Lost $1000 for this scam service

We've been trying to call to use our credits for our next trip and received no response. This is such a scam. We even paid for a refund package when booking the flights but didn't get any refund. They gave us a credit instead. But it's so hard to contact them to use our credit for the next flights. They've been ruining our planning vacation! We literally lost $1000 for this scam service!

So, I went on their website and found a reservation. I canceled free of charge and got confirmation that it was canceled. I paid with affirm on their website, since they gave that option. I'm still required to make the payments since justfly didn't give affirm their money back, so they can cancel the loan, so I don't have to pay for a canceled reservation free of charge. This has been going on for 3 months now.

Please be careful booking your flight through Justfly. A staff cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. Getting through to a customer rep took almost four hours, and when the call went through, the rep was extremely rude and cut me off the phone. Please do not, i repeat patronise Justfly. They don't have any respect for there customers especially if they have collected your money

We booked the flight 1 month a 2 weeks before depart date. 1 d at before leaving they wanted to canceal due to seats. So we had to either canceal with them or upgrade. They wanted to canceal the whole transaction and recharge which is 348 dollars more to the 834 we orginally paid. I dont see why we had to canceal and recharge for seat upgrade. It has been already 10 business days and they still have not returned my 834 dollars. They said 2 to 3 business days. Than after the transaction I see they use a differant company to rebook travelreimagine cause I paid additional 108 to them for booking. They will hear from the BBB. They are crooks

HORRIBLE AND UNSAFE

I will never booked through just fly again, I caught Covid and I was trying to be a responsible citizen and cancel my flight to just get a PARTIAL refund. Apparently I didn't purchase it in time and even though I have two positive test results, they said I'm only eligible to get the $33 back I spent on the insurance plan, after they continue to spam me with emails about how it was absolutely necessary. It's disgusting and vile, how can they expect anyone to respect the rules and guidelines if they only apply to a certain window of time. Absolutely no one can predict when they will get sick.

I wanted to give 0 as my rating. They do not care about their customers. You are on hold for more than an hour and half every time you call, they never solve your issue and ask to call them back some other time. I booked a flight from England to US but because of CVOID regulations I was not able to board the flight (I even paid extra for cancellation protection). First of all, it took me 2 weeks to get a hold of anyone from customer service, when they finally answered but again told me call back tomorrow, I was furious at them as I am very limited on my time, my flight is nearing to its departure date. No help at all, they abruptly just put me on a hold while I was still discussing the matter. NEVER BOOKING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I called Justfly to book a ticket to France. I gave them the airline I wanted to fly as well as the time and date of the flight and flight numbers I wanted to book. Then I gave the person (who was not in the U.S.) my card information. What he booked was on a different airline with different time of day for the flights at a price almost $300.00 more than I could buy directly. As soon as I received the confirmation e-mail I tried to call back. But there was no way to get through to anyone. I tried for 3 days and was on hold for over 11 hours without speaking to anyone. All replies to e-mails were just computer generated. They are completely untrustworthy and dishonest!

They lure you of low fares ( which you can still get doing some research), but if anything happened. Like you miss the flight or the flight get cancelled, then they take for ever to answer the phone, people of answer they dont know. And if you ask for a refund take you 60 days and not yet received it and you cant even re-book the missed flight unless you buy a brand new ticket for the flight you missed. Absolute horror. Run away

Scam company

I have booked my flight 3 days so far, they charged my credit card and they didn't send me a confirmation email. They took the money and the customer service they don't reply and once they reply they say wait another 24 hours. Every call about 3 hours long and sometimes they disconnect me. I will sue them and I have records all the calls. They said we can't do anything for you you have to wait and they give me false information. Just scam

Justly is the worst experience I ever had with customer service. My flight was canceled last year due to covid, and I was charged a cancelation fee and issued a travel credit. When I tried to use the credit I spent over 7 hours on hold, not to mention the time wasted on their non-functional website. Despite the time spent and wasted I have been unable to rebook a flight using my credit. It has taken them a month to follow up with me, only because I filed a compliant with the better business bureau (who was also ineffective), and I have still no been able to get a refund or use my credit for a new flight through them. Because of this, the flights I was looking at more than doubled. I ended up going through the airline to use my travel credit and I was charged a fee for that too. I asked Justly to reimburse me for that and they essentially arrogantly dismissed me and told me it was my choice to go through the airline, ignoring the fact that I tried to do it with them for almost a month?! I don't understand how people get away with stealing people's money and wasting their time. This is reckless.

I tried to change my flight date I took me 50 minutes to get to the agent and she told me you will get and email 24-48 hours for the change but never get the email

Booking a fligth

They show you the price of the international fligth 898 one way then after click book now they show is not available and and 913 and its only $14 dollar difference so you will agreed and when you put your information specially you credit card number it will turn up to be $3900 2 person will charge to your card instead of $1826 you will be shocked so i imediatelly cancel it for only 30 munites of booking
Its hard to contact them even in chat beware

I booked a flight through Justfly and had to cancel it due to Covid. I was given a flight credit by the Airline. When I went to use it, was told I had to fly from the same airport and go to the same place. I asked to change that and it took over a month to get an answer. I called repeatedly and spent a minimum of 30-40 minutes on hold each time before being told someone would call me back. Later they changed it to say make an appointment on their web site for a call back. There is no link to accomplish that request.
It seemed i had to repeat my entire story each time I called and nobody was able to help. The final time I called, I was on hold and talking to the "help" for over 2 hours. When I finally was able to use my credit, was told my one way flight (wanted a round trip) would cost over $650 for two flights. I feel completely taken advantage of and will NEVER use this company again to book a ticket. Worse experience I have ever had; do your self a favor and avoid them like the plague!

Scam scam scam, they are the worst people i have ever dealth with. I have waited to changed my flight for 2 hours before someone picked it up, then she put me on hold again for yet another 1 hour before some stupid guy appeared and started making excuses and trying getting rid of me and then hanged up on me. Trust me they are fake, they are thieves, they are fraud, report them but don't deal with them for heaven sake.

On May 15 I booked 5 tickets to Egypt on Emirates Airlines through Justfly after confirming that Emirates Airlines have a FULL REFUND policy (https://www.emirates.com/us/english/help/forms/refund-request/). Additionally, on Justfly item 13 on their terms and conditions, they state that the cancellations are subject to airline fare rules and regulations. I tried to call Justfly to cancel multiple times and every time they say that the tickets are nonrefundable "accordingly to the airline guidelines" which is obviously not true. They are saying that the best they can do si charge me $75 per ticket, which will allow me to use the reduced amount as a credit to be used only until May 2022. I believe that JustFly practice is questionable to say the least and I should be entitled to a full refund.
