THis company is a complete scam. Air Canada emailed me saying they returned the money so I patiently waited, when I ask air Canada what credit card was used, they said a master card - I don't own master card! It's virtually impossible to speak to anyone from just fly, it's a complete scam and would never book through them, again, I lost $450 with these a$$ holes

Booked flights had to pay extreme cost fees for a change. Customer service is crappy. Airline changed schedule and never was contacted by them. The airline did and they yet to have the schedule change posted. Spelled my name incorrectly was told not to worry about it. Never use these people. Find your flights elsewhere.

Bought a ticket through this agent my flight was canceled by the airlines and the money was refunded to justfly and they refused to pay me back, I was on hold for 3 hours. Pls away from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

The Cust Svc is the worse. Sounds like all are working from home & no one wants to take any calls. 2020 all airlines offered refund durin the pandemic. Not Just Fly. They charged a fee to cancel & rec a cedit. Now if u call, u wait on hold 4EVR! If u request call back its in 2 to 4 days and u will rec up to 5 system calls after the 1st one. This is so very annoying. Once you get a person on the line, u will have to pay more for ur flight and Just fly will give u erroneous info regarding ur flight but dont call back bcuz u will set urself up for the long wait and days 4 a response. Very poor customer service and this is a lesson learned

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Worst customer service, had a problem with my ticket where my destination was set to Russia where it was supposed to be Columbus Ohio. When I called customer service and explained the issue (when I was at the airport) I was told there is nothing can be done and nearest ticket available will be 7 days later. At the time I accepted it and asked them to book it then they hung up on me. Tried to call after that then they kept putting me on extended hold while I was calling internationally till I gave up on them (After 2 days trying with them). I had to contact United airline and they were able helped me to come back home. I can't believe Justfly customer service even one star is too much for them!

This company has the worst supporting team ever. I booked my tickets from Philadelphia to Athens and they changed the flight just a week before my flight. I tried to call an agent but no one responded. In my new tickets, my flight was from Newark-->Toronto--> Montreal with an arrival time in Montreal 10:00 p.m. Having the ticket from Montreal to Athens at 7:00 pm. Only a stupid company could do that.

Our trip to Europe last year was canceled because of Covid. JustFly is giving us the run-a-round to get our refund. They sent us an email asking us to call their customer support number because they need details and you can not reply to the email. There is no support at the customer support number just a recording telling us to use the online portal. If you go to the online portal their is no support there either, just asking you to call the customer support line. It is a complete dodge. There is no way to contact them to get a refund. I will never do business with this company again. I will never do business with anyone who has ever worked for JustFly. I will never do business with JustFly's banker. I will never do business with relatives that work for JustFly

If you want to lose $250 in flight changes this is a great site to use. I just got an email saying they're still working on my flight change from a trip over a MONTH AGO that they charged me an extra $250 for and never actually called Delta to confirm with them. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service people to get a refund but of course, you have to jump through a hundred loops to get a real person. I ended up having to call Delta myself and thankfully they adjusted my flight home from me for no additional fees and confirmed they never heard anything from Justfly. So thanks Justfly for STILL WORKING on confirming my flight home for a month now. Using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service isn't ok anymore. If it were up to Justfly, I'd be stuck in a hotel for a month!

I have had the worst experience with Justfly this year. I needed to rebook my flights to Africa that were canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic. My husband and I have booked a vacation tour to Africa for this August however when we went to book the flights they were so much more expensive than last year. So our credit wouldnt match this year flights and we would have to pay more. I asked for a cash refund to book with a different airline and pay the around the same amount as I did last year and I had to wait 18 weeks for them to tell me that they deny my request! Than I gave up and called their customer service to book the flights with the same airline I booked with previously. It took me two hours to book a flight and when I did they told me that I should expect a call from the airline to ask me to pay the additional fee for the flight. I received no call and thought ok maybe it was handled since we received an email from them with a confirmation. This was back in may! I called them recently to see if I can change around our flights and I find out that the request that was put in was not confirmed and set and the voucher they sent to the airline for our tickets is now expired! No one called me to notify me anything and if I didnt call them to see if we can change around our flights we would of been at the airport but not able to get on the plan for our trip! Currently, I have no tickets and now the flights that we wanted are not available. I am supposed to leave in a month and justfly has no solution for me! I will never ever book with this website again. I am shocked at the terrible customer service this company has.

