****justfly.com is a fraud I purchased tickets for 4 people in December 1,2017 for a trip to Prague in September 2017 I then receive a email from them in July to contact the airline which I did they then tell me to contact justfly and they keep me on hold to tell me I had to wait 24 hours for the new eticket. Guess what I still have not received the eticket 6 days later after speaking to Ian, peter, zayne, Robbie and a supervisor who also told me that I would receive the new etickets with 24 to 72 hours. I have filed a complaint with the bbb and the attorney generals office**** beware of this company they will also tell you that there address is in rickyhill, Ct when in reality the bbb has them registered with a twin number in San francsico, ca ***

I found what looked to me to be a really good price for a flight, selected it and received a message that i had gotten the deal. However, before I could put in the required information, the price had gone up a over 200 dollars. This happened several times but i finally made a purchase, for more than I had thought I would have to spend when I started the process. Then within hours of my purchase, I saw better prices advertised but saw those ads after the 4 hour window within which I could have cancelled for free.
I hit an internet request for a flight to LA. A number of options came up including JustFly. I had never used it before so I gave it a shot. Everything was easy to use and I was very satisfied with the transaction.

John is an extremely knowledgeable, personable and talented pilot. The takeoff and landing were so smooth we were both at complete ease. The views are spectacular from the air. The plane is spotless and well-kept. We really enjoyed the color commentary from John. We could have flown with John all day. It was amazing! Thank you John!

The price for the tickets is a lower price. Once you fill out all your information, name, address, ect and click submit the price changes to a higher price. My 3 tickets that I bought each went up by $16 when I clicked the submit button. The temp email they send you as a confirmation until the tickets are actually booked even shows the original price. But the second email confirmation shows a $48 total increase.
A friend had recommended just fly as the best source for scheduling a flight for personal and business. Definitely would recommend.
