They are bunch of cheaters. You will never be able to talk to them. You will book through them, and in case of change, cancellation they will NEVER help or give you even an option to talk to them.

SCAM

Do not buy your ticket through this company. They don't answer the phone and their website is of no help. Turkish airline will not refund my money even though they canceled the flight due to covid because I have to get through Justfly. I will not use the agency again neither the airline that continue to work with a scam agency. My bank statement shows money deducted by turkish airline but they cannot reverse it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Justly or Turkish Airline

CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED MY MOM'S FLIGHT SENT US CONFIRMATION EVERYDAY AND COME TO FIND OUT SHE DOESNT HAVE FLIGHT FROM PHILIPPINES TO COLLEGE STATION!

Scam and racist

Purchased my ticket with this agency and purchased additional cancellation policy. When I try to canceled or even change the date they told me I couldn't. Called customer service number about 5 times and no help keep giving me the running around. When I got frustrated with the agent because I kept asking for a supervisor and Agent kept declining it I got really frustrated and hang up.and then Agent sent me a text message saying are you black you $#*! and I got it recording and also copy of the text and I tried to explain that to the agent later when they call me I send them a copy of everything they still didn't do anything they act like they're going to take care of it but they didn't. So do yourself a favor do not buy ticket from this company.

Not a happy camper!

We booked our flights (4 people) a couple months ago for September. While I understand things can change a little bit, we received an email today that our flights changed…. The changes make ZERO sense!
Changes:
1. We now have an 8 minute layover to catch a connecting flight that we will never make unless they hold the plan for us or it miraculously arrives early and the plane is next to our gate.
2. Return flight has us arriving at our layover 2 hours after our connecting flight leaves!

So I called. I called again and again. I left my number on the call back message 5 times today. Not one person answered. What horrible customer service. I feel like I'm at such a loss and we're screwed. I have traveled all over the world and book using lots of companies. I have NEVER had something like this happen. This better get rectified.

U STINK!

Purchased first class tickets stuck in coach in the very last row of my flight. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and if you call get ready to be stuck in an endless cycle of teleprompters i with absolutely no response or help! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR AND book direct. I am not happy!

I have never been so appalled in my life by the lack of customer service this site provides. Their website is just as unhelpful as their automated phone line. I booked a ticket which included a layover to which I paid to fly first class on each flight. Did I fly first class on my lay over? No. Not only did they put me in economy after dishing out money for first class seating they put me in the back of economy. I wouldn't be writing this if not for the fact that their customer service phone number is a farce. You can call if you'd like, but you'd end up annoyed with no answers from an actual human being. I was on the phone for hours trying to get a refund for difference of first class and Econ but low and behold the automated system sent me in circles. Never gave an option to speak to someone and when it did it was by email to which it asked for me to wait a few days. I don't recommend this site unless you're willing to deal with screwups that they can't even be bothered to fix.

Book a Cheap flight- only for it to get changed from 1 layover to 4 and now I cant reach anyone to discuss
I have made several "call back appointments" - and no call received. Now Im on "hold"> 1 hour

I bought 4 plane tickets though just fly. I received an email saying the tickets had been canceled. Due to payment time frame. So I went to american airline and bought which was cheaper and I didn't have to pay for seat selection. Now I can't get a refund for tickets they canceled... if you find a good deal on just fly check with the airline and you will find the same deal but cheaper... no stars

I asked to cancel my ticket because I was out of a job for 1 year and 4 months just got a new job and I can travel on my ticket date no more I ask for extension or credit back and up till now I can't get no answer nobody to come back at me the service is very poor I would never ever even recommend just fly to nobody not even to the dog

I am totally disappointed with the services, I bought my ticket with your company Justfly, I wanted to changed a date, Justfly charged me $75 CAD just to change a date for the same class of ticket. This I paid.

Then to my greatest surprise, I got an email from the Airline that my flight has been cancelled, you won't believe I have been calling Justfly for the past 2 - 3 days and have been on hold each time for more than 3hrs just a music playing over the phone. No response.

Someone gave me a link to schedule a call back which I did, nobody from Justfly even called me back. In the case of an emergency how do your customers reach you Justfly?

I called the Airline, they said I should call the agent. Now how do I reach Justfly?

I am full of regrets for ever using this agent and so frustrated and confused. I need my $75 CAD back and a total refund of my fees of buying this ticket.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Report to the FTC https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/assistant

We were robbed almost $2000. 00 dollars! Spirit Airlines even provided them with a valid confirmation number. The major airlines need to block this company from accessing data that aids these scammers!

I bought a round trip from Lax to Paris. They cancelled my departing flights twice saying that the all the flights are suspended to Paris until June 22nd. So, they gave me the option to rebook my flight. I rebooked for July 1st. They called me back after 6 hours waiting on the phone. They said that my second flight got canceled. So, I requested my money back, they said that the tickets is non-refundable and changeable. But they called me one hour before saying that would request my refundable. When I said ok, I want the amount I paid for it. They changed the confirmation and started saying that the airline was able to pay half the amount I paid for the ticket. After that, I requested rebook my returning ticket and they said that it hasn't been canceled yet by the airline so they can't change or give me a credit to rebook it. What a nightmare! Now I am contacting the courthouse to give me a advice to resolve this dispute. I will never use this travel agency again. The customer service is very rude, they don't care about your problem. They were badly trained. They don't communicate well with the departments. You repeat ten times the same thing and they leave you on the phone until they hang up your call. You call them more than 10 times. And they don't help you at all. Please never use JUST FLY, they will rip you off. They are involved in many law suits. Actually, many websites call them SCAMS. Protect your pocket, do not use this travel agency.

Normally, I don't write reviews but they have pushed me to the limit! If I could give no stars I would. I had to cancel my trip due to Covid and have since tried to reschedule five times! I keep getting the runaround and have even tried reaching out to the CEO and CFO. The don't respond either. The last straw was when they told me that I would get a link emailed to me within 24 hours so that I could reschedule. Well, that was about four days ago and still no email. This is insane. Now, I just want a full refund for my trouble. Please don't ever book with them unless you no for sure that you won't need to cancel. I am on the phone with them right now for a 6th time!

They will put $1,200 roundtrip to Philippines for the month of June but when you are ready to pay the amount they will say that $1200 is no longer available and they will give you another price for almost $4000.

Don't do it

Hello folks,

So this review will make anyone's head spin don't even know where to begin.

Firstly, booked my international flight about a month ago and then received an email that my flight from Zurich to cork was canceled.
Called them to change the flight and they said that they would give me a new flight but I would need to wait 72hrs to receive my new confirmation. Today is Friday and I am supposed to depart Sunday morning on June 6th, and I still do not have a new flight confirmation.
2. Been on the phone multiple times and they do not help at all, just keep saying I have to wait 24hrs or 12 hrs and that they can't do anything because it depends on the airline and the supplier. The avg. Wait time is 4 hrs and they love to hang up.
3. They refused to give me a refund
4. As of right now I have to wait another 12 hrs for a new confirmation which they can not guarantee it.
5. Do I get tested for covid if I don't have a flight? Like I said it's Friday most places don't even work Saturdays hmm
6. My personal favorite what if I get a flight confirmation on Sunday morning and I can't even make it to the airport because it's too late as I do have a long drive to the airport... no show apparently...
And so on.
Terrible company, useless customer service over all just plain horrible. A massive headache...
