Booked a flight form CPT to YYC, plus return journey. Business Class.
Completed outward journey and arrived in Calgary... with some stress along the way due to changed flights. Got a message that my return leg was undoable and needed change... with 2 stops... The change now caused the one leg to overlap with the last flight! Now it is really undoable! I looked - the flight as originally booked is still flying! I cannot understand WHY it should be changed!
The latest is that the middle section of my itinerary has completely disappeared! I'd probably have to swim across the Atlantic from Montreal to Frankfurt!
Come on! I paid good money for these flights! And it seems that it is impossible to get a callback as requested! It seems here is another site I will probably not use in future and won't recommend them either!

I can't say very much about their service. I've spent over 3 hours on hold today waiting to talk to someone, but it seems nobody is home. I'm getting real sick of this repeating on hold music and the all our agents are still busy announcement ever few minutes. In addition I have spent another 3 to 4 hours on hold over the past 4 days waiting and waiting on hold, to no avail. I even left my number for them and waited 3 hours for a call back and finally gave up and went to bed. If this is a clue to Justfly's customer service, THEY SUCK!
We booked flights, after verifying with the airlines themselves the rules on the tickets. Justfly refuses to make the approved changes by the other airlines, has us set to be stranded on our trip and demanded I put my 7 year old on their own international flight several times. Their reps are horrible, hold times average 4 hours, call backs about 1 in 4 actually happen, they refuse you to talk to supervisors and will just lie to you to get what they want.
Horrible customer service. I have been trying for four days to talk to someone about using my flight credit from them. I even tried the scheduled time to call me back. They are awful and I think I am out hundreds of dollars.
I'm begging you. Do yourself a service, never choose this online travel agency. Their customer service is very poor. If you have a problem there is no way that they would be able to respond once the ticket is taken and the money is in their hands. I spent more than 4 hours waiting to finally be hanged up without any response. To book a flight it is easy, but never have a problem. Currently, I will try to size various organizations including a prosecutor to investigate their practices.
I remember when JustFly was great years ago! I've been using them since 2016. I used to love exploring the rates for flights there. After this last experience, I REFUSE to use them ever again! I booked a flight to DC from Houston. To my complete shock they had me on a return flight with an 11 hour layover! I found out my mom needed surgery so I had to push the entire trip back. When I went back to adjust it with JustFly they helped me with the AA flight but said I'd have to go to Frontier to fix the return flight myself. What a nightmare! With the "credits" I've pretty much paid 2/3 of the original ticket in adjustments and service fees! PLUS, the baggage fee. PLUS, the assigned seat fee. Frontier Airlines is a JOKE! I understand the airlines have gone through a very rough year but so have we as consumers! That doesn't mean you screw us over on the changes! If I had gone directly to through airlines and booked it I would not have had this issue! That's my fault but I'll NEVER book through Just Fly AGAIN!
Worst Company on the earth. I will never use this company again. My sister cousin and I were supposed to go to Ireland Last year. The night we were supposed to leave the country shut down because of Covid. Completely out of our control. We have been working for a year on trying to get a refund for this flight. They have refused to help or listen. This company has no integrity for any of their customers. They are more likely to scam people every day than to step up and do what is right. I hope they feel ashamed for the many families they put out of money since this pandemic. Every time you try to get ahold of them, their customer service agents will hang up on you and put you on hold for 30 mins. It takes an hour and 30 mins to even talk to an agent. They put me out of 2,064 dollars, even though I had insurance. I hope corporate can see this is review and see how terrible their company is. I hope they can have compassion and learn to do what is right for us and the millions of Americans they have stolen money from this year. Note to anyone using this company, just don't! Absolutely dissatisfied!
I was charged for a return ticket change, but Justfly never made the reservation. In order to return home I had to buy a new ticket. The message that they tried to reach me is strange as I have no voice messages. Since I am abroad, my phone number cannot be used. There is no functioning customer service. I tried to call repeatedly for hours, until they blocked my phone number. I also tried to chat with a customer service person online - waited for hours with no response.
These are a bunch of scam artists. Even if you fall, clearly, under one of their cancelation policy terms they will refuse to refund you. They twist their terms to fit the only term that matters to them which is DO NOT REFUND ANYONE! Even after explaining several times that I need to relocate for a job and it's not voluntary, they still won't refund me. Bs! I would never EVER use this website again and strongly encourage everyone to look elsewhere for their travels!
