There is no one to talk to. You will be on hold forever and ever, I've submitted a form online no one got back to me, I don't how they got all these nice fake reviews, this is my last business with them. I m just going to have to learn and pay little more money for a better service, I m just going to gave to go back to priceline booking ECT ECT, they probably moved their customer service center to Bangladesh this time, I m going to write review in every site out there until I feel I got my monies worth for their horrible service and the hours they kept me on hold.
Booked a flight and needed to change it 30 minutes after booking due to booking the wrong date. I was told I needed to pay an extra $300 to change the date when their sight says there is a 24 hour period to make changes. I was emailed the changes and confirmed them via email. Now come 4 days before my flight I went to look at the flight status to find out my flight is actually booked for 10 hours later than I approved via email. When I tried to call and get this changed I received the run around saying wait 10 minutes for a call back, then the guy I spoke to isn't in, then the manager is not available and finally was told okay give us 48 hours and we will rebook an earlier flight for you. I told them I'm not paying anymore money for their mistake. After 48 hours of not hearing back called again to be told I need to pay more money for their mistake and when I reiterated their conversation from two days earlier I was hung up on! I called back to be connected to the manager and again the manager was busy, but they provided a number. Once I called the number yet another scam as they gave me a completely different companies phone number. Again. I called back to have them tell me they can't help I need to call the airlines! Complete waste of time!
Due to covid my flights were cancelled twice then the third time the airline changed my days and times and get this my connection was minus 37 hours. The airline said since I booked thru Just fly I Had to get my refund from them. Well over 20 phone calls and 20 hours speaking to so many agents I lost count they finally sent me an email don't worry we have it refund approved. Since then again i lost count of the agents I spoke to. I am now trying the local channel 10 help line and the dept of transportation. THEY ARE THE WORST!
Never go with this site. First thing they will never receive the call for existing booking. 2nd thing never be sure for your booking because they can change your booking any time and if you ask for refund they will charge you double in their policy. In their policy they says $200 per ticket but they charged me more than $400
Never, never use this company for the flight tickets even if they have good prices for it, I say because my wife just missed a flight to Europe, because JustFly didn't informed us about flight date changes. And once she got to airport flight was gone day before. No help rebooking tickets, Customer service not taking phone calls for hours. Zero help with rebooking. Had to buy new tickets four times price what was originally. Once I got on a phone with customer support, was helpless rebooking return flight, the only way out of this situation after talking for hours was: "we can request refund if will be approved by Airlines". I will never use this company again, and will not recommend to anyone.
Attention all travelers that are considering to use justfly.com, please note I had an extremely horrible experience with them.
I used their "service" to book round trip flights from NJ to Aruba and back. They sent over to United my request and completely screwed it up. I went onto the United site to learn my departure to Aruba and then my return were both booked on the same day.
I called United to fix the issue and they said they could not, that I had to go through my travel agent.
When I attempted to contact Justfly.com, that's when I realized I made a major mistake by using this company. They have a "Contact an Agent" button, which leads you to pre written questions and answers, i. E. there was no way to get in contact with them. There was not even a chat session to utilize.
I was days before my flight and the airline would not help me and Justfly.com had no way to contact them to resolve anything. I was in a panic and only resolved the issue by literally driving all the way to the airport to speak with a United agent, who then fixed the problem for me.
This was a horrific experience.
I beg of you if you are reading this, please DO NOT use justfly.com.

Ordered a ticket through this broker. Airline changed my schedule to something unworkable. I called Justfly 7 of July, took 2+ hours on the phone with their system, in the first place, then I was assured this will be rectified and they will change a ticket in 5 business days. I got into a big job project that kept me up for days and 20 days later - still no new ticket. I call them again and ask get reassured that this is now a priority (another 1.5 hours later) and I can FOR SURE get that handled in 3 business days. 4 DAYS LATER - not even a peep from this company. I call them again and get a reassurance that this will be handled in 48 hours tops. Today I call them and the rep hangs up on me because I "assaulted him". I told them that they are idiots. He was asking me to keep it professional, I mean, you are asking a customer to "keep it professional"? I have been trying to handle this for 27 days no, with absolutely ineffective and nothing but unprofessional actions from your company and you are going to say this to me? While there are 5 days left to my supposed departure flight to another country? These people are absolutely and utterly useless, they are not just not helping, they are actually actively lying to you about the amount of time it will take and don't get back in touch with you to even inform you something isn't working and you need another way to resolve this. Avoid at all cost.
Thin twice before doing any business with them especially now when rules change all the time. Their customer service is NON existent. I got a credit from them to use for next flight since we could not go to Europe from USA. The credit had the expiration so we had to use it this year. Then the SCAM happens, and I see lots of people where frauded. I could not book online but had to call only to find out that I have to pay additional $1350 for FARE DIFFERENCE (called Swiss airlines and even they told me their prices were not that high). I should have eat that $1000 credit and forget about Just FLY. Then my tickets were cancelled and they told me that I did the cancellation online and in order to keep the tickets i have to pay more! I could not process that information in my head, not to mention those people are RUDE to the highest point, they do not CARE at all. I spend hours on the phone and luckily fixed that with airlines. They said they were sending change info to Just FLY but no one even responded to them. MY BIGGEST ADVICE--DO NOT USE THEM if you want to have peace of mind and be sure that you can talk to customer service in case you have a problem. They also filed for bankruptcy so be CAREFULL!
Booked a round trip flight to Philli but got 3 seperate bookings instead of a round trip. They refused to correct the error and blames spirit. I did not get any help, Please don't let them scam you. Use another site that is legit.
