I really like Justfly. From my viewpoint they give you great comparable flights(according to your itinerary). And the layout of how the information presented is so simple & clear that it is much appreciated.
When booking airfare AVOID USING JUSTFLY.COM AT ALL COSTS! We recently used this "company" to book airfare. We found airfare with them online and then called to book via phone. BEFORE booking, we asked if there were any additional luggage fees for checked bags. We were told NO ADDITIONAL FEES... and that we were allowed one personal item and one carry one on the aircraft per person and also one checked bag per person. When we showed up a the airport for departure, Delta charged us $25.00 for each checked bag. Since we are a family of 4 that was $100.00. We incurred the same expense on the way home. Additionally, JUSTFLY.COM did not book our seats together and all 4 our our seats were scattered throughout the cabin. Who would do this do a family traveling with children? I called JUSTFLY.COM today and explained the situation. I was continually put on hold. After 40 minutes, I was told that they were not willing and "not capable" of issuing a $200.00 refund. I spoke to someone named Adam who would not put my call through to a supervisior... because the "supervisors were not taking calls." When I asked for the name of the company's CEO (so that I could write a letter), Adam told me that he couldn't share this "personal" information. Who runs this company? BEWARE! Lesson learned... NEVER USE JUSTFLY.COM TO BOOK YOUR AIRFARE.
I like how you compare prices from other flights, and the give the cheapest available. It helps me figure out which time of the year I should fly and with which specific planes/airlines.
We looked, booked & had our confirmation in no time. It was so fast & so easy. I will use JustFly for all of our travel in the future.

Booked tickets with JustFly from Dulles to Maldives: two parts to flight, Dulles to Istanbul and Istanbul to Maldives. Four days before our flight I got an email notice from JustFly that the flight from Istanbul to Maldives was shifted by one day resulting in a 30 hour layover in Istanbul. I then called JustFly to delay our flight from Dulles to Istanbul by one day so we would just have a 9 hr layover. After spending 3,1 hour sessions on the phone with them, they still could not get us on the correct flight from Dulles to Istanbul. They finally told us to go 5 hours ahead of the flight to Dulles to ask the airlines to put us on the correct flight. When we got to the ticket counter the airlines said JustFly could have easily put us on the flight we were requesting if they had just contacted them. We will not work with JustFly again. They are not helpful if there is a change to your itinerary.

Accidentally booked the wrong flight, called customer service with very little wait time and they helped me out without a hassle.
I booked everything online. Whenever I had a question or inquired about a change, the staff was polite, professional, clear, and very well-informed.
Too many small charges and had to cancel and rebook for $75 five hours later when reviewed. Took several hours and days to receive owed credit.
I had 2 stops for this trip and found it very easy to connect flights and experienced no delays. For a person flying this is a win win situation always! Thank you for your great experience and great customer service.

The prices were good and the site was easily to use. It didn't demanded much input as it relates to brain power to use it and book tickets. When comparing the site to other sites of similar purpose, this was better in finding price and great flights that will take you to your desire destination safely and at a lower price... Justflys has the best prices and it is easy to book a flight. The past couple of times I booked threw justfly they are very accommodating to your needs and wants.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
