We all dream and save our hard earned money in the hopes of being able to take our family on awesome or unforgettable vacation, someday. But in my personal experience--If it looks or sounds too good to be true, it is definitely a scam. Thinking I was getting a great deal on cheap airline tickets to Cancun, Mexico through Just Fly.Com, a third Party that associates itself with Delta Airlines, I instead got scammed for $1,153.85. Plus, I also got scammed for an additional $61.89 by CSA Travel Protection, as well.
Initially booked my vacation for the month of July, but Justfly.com totally [C]hanged my flight itinerary to the month of April. After buying airline ticket through Justfly.com, Justfly.com then sent an email to confirm the booking times and days in bold print. But both, my wife and I, both failed catch how the actual [M]onth changed last minute, after purchasing our tickets online--it is why the plane tickets were so cheap! Plus, Jusfly.com purposely failed to [B]old the Month of departure, as well.
After arriving at LAX, the real nightmare came when a Delta employee told me that Justfly.com basically sold me 4-plane tickets for the month of April, and not for July. It was that very moment when I realized that I just got scammed-- by Justfly.com. To make matters worse, a Delta employee then told me that, "Since the Delta Airlines was rightful and sole owner of all 4-airline tickets, Delta Airlines had the right to charge me an additional an additional $250 per ticket, plus taxes, if I wanted Delta Airlines to honor the airline tickets, that I bought through Justfly.com. In the end, I had no choice but to walk away because I felt like Delta Airlines were in on the scam too, and were now trying to scam me for more

Delta Airlines openly admitted and informed me that this is a common occurrence, and that people who deal with JustFly.com, or other third-party companies, get robbed for their money all-the-time; but I felt like Delta Airlines was in, and part, of the scam, too. When contacted the insurance company, CSA Travel Protection, to try to get back some of my money. The company basically told me that there was nothing they could do, too. CSA claimed that Justfly.com was responsible, and that I had to address the issue with them, and that it was my fault because I didn't make the flight.
Ever since I got scammed for my money, I have been noticing how news broadcasts are reporting how third parties, like Justfly.com, are constantly targeting people, and how they are falling for cheap airline ticket scams all-the-time-- just like I did! In my honest opinion, you're better off buying airline tickets directly from the airline carriers to avoid being scammed, like I did!

It was easy to find the flight and price I was looking for. They give you a bunch of flights on the day you want to leave, with a bunch of different times. You just have to pick the one you want and away you go.
I got a flight that ended up being canceled. The only other flight to Chicago I could have gotten was for the next day not till 5pm in NYC or another 955pm in Newark. I had to take a $100 dollar amtrack to Philadelphia to fly out the next morning at 7 am and slept in the airport that night because I couldn't afford a hotel room..

I'd definitely use JustFly again for the best price and booking experience. That's really all I can say until next time. :)
Not happy to pay Justfly more than I'm paying the airline in order to book seats. Airline charges $12/seat and Justfly charges $13.95/seat. Ridiculous! There was no notice of the extra fees to book seats when I booked the flight (which would have led me to a different decision since I am traveling with young children and cannot risk being seated apart from them).
Moreover, their service people do not speak English well and so I spent a long time on the phone explaining my simple issue. I kept hearing canned responses rather than an actual answer to my question. Ultimately the service person told me to call the airline, when she knew full well the airline will not help me since I booked the tickets through Justfly. Not happy.
So easy. I called the toll free number for some questions I had and the girl I spoke with was extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you Justfly!

The ease to book was good but disagree with statement there are tickets remaining and then it goes up $20 as you are paying. That maybe reason to go back to Expedia.

I booked the same flight as my husband on a separate day, because I am 27 weeks pregnant and had to be cleared by my dr. And I booked the same flight same day departure (because dr said I can't fly alone) and when I got to the airport my ticket was for the a different day, on a separate flight from my husband. I then had to pay an additional 135.00 to change my flight day so I could fly with my husband BECAUSE I CANT FLY ALONE. I called customer service and asked for a refund for the 135 because they messed up my ticket, and I was on hold for an hour and a half to then be told since it was my choice to change dates they weren't responsible and wouldn't refund. I then asked for a supervisor and waited an additional hour on hold, and was told that it was my responsibility to constantly check to make sure my flight wasn't changed. And they refused to refund the extra I had to pay to change flights because it was my choice to change the flight because of their mistake the first email says the 24th but my itinerary in the same email I received says I fly out the 23rd.
I booked three times already from JustFly.com and so far I have great experience with them. I recommend to use this webpage for booking a tickets

Every simple steps to reserve my ticket as well as calling in to make a quick change. I recieved my ticket confirmation very quickly. After i reviewed it. I wanted to add insurance. One simple click to the number provided i added insurance and again recieved the confirmation number very quickly. I also found what to bring and the size chart very easily too.
Options were good. And the entire booking process was smooth ans easy. Ticket prices were also very cheap.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