My original flight to Italy scheduled April 14,2021 was cancelled due to Covid 19. I was given a credit to rebook flight once Italy reopened on June 21,2021 to U. S travelers. I called to rebook and it took one-hour thirty minutes hold time to have customer service finally pick up call to assist. Once on the line I was told flight had to be rebooked by May 2021 and my time had expired. How do you rebook a flight to Italy when the country was still closed to U. S travelers May 2021? I could also not book until my trip dates were rescheduled.
My cancelled flight and my credit do not show online preventing me from rebooking it and it can only be completed manually with assistance from customer service. Having it not show up doesn't allow me to show proof of purchase. I have to rebook the same airline and they refuse to book with my travel dates which are not flexible.
Worse experience ever. Do not use Just Fly for your travel service.
I booked a flight from Las Vegas to Geneva in April 2021 for July 2021. The airline was Condor. A few weeks later, I get an email saying that Condor have cancelled the flights. I called justfly and they rebook me on different flights. So far so good.
Until I try to check-in. There, I realize they made the reservation but never got the approval from the airline to change the e-ticket.
After spending 10 hours (yes, 10 hours) on the phone, being placed on hold, disconnected, connected with new agents, transferred from service to service, I gave up at midnight and requested the refund of my ticket (the agent confirmed he proceeded my request) as I had to leave on the next day. I booked a new trip on an airline website this time, had to leave from LA, drive there, leave the car in a parking. Anyway, it cost me way more.
But that is not all! As I contacted them to see if they could do something about all the extra expenses, they asked me if I wanted my ticket to be refunded or if I wanted to book new flights. WHAT?! The refund had not been processed? Well, no, and I have to wait up to 18 weeks to get my $2600 back.
Never again.
I purchased the cancellation insurance for a flight to Monrovia, West Africa and because of the Delta Variant of Covid-19, this country is prohibited from traveling too. I also have health issues which prohibits travel to this country and I was denied repeatedly even with a doctor's letter. The cancellation insurance is a scam. You won't be able to cancel your travel plans for any reason. Despicable company!
Justfly is the worst travel agent on Earth. Avoid them at all costs. Even when the airlines cancel yourflight, they dishonestly claim that "because of airline restrictions," we cannot issue you a refund and will give you travel credits. Travel credits are a scam and rarely if ever, can be used. I lost $2000 on these thieves last year because of their travel credits.
What a scam. I have liked Justfly in the past but when I just tried getting a refund for 2 tickets-mind you I paid $40 ea for their cancellation policy- and even though it was an emergency situation they didn't refund me. There is no way to talk to a real person either. After the ticket, and extra $70 just to ask for a refund, I have lost $800. Don't us Justfly!
At best, their system is horrible and their call center staff are not trained to handle issues. At worst, this site/company purposely has no complaint department, no management dept where issues can be escalated. I've been on the phone with this company the last 4 days, on hold for 2 hrs each time, regardless of what time I call, before getting a person. An airline flight credited to me was taken by someone else, to the point that the airline sees the credit as de-valued/used by Justfly on a specific date, but that I didn't use it.
I attempted to get that credit back today, but that was a joke. After an hour of repeating the same thing over and over, without the issue getting escalated, I'm giving up. I suggested to the call center rep that they find a better company to work for - this company is a joke.
They charged my card for the flight even though it wasn't available then an hour later they charged me for the protection plan when I didn't even purchase the ticket?! Been on hold and on the phone for several hours and they still can't help me! Wouldn't recommend using this site unless u want to deal with false charges hold times and trying to get your money backā¦
I only gave this site 1 star because I had to put something. The customer service is non-existent. The representatives scream at you and talk over you at all times, so you cannot even get a word in. Firstly they are the hardest to get through to via telephone. Bought a ticket and because of Covid had to cancel. I was told that it was non-refundable because of the airline but when I called the airline, it was not so. Also there were additional charges on my credit card 2 separate charges not including the ticket charge that couldnt be explained. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. It was so traumatic dealing with this company. Please stay away. TO MUCH DRAMA!
On May 10th 2021, I purchased my ticket on line for July 2021. By May 12, I received and email from them that my connecting flight had changed to new flight that I would miss because I would still be in the air! Duh!
I contested the change and asked for them to not change it. I never received a confirmation granting my request, this was 5 weeks ago, so I asked for a refund, they said even though it was non-refundable, I could get a refund. Since today, I have complained to the Dept. of Transportation and the BBB for the poor service and lack of communication.
I got some news on TV stating that Barcelona, Spain has been locked down again due to their surge in Delta variant covid. That explains the difficulty, but I did not hear any truth from them about anything. They keep saying I will get an email. It will take up to 18 weeks to get my refund. Not to mention the hours I have spent waiting on hold to get through to them and the "scheduled call back"- they call back when I am sleeping to be within the law of a call back. I have never dealt with Justfly or Iberia Airlines and I will never again. Air France and Asaptickets.com are excellent! I have been to France 7 times!
I advise you not to use this website to buy tickets. They stole around 550 dollars from me. I had to change the date of my travel because of the covid situation and countries started closing their borders. They charged me 550 dollars for changing the flight date even though all countries were closing out. It is impossible to get an answer from their phone. You only have the website to work with. A bench of crooks owning that website. I called to talk to someone, no answer, my flight date was coming. I had to change the date. To do that they charge you 500 dollars. Thieves. The authorities and airlines company have to do something about that website. Very bad people
We been trying to use our travel credit to book flight to our destination and it is nearly impossible after talking to the customer service. Waiting time is unbelievable if you want to talk to the customer service department