Customer service is a joke, no one answers the phone and emails are through people who don't care and don't want to come to a reasonable solution. Even with a cancelation being granted I would still be out hundreds of dollars because I was dumb enough to get the protection plan which doesn't protect anyone from anything because with it you would still have to pay a fee and it only covers 24hrs after booking. It's all a joke and they will rob you of thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Don't waste your Money and time on these fake people. Everything about them is terrible. As soon as they take your money that's about everything you ever get from them. We almost missed an important event just because they didn't care to do their job. I had to put pressure on the airline personally to issue us tickets a day to our flight for a trip we fully paid for a month in advance. Justfly wasn't anywhere to help. They would put us on hold for hours and then disconnect the call.

I'm active duty military and I bought a cheap ticket from here to go back home. A little over a week before I was supposed to fly out my mother passed away. I called customer service and they recommended I pay and extra so and so dollars to get flight insurance and to call to initiate that insurance so I can get most of my refund. So I did and called to get either a refund or to change my dates. They said it does not apply since her death was before I purchased the insurance. So not only was I out for the plane tickets, they talked me into giving them even more money before telling me I was out of luck. The military paid for my plane tickets home for emergency leave so I left it at that. I have made sure none of my friends purchase a ticket from here since. My flight was back in 2019, and I'm not the type to leave reviews. After so many spam emails from this company I decided to put what I went through out there.
Warning warning warning do not do your reservation through just fly travel agency they have no office in the United States the water customer service they will cancel your flight and they will not going to help you to get another flight because they would like to make the most money out of you as a customer if you have a problem you have to wait at least 2 hours and if they would like to call you back they will call you back at 2:00 a.m. when you are asleep because their office in a different region you cannot even sue them because do you have no offices here and each time you talk to them they blame the problem and covid-19 do not reserve your ticket through just fly it's a bad idea they give you cheap price to make it so empty and after 2 months they cancel your flight and say sorry covid-19 was a problem.
They do not call you back. Everything online does not have answer. I would not recommend anyone using this website to reserve. Or your money will be at risk. Etihad airline cancelled flight, not me and they charged me 75 bucks. That is insane. They should have some better policies. If you call them, will stay on hold for hours.
Please do not book through them they are the worst customer service I have ever faced. If anything goes wrong with your flight even if the flight is cancelled by the airlines and airlines are ready to provide the refund they will try to swindle your money. I don't usually write reviews but I am writing this just so you reading this review won't have to go through what I went through. Please stay as far away as you can from this website.
Had to cancel flights to due COVID in 2019, took three days to get a hold of a live person to chat/rebook a flight with (could not rebook online) for current travel (2021) and was told that they needed to call the carrier to get permission to allow me to rebook, was on and off hold 2 hours and they never got a hold of the airline carrier. Then, I was only rebooking flights for 3 of the original 4 people, was told that I cannot use the full credit and they were going to deduct the price of the one flier who was not being rebooked. Then, was told I had to pay an additional $400 to rebook (which happened to be the amount of the original credit for the person not flying). Now I would be out $800. Finally asked for them to refund me all my money since they were not able to help me and they said that is not their policy. Asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was told they don't have anyone there today who can help me. This company is horrible. Their customer service is terrible, they cannot provide you with any answers or help AND they leave you on hold for hours. They have stolen over $1000 of my hard earned dollars. How can they do this post-COVID when everyone is not back on their feet financially. Found the email for their corporate office and sent him the same information I am posting. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY!
Due to covid my flights had to be canceled and just fly refused to give me any flight credit they will never get my money again and I will spread the word to not book with this company just fly ever again they just keeping my hard earned money they deserve ZERO stars and should be out of business
I bought my ticket well in advance of my travel plans. Just Fly required me to change the itinerary twice - once to add an extra layover at JFK and a date change on my departure flight requiring me to take an extra day off of work. I got my job to give me that day off (despite being the last day of a school term - if you are a teacher you know how that is difficult). I made a reservation for a place to stay and a ferry trip contingent on the revised booking. I received the new itinerary from justfly claiming to "just pack your bags." Air France saw it differently - they said I had a return flight but not an outgoing flight. I spent days trying to get a human on the phone at justfly. They called back at 5 am and after 20 minutes of Asma saying "so sorry" she confirmed what Air France said. She offered to rebook me days earlier (not going to work with my bosses) at an additional cost of about $500. When I said no, she then said she needed $75 for an airline cancellation fee. I had to borrow and pay interest to buy the original ticket - that is also money lost. So for lots of stress, wasted time making plans, cancelled vacation - it cost me $75. NEVER USE JUSTFLY AGAIN folks. They didn't even catch the cancellation! I might've found out the day before flying that this was all a sham.
They changed my flight and I don't have reasonable options. They dont want to refund me. They can't change my dates to the same destination. If I choose other flight they can charge me the double I payed.
