. On a follow-up call to Justfly to explore other options the agent told me that flights on the Justfly website were "unavailable" despite those exact flights being available on the website. Don't bother to ask to speak to a supervisor to help sort out the problems because they will not transfer your call. To be fair--I had used Justfly for a complex flight to South American in 2019. We had no problems with those flights when there were no airline initiated changes, but I won't use them in the future. They appear to be incapable of resolving problems when the airline changes or cancels flights.

Horrible experience

I have been trying to use a credit from a flight that I paid insurance on for over two weeks. I am curently on hold for 1.45 hours without anyone even coming on to tell me they will be with me or any updates. Why dont use the website you ask? Well, when trying to secure online tickets and I get to the voucher portion (which would be so easy to complete online if credit applied) it tells me... yes you guessed it... call the *******5015#. And of course, I cant upload pictures, so frustrating.

This place is a joke. I am confident I will not be using justfly in the future!

The worst travel agency you will find in your life they will say something and do something else if you ask for a supervisor they will tell you we don't have a supervisor they will do the booking for you and the flight will cancel and they will never going to let you know and if you paid the money they would give you a hard time to get a second flight for you it is the worst they will steal your ticket money and they will never going to refund it to you it's the worst travel agency we need to stop giving them business until they go out of business.

No customer service

Justfly should get on the customer service, if they want customers. Some businesses must not like having customers. It seems to be the norm these days. I needed to talk to an agent after my plans and flight were cancelled due to covid last year. The website falls short in addressing some of these issues, but talking to an agent is impossible. Perhaps, this company is nothing other than robots and machines.

There is a reason they have no options to submit feedback through their website, and there's a reason they don't allow reviews through Google.

The reason is that JustFly.com is a scam company. They will advertise very low rates, and there is always only 1 seat remaining. When they 'help you change a flight' they will quote you more than the cost of just buying new tickets to change your flights. They are incredibly unresponsive, unhelpful, and impolite.

Do not do business with them and do not believe them.

I bought a return ticket from Kigali to Montreal with Flighthub which is the canadian version of Justfly, three days before my departure date. As I was on the phone with the agent, to purchase the ticket I made sure to tell him that I wanted to purchase a flexible ticket as I wasn't sure when I would be returning. I also told him I didn't mind getting travel insurance if it would help me with my ticket change. The agent told me that I would not need insurance as the ticket he gave was flexible.

When I arrived at the airport I was told I couldn't fly with the ticket as Covid restrictions do not allow me to transit in two countries (Brussels and Frankfurt). I then called Flighthub/Justfly to change my itinerary and despite explaining to them that the agent should have told me that the ticket was invalid and therefore i should get a free change as they shouldn't sell me a ticket they knew i couldn't fly with, they still charged me 1700$ usd to change my ticket. Which means I paid almost 4000$ to be able to use my ticket. To add to this horrible experience, I arrived three days ago and I still haven't received my luggages. My advice is to never use this website. I would have preferred to pay 200$ more with a travel company than be scammed into paying double the amount by Flighthub/Justfly, especially with the changing worldwide covid travel restriction.
