I will always prefer dealing with a real person, but that becomes less and less likely over time. So, given it's all on screen now, this site was superior to many, offered good comparisons and completed the deal in reasonsnle time. It offered no place for TSA pre-approval numbers, though.

For International Flight usually I use CheapOair website, this time JustFly won me over with the better deal. Awesome

Discovered while using Kayak to Price search. Got a great flight for an even greater price! Read carefully. There are no hidden fees, but the flight I booked did have a special requirement that I cannot bring a carry-on unless it fits under the seat in front of me. I could've upgraded that bit, but meh... Overall, very satisfied.

Booking process was so easy not to mention the prices. Compare to other best price guarantee, confirmation of flight was very fast had no issues booking and would do it again for my next trip.

I never have this situation before. I always get my seat before I fly. I didn't realize that they charge for a seat now.

I called because I confused the date of my flight and they were great. My only issue was that I couldn't understand the agent I was speaking with. His accent was really heavy and he had to repeat a lot of what he said, which I felt bad about but what can I do. Nothing against him, props for him to speaking another language.

Called 3 times and each time was almost 1 hour wait. I accidentally entered First name in last name block and called to change it and your reps wanted $100 to change it. I wasn't canceling my flight and this is unexceptable. Why was this an issue?

I found Justfly to be a good site to use. The flights came up quickly and with good prices. The only thing I did not like was being charged to indicate we wanted to sit together

Most of the time cheapest flight prices and clear easy site to use.
Sometimes when I check another date and come back to the first date the prices go up in just 10seconds. That would be the only thing I would like to see improve. Prices should be stable for 5 min. Or with in one entry. The sense of urgent booking for a deal is a bit of a deterrent to the site.

It was my first time to get tickets on justfly.com it was recommended to me by my brother who uses it a lot for traveling. The experience was easy customer service was impeccable. I had called customer service to change some information on my ticket and it was done in less that 3 min. Very professional employee i must say.