Worst travel agent out there!

Trying to get my refund from last 6 moths for a flight affected by COVID, Air Canada has provided refunds but JustFly won't communicate any updates. Just to speak to representative you have to work around the automated service when you call. Worst experience, try booking from somewhere else

My family and I WILL NEVER USE JUST FLY AGAIN!
We couldn't go on our trip to Portugal due to COVID 19 and they have given us NOTHING BUT ISSUES. I contact them and they say I am getting my money back and then they tell me I need to call or they are canceling my request. THEY ARE THE WORST! Also, to speak to a customer service agent be prepared to wait on hold for 3 HOURS AND BE HUNG UP ON! They have lost my family and I services FOREVER! I would rather pay more from directly booking a flight with an airline then EVER BOOKING FROM THEM! They are a scam!

Just fly has horrible service, had to cancel my flight due to my husband hospitalized with Covid pneumonia and they don't have any customer service it takes hours and hours for someone to answer the phone. It's been 3 months and I have not been able to get my refund for my trip. I would never use them again!

I purchase online 5 tickets for my family and i got the confirmation mail. But I was so surprised in airport in the system was only 4. Tray to contact Justfly for 4 hours no body pick up to answer. I lost my fly. Starting to call them at 6; 20pm they unswer at 10; 30pm. They say no problem will give you other ticket for tomorrow hold my fo 15 min on hold then say we need to transfer you call to somebody else. 12am just disconnect me. NEVER NOBODY BY TICKETS FROM JUSTFLY, bat service.

I bought 2 tickets to Argentina with Aerolineas Argentinas through JustFly on Jan 2020 for July 23. Flights were cancelled due to COVID-19. Start making changes, refunds, cancellation, anything that I can. Nobody, nobody, answer from JustFly. No emails, no customer services, nothing. I missed all deadlines/timelines just trying to make a cancellation or change on the tickets. It was impossible to connect with someone and talk about it. I paid more than $2,000 and never saw my money back or the chance to change my tickets. So frustrating, disgusting. I'm still trying, but it is impossible. Its so unfair.
I will never, ever try JUSTFLY again. Not recommended at all. Bad service, or no service at all. The worst of the worst. I had really good experiences with everyone else: Expedia, Kiwi, bookings, etc. Not with JUSTFLY.

I bought tickets from website, when I tried to call to change the date, i was put on hold each time for 3_ 4 hours! And then u either get disconnected or i was answered by someone who doesn't speak / understand English very well and they have no clue what to do. Worst customer service ever!

I bought a ticket and decided to change my date. First of all, they claim that British Airline will not refund your money but give you credit toward rebooking. Also, they maintain that the refund can only be used on their website. Now, when you want to book, the site does not allow you to use your credit even though, it says use your credit to rebook here.
Eventually, you would have to call the customer service and spend an average of 4 hours before you could speak with someone. One Tier of customer service would speak with you after an hour. This first tier of customer service can only do whatever you can do on your computer. They do not help you at all except you do not have access to the internet. The Second Tier of customer service is another 2-3 hours wait time. These people are very manipulative and they are only preoccupied with how to extort money off you. Now, when you tell this second tier, your choice of ticket you like to book, they would let you understand that the price you see online is for people who are booking for the first time. They will now start telling you to pay the crazy extra amount to use your refund. I have bought tickets numerous times before. I encounter this problem because I happen to change my departure date by one day.

We booked flights to Portugal with Justfly and paid $3131. 40. When TAP canceled the flight owing to Covid-19 it refunded the money to Justfly. Justfly refuses to refund the money to us.

Its a SCAM! Tried to reach them for a week, nothing, no call backs, no E-Mail I can send a request to.

I could cancel the flight, with 18 weeks refund time. 4 and a half month, are you kidding me?

Never ever book there!
