My Amex was charged July 24 and received confirmation that my tickets were ready but despite a phone call, still no tickets
I have booked a flight but you send me new notices-- and I don't know if I should look at the new pices--Can I get a lower price on the flight I have already bought`?
I had a great time on the flight, they let me sleep, gave me a blanket, and some water. There is good leg room but I am also short and don't demand that much space.

Can not believe things like this are practiced on people in USA. It took few hours to order ticket by phone (spelling checking confirming everything), then it took 5 days to get ticket email conformation after few phone demands (was told to wait up to 24 hours each time). Finally on the 5-th day after another phone call got 2 emails in seconds. Upon checking flight #, back flight had wrong flight time and flight number. Tried to find answers why I had to wait 5 days to get email confirmation or why was provided wrong back flight was asked to email this questions to *******@justfly.com. Looks like now have to pay extra fee to get originally ordered flight or just use given flight. Plus, looks like going to be charged extra $11 for seat selection, was not told about this kind of hidden fee, not big amount, just principle. Ordered tickets through justfly company before for low ticket price through email had instant email ticket conformation no hidden fees, but ordering ticket through the phone is described above. Did I ordered wrong flight or is this a "smart" company approach to sell "low demanded" tickets or charge extra for a flight change in case client can not except provided flight?
A couple of weeks ago I booked a flight to Cluj-Napoca Romania. After doing so I informed my relative that I planned to be there around Christmas and New Years. I was then told it wasn't a good time to be there for uncercumstantial reasons, so I had to cancel my booking at that time. When I talked to a Justfly, representative, she told me I would get my refund in full since I cancelled within 4 hours after booking. Then she told me I would receive a confirmation by email within 2 to 10 business days of my cancellation. So far I have not received that confirmation from you and I would like to have it sent as soon as possible.
Here is my booking number for the reservation in which I canceled.

Please send me my cancelation confirmation so I know my credit card has been re-credited for the amount of my refund of $1558. 58.

GOT EVERYTHING ANSWERED I ASKED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE FLIGHTS I NEEDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ALL MY FAMILY.
Fairly easy process, but the confirmation email with flight details was so loaded with up-sells that it became cluttered and more difficult to find the essential information. The promised ability to make a cancellation within 4 hours with the click of a button was not available 5 minutes after purchase.

I purchased tickets for my wedding anniversary. I checked the dates to make sure they were right, double checked & then triple checked. When I get the confirmation it's for a completely different month! I contacted them & explained the problem. Wow - talk about unfriendly, unhelpful "customer service"! At the end of the call she "confirms" I didn't make any changes to the reservation. When I pointed out that's because she won't let me make any changes she "confirmed" again that no changes were made. They never even offered "sympathy" about the problem... You know, something like "I'm sorry to hear that". There is a reason their prices are so low - though they don't seem very low when you have two plane tickets you can't even use! Would never, EVER deal with them again.

Very easy to follow. Took only minutes. Highly recommend. Had to contact customer service after booking and got right through. They added my KTN number and was never put on hold.
It is so bad that I could not select a seat for myself and it was so bad. Though it was not as easy as I thought t would be I just did not lke it at all.
Justfly is the worst third party travel company I've ever felt with. Trust me when I say you would be further ahead by booking directly with the airlines. If you want to change your reservation you will be charged over $200, no questions or $#*!s given. If you booked directly through, let's say Alaska Air you could change you ticket same day for $25.00, or if you booked with Southwest you can do stand by for free. Justfly gave me terrible customer service, unwilling to accommodate and LIST the WORST travel itinerary from airlines on their website to buy luring you into believing you are getting a good deal :( they are awful

I thought the whole experience was very easy and simple. It was my first time buying a plane ticket and I am glad I chose JustFly. I liked how there were flight upgrades at check out that one can choose if you want to get a seat assignment. All in all I will be using JustFly again for future travel.

Bad is: I could not select seat. I have herniated discs and must be on the aisle. Also, no carry on. My travel agent used my credit card and purchased for me. If I would have known, would have bought another. Leaving in September. God help me if I don't get an aisle seat!.
Just fly site was relatively easy to use and you had the ability to plan and book your entire vacation if you wish. The part I did not like was the constant emails you recieve when you sign up for price alerts. Most day I recieved at least two if not more.
Cheap flights leaving from Newark, different options to choose from. Easy to use, the only bad thing does not show baggage policy before purchase

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
